We booked this as an overnight stop on a longer trip, but we would love to have had longer. We enjoyed watching the boats from the deck and walking through the beautiful coastal neighborhood. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property overlooks the Navasink River. It is walking distance of restaurants. Easy checkin , beds are comfortable. Outside decks overlook the river with an ocean view

Sometimes you just need the ocean and this place delivered. We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo.

Everything was beyond perfect! The house and the location were amazing. We stayed there during the cloudy winter and it was still beautiful. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We have stayed in many rentals in the area and this was by far the best!

The family needed to recharge and reset! We had a wonderful stay, the big bay window was perfect to watch the river from. The bedrooms were perfect and big enough for the three of us and our chocolate lab. We will definitely be back!

The property wAs ok but the matresss in both bedrooms were awful uncomfortable neither of us could sleep wont return for that reason

Property was ok beds were so uncomfortable we considered driving home the second day but were so exhausted should get new mattresses both very uncomfortable.

This place is so special to us. It's surrounded by water. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars in a safe environment. It's cozy but airy and filled with views of the waterway. Has all the amenities you need - full kitchen and bath, porch, grill. It has off street parking so that is easy to unpack. More designed for couples or a small family. Larger accommodations in the same complex exist. We go across the causeway to Seabright to the beat seafood restaurant- 2nd Jetty. And the owners of this property are hands on. They are very responsive but also respect your privacy. Overall, it's a perfect place to unwind without thinking too much about the typical travel stressors.

This is our 3rd stay and the first time bringing family. Great time, beautiful space. The owners are super helpful. Will be back next year!

Great location for fishing/Dining/Recreation

We were so happy to find your adorable AND pet friendly AND waterfront spot - with Sandy Hook and so many eateries nearby. We’re from the area - and spent many summer dinners at Moby’s and the Sands beach club, it was wonderful to be in a bright cozy space with a well-equipped kitchen and oh my, 3 TVs. Highly recommend - but yes, as others note, the stairs are steep, and dark. Pack lightly 😄!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect - close to so many restaurants in Highlands, Atlantic Highlands, and nearby Rumson and Fair Haven. The cottage was clean and well kept, we had plenty of space, and incredible views right on the water! We will absolutely be back!

This property is amazing with beautiful views of the water with boats and birds and abundant sunshine from a great deck. The 2 bedroom unit we were in was spacious and lovely and also had great views from the large living and dining areas. The nearby walks to the seaside Highlands restaurants and looking to the bridge to Sandy Hook were so nice. All in all, a great location and lovely place to stay with very nice managers.

We LOVED our stay, and the host was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location of this rental was perfect - waterfront, close to restaurants, nice neighborhood, close to beaches. The rental itself was a great size for our family of three, and we had all the necessities needed. We are going to make this our new family tradition and return every year to one of the waterfront rentals this exceptional host offers!

Great location, in walking distance to 3 great restaurants. Right on the water, beautiful view from outside deck. The care keeper was fabulous. Worth every penny. As mentioned by others, stairs in front are narrow and steep, also back stairs to deck easily accessible and more sturdy. Beds were pretty good. The beach pass to Sandy Hook is a plus. There are 5 sections, no swimming at A or B. The tide was pretty strong but there are life guards, bathrooms and outside showers. People also rent beach chairs although there are a couple you can use at the rental. There are also a couple food trucks including soft serve ice cream. Other areas to visit within a couple miles with lookout towers from the lighthouse. I would def go back.

This property is a gem. Great location - walk to bars and restauants, a short drive over the bridge to the beach. Clean and comfortable, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved the cottage! It was clean, spacious and comfortable, in a great location, and the view was fantastic. We had four women and we had plenty of space. I already recommended it to my sister! It was a great weekend. Thank you!

Great location- easy to local restaurants and beach access Two large decks - one shared and one private. Back deck has BBQ- we had a quick stay but suggest two nights to get full beach experience

Had a wonderful long weekend with friends and my little dog, Blu. I stayed at one of the owners other properties which was lovely. Very clean, comfortable and wonderful views. Always so much fun.
