1. Unit nearby lift where you could hear the lift noise 2. Bed and pillow not to my liking (personal) 3. Car park pretty narrow (some might struggle) and have to look for the space allocated (signage not so visible as some paint wear off) 4. Noises from patrol person in the wee morning (3-5 AM)

House is very neat and clean, essential things provided (towels, soap, shampoo, instant coffee and tea, toilet paper),. Complete and comfortable facilities.. Great night view 👍🏻..

Is quite far from main town, so you need to calculate your timing for travel properly.

The best apartment ever I stay

1. Place quite remote if you like quiet place. 2. Two major banks nearby ( CIMB & MBB). 3. 7-11 and Speed mart 99 nearby 4. The main gate GUARD double up as receptionist is very hard working & friendly

1. Water heater not working well---too cold to bath 2. Badminton court -one of the court the floor is wet ( water drip from ceiling) , no sound proof result echo too LOUD 3. Request for early check-in rejected but at 11.30 am , staff start calling you to check-out ? 4. Far from major tourist attraction.

Water at kitchen sink too slow, water heater at masterbed room mulfunction and worst the way to this apartment surrounded by fruit n vegetable storage.. a lot of pick up vehicle, with rude driver.. road damaged.. they didnt feel guilty when damaging the way.. my car dented because of the damaged road..
