Great experience

We stayed at this wonderful 11 bedroom house on Crescent Beach for our semi-annual family reunion at the beach. It was just perfect for our get-together. We had plenty of bedrooms in family groups, great kitchens for group meals, a wonderful game room that was always in use and easy access to the beach and surf. I hope we can stay here again in two years when we next get together as a large family group.

Awesome time with the family! We had family from 11/2 ~ 70 yrs old! Loved how we all had our own space yet a wonderful space to all come together! Great family game room & dining room! Loved all of the decks! Wonderful for a family with all different ages!!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beach Oasis! We had a great time with our family there, but mother nature wasn't too kind with 40F weather. We missed the air hockey and tabletop shuffled board that were in the pictures. Also, we had some issues with the cleanliness of the sheets (blood stains) and was worried that there were bed bugs. Sunshine was great to help us. We would like to stay again in 2-3 years. Overall ii is a great property.

Beach access and experience is 5 stars all the way. Semi private, great sand, wide and nice waves House design was good for multiple families with a nice game room. The downside is that the house is not in the best of shape. A bit run down. For example, ping ping paddles bad shape, not enough silverware or coffee cups, blender didn't work, broken elevator (carry up 3 levels) and very limited 1 ply TP. But as I said the location was too notch.

This is the 3rd year here and it is close to restaurants, yet has a very uncrowded beach.

The house needs some TLC but it’s perfect for large family. Plenty of space and activities for teens. Loved the beach.

Large house accommodated 19 very nicely. We used main kitchen on floor 2 for chef prepared dinners 3rd floor kitchens; one for breakfast and one for drinks. House a little outdated and pool sticks not in good condition but we made lots of good memories. Great views. Comfortable rooms. Thanks for having us. Cheers.

The house is very large and a great place for large groups with 11 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, and tons of deck space. The only issue I have is that some of the furniture was in bad condition and should probably be replaced. There were a few other small maintenance issues (lamps missing light bulbs, running toilets, etc.).

The house is amazing for family gatherings. There are so many wonderful spots within the home and on the outside deck. We had a wonderful time and might go again if they clean better. The carpet in the game room was so dirty that the dirt came off on our guests bare feet. It was embarrassing. The entire house could use a deep cleaning.

Best place for family reunion ! Spacious with privacy for all. 3 kitchens, 3 sepate living areas as well as common areas . Great views from any place

This property exceeded our expectations - it was perfect for our three-family crew of 19 people! It has three separate apartments, the top two with three bedrooms each and the bottom larger one (which also had a giant game room, complete with air hockey, pool, and ping pong tables) with five bedrooms. Wonderful for everyone to spread out with quieter spaces for babies or those who wanted it and plenty of play room and space for the rest of the kids, and room in the bottom dining area to fit us all. The elevator and grocery cart in the house were such an amazing bonus. They made unloading all of our stuff (and packing it back up again at the end) such a breeze!! The beach was gorgeous; it was wonderful having it right in the backyard! A few more towels and a broom would have been much appreciated, but overall definitely a wonderful wonderful experience!!

Thank you for a wonderful home. It is enormous and was clean when we arrived. Checkin/checkout was easy. The playroom was a hot for the kids and with all that is going on the separate spaces allowed for distancing if you wanted it.

This is a great property located oceanfront. It has all the amenities you might need. Our group loved the volleyball courts near the pier and enjoyed time on the beach. The realty company was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Overall we had a wonderful time with 22 people. There was plenty of room for family members to spread out and find quit places. The game room was a hit with everyone. We cooked all our meals, grateful for all the cooking tools. Our two disappointments, the main stove was not heating very well and one toilet became unusable the first day with no resolve over the 3 days. The location and beach couldn’t have been better for us.

Beach was clean and almost deserted, it was awesome.

We had 15 people stay here and there was plenty of room. The private walkway out to the beach was fabulous as were the views. The kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans, and all our cooking needs.

We had our family vacation here and celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was set up as having 3 separate suites, and was perfect for our large group. Located just south of St. Augustine and right on the beach, it was ideal for everything. The large kitchen/dining area seated our maximum of 27. The game room kept the kids entertained and the beach was great for our family photos and splashing around. Just a hop, skip and jump to St. Augustine too. Thank you...we loved the OASIS at Crescent Beach :)

we had 13 adults and 5 kids at the crescent beach house.. it was great we all loved the beach and the comfort of the house..we highly recommend it for large groups..loved the area ,would definetly stay there again...

What a great place for exactly what we needed. We have a larger family so the eight bedrooms, two kitchens, and huge playroom was great for the adults and kids. The beach access was as good as it gets and the beach seemed like it was all to ourselves. Would highly recommend this house.
