Everything was really awesome. The property was way bigger than i imagined and it ended up being perfect

Overall great location and house. Just some minor maintenance things that need attention.

The Owner's were great at communicating to us prior to our stay and were quick to respond during our stay. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure, with friendly neighbors. The house was nice, clean, and spacious. The improvements were nice, you could tell they took pride for their rental. The yard was fun for our kids to play around, and the parking access was also nice and close. Overall this was the perfect rental for our family of 3 and our friends' family of 3.

Great location!

This property is great if you plan to ski Alta/Snowbird. With a bus stop very near, it’s very easy to get to skiing in the morning! Cutting down that commute in peak season is incredibly helpful! It also has a great common area for your group, and the two primary bedrooms have a lot of space. Plus, even the bunk beds were comfy, so it can comfortably fit everyone!

This house is in the perfect location for skiing in either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyons. Also close to great restaurants. It was very comfortable and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is a great location for accessing Little Cottonwood Canyon. Large entryway allows plenty of space for all your winter gear. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living room in the evenings. Would stay again.

The location of the property is a 10. You can walk from the property in ski boots to the bus if needed, 10 minutes. Austin was easy to communicate with and helpful. The description of the property is accurate, no issues.

Super great location, within 15 to thirty minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird! Communication with the host was super easy.

The location was amazing for heading up to Snowbird and Alta. It's in a beautiful, clean, quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy to jump on different streets that take you to I-15. The main living space is very open and cozy for some great family time.

The location was great and we will remember this for ski season.

The house is very clean and new. We really enjoyed the time there. The only thing is the indicated address is not labeled outside of the house because there are 3 units in the whole building.

My family and I were in town for events at Snowbird Resort. This is a very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Snowbird just 15 mins away. There are also some nice trails nearby to enjoy. The property is as advertised, very spacious, clean and nicely accommodated our family of 5. It was a great place to come home to after a long day of activities each night. Austin was responsive to messages also, but we didn’t need anything during our stay, just had some questions right before arrival. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location close to trail access to big and little cottonwood canyon, close to restaurants, grocery, and ultra close to wedding venue. Great main room space with open kitchen dining. The deck was a nice added plus. Great single floor plan for crawling babies and toddler, no stairs except for outside. Rooms are spacious. Outdoor lawn space for kids to run around was greats Some outdated features like bathroom, lots of various light switches, could use more kitchenware, like scissors, and more dishware. Also could use extra towels, wash cloths, and iron. Could improve on some DYI and unfinished projects that were visible throughout house. Could also upgrade simple things like paper towels and toilet paper felt like gas station grade. Lots of cleaning, checkout requirements. Overall good place due to close proximity and space, solid communication. Great stay and comfortable.

Great location clean unit would stay here again

This is a great VRBO. It is nice with access to shopping, eating, and the canyons nearby. Traffic in the immediate area is light. The owners are very willing to help when issues arise.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The home was located in a beautiful mountainous area in a nice neighborhood. It was close to numerous trails and not far from local attractions. It was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable. If we come back to SLC we would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet place. Obviously a home owner remodel. Unfinished projects, Cable TV not working in the livingroom and uncovered outlet in the master bathroom. Master shower had a large pile of long dark hair in the drain at check in. Despite those small issues, we had a nice stay and would stay there again.,

We highly recommend this property and loved it. Clean, fresh, and spacious. Location is only 17 minutes from Snowbird. Also, great location for other SLC areas like Rio Tinto Stadium. Would definitely stay there again.

Just a short drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, or Solitude. So much space! The master bath is bigger than some condo bedrooms I have stayed in. Our previous rental was small and a two minute commute to ski, It was better being able to stretch out and spread out with only a 15 minute commute. Hoping this is available the next time we are in the Salt Lake area.

We wanted to ski all 4 resorts in the Cottonwood Canyons and this location was perfect. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. They have clearly been working hard renovating the property---the kitchen/living area is beautiful and comfortable. There is clearly still work being done in the bedrooms/bathrooms--missing closet doors, outlet covers, etc.--but I bet the whole place will be lovely soon.

Property was very clean when we arrived and was as described in the listing. The owners kept good communication and we didn’t have any issues when we were there. Everything was updated and unit had everything we needed. Would recommend as place to stay if in sandy!

Great stay overall

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this beautiful property! It’s well appointed, comfortable, and convenient. We love it and recommend it highly.
