Great house clean and well stocked

When we arrived for check-in, we had a bit of a hiccup due to an inadvertent double booking on the property for the first night, but Catherine was great in getting that worked out to put us in an adjacent property for the first evening. Having to move in and unpack twice was a bit of an inconvenience, But once we got all that worked out, our stay was great. Everything in the house is as advertised and it’s a terrific location tucked in between Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach with easy access to Saint Augustine and Cocoa Beach as well. Nothing is very far away. The only improvement I would suggest is an upgrade to the furniture in the family room where the main television is. it has a couch and a loveseat that are very old and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. We had three motorcycles with us, so it was great having access to a full-size garage to keep them overnight, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Overall I would definitely stay in this rental property again.

Everything as advertised - nice place

Clean and comfortable house with a big porch, den and living room. The neighborhood is friendly and seems safe and very close to the beach. The listing says sleeps 8. We had 7 but were charged for an extra person-perhaps b/c 2 of the 7 were young children. We enjoyed our stay.

My grandchildren and myself enjoyed our stay. The property was well kept and very clean . Also the kitchen was well equipped. Close to everything we needed. And of course the beach was great and close. Really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house with a wonderful glass enclosed huge screened porch. Couldn’t have been any better.

The owner made check in very easy and communication was excellent. The check out process was very easy and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Easy access, garage, lots of room & clean.

My wife and I with two other couples stayed at the house. Location to most of events were close. Location was just far enough to get away from the roar of motorcycles. Spacious room! We all enjoyed our stay!!!

This was a lovely home with plenty of space to spread out in. All the comforts of home were available and it really is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip. Kathy was quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. The house was amazing. We had plenty of room to have our own space. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower head in the master bath was the best. Kathy was a great host and everything we needed was there for us. We were close to a Publix and the beach. While the beach is within walking distance we chose to drive since you can drive onto the beach. We were less than five minutes from a ramp to drive on. We were also within 10 minutes of Boardwalk and the shoppes. We had a great time and will definitely be returning. I give Kathy and her home 5 stars.

Spacious, clean and everything we needed.

We had such a great experience with Kathy! The house spacious and clean and the perfect distance from the beach and Daytona! Loved everything about it!

We had a great stay at Katherine’s house. She was very easy to communicate with and the house was big enough that we could spread out. It had everything we needed. Will definitely be back next year!

The property was very nice and well represented by the photos in the listing. The king and queen beds were very comfortable ( we did not use the twin beds). The kitchen was well stocked and had condiments and spices for use during the stay. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We would definitely stay again!

We needed a place to stay in between our home sale and purchase. Found this little “gem by the sea”! Contact with owner was absolutely perfect. This is literally 1000 feet from the Atlantic in Ormond Beach. I can’t say enough how great this stay was! Thank you Katherine!!!!!!!!!
