Great hotel! The room exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect and super clean.

It's literally 5 mins walk from Matsumoto Station. We could drag our suitcases through an alley from station to hotel! And 15 mins walking distance to Matsumoto Castle. We stayed 1 night and we arrived in the evening and checked out before mid-day the next day, so we did not get the chance to explore the city much. I only walked to the castle the night I arrived. Receptionist were helpful and straightforward. We got 2 access cards to the room. This was the 3rd hotel we stayed during our trip and got a nice surprised with how spacious the room is and an air filter/humidifier in the room that we can use (we had 2 super dry days so having the humidifyer was really handy). The beds are very comfortable, 2 pillows per bed. Comforters were soft and light. AC/heater are working well and can be adjusted. We've got a table and chairs, small refrigerator, electric kettle in the room. Plenty of power outlets, some USB outlets next to our beds. Drip coffee and tea bags are provided. Spacious bathrooms with bathtub. Hot water was working well with good water pressure. Two big towels and two small towels, with floor mat. Hair dryer is provided. Razor, toothbrush, face wash, cotton buds, are available at receptionist area which you can take. I'd love to return. This time I was fortunate to visit Matsumoto Castle during the winter light show. It was amazing.

Consider providing one or two international power outlets in the rooms.

Modern and excellent room facilities including large flat screen TV and humidifier/ioniser. Roomy bathroom. Breakfast buffet provided a choice of western and Japanese, and a nice touch was complimentary soba noodles or ice cream served in the evening.

Nothing - our overall experience was excellent Note that under cover parking is arranged by hotel at the city carpark - about 5 minutes walk away.

松本城等観光が徒歩圏内。近くに温泉（銭湯）があった。夜のラーメンorスィーツのサービスお得感あり室内も清潔で加湿器もあり快適に過ごせた。朝食も和洋あり充分満足した。お焼きが嬉しかった。

特に無し。無料の駐車場がなかったことくらい…です。

Short walk from Matsumoto Station, room was spacious and clean, luggage storage available on day of check in and check out. Great value!

The location is great, around half-way between JR station and Matsumoto castle. Many easing out options around. The breakfast was good

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but there were 3 of us there. We fit in eventually, but it was a bit tight and not that much space for luggage.

街中なので仕方のない事とは思いますが、専用駐車場が無く、しかも有料だった事。 ロビーにコーヒーサービスが有れば良いのになとは思いました。

Their location, clean room and also free soba/ ice cream offered was very much a nice touch! Staff some were ready good yet others were not as attentive.

Some staff were not as attentive and did not provide support for Takkyubin writing in Japanese! Sigh….

Great stay. The hotel concierge was patient in explaining and answering my queries when I requested for courier services to send my baggage to Toyama. Room was clean and comfortable, location accessible.

Had a scare when their account was hacked, and someone asked for card verification details over Booking.com chat. Not sure if it was the hotel or Booking.com's system that was compromised. Good thing they reached out later to confirm the request was fraudulent.

Cumple perfectamente las expectativas. Las camas son muy cómodas y el buffet de desayuno es excelente para su precio y dispone de opciones occidentales y orientales. La conexión WiFi va como uno tiro en la habitación y permite trabajar. También disponen de un servicio de lavandería con monedas.

フロントの捌きも良かった、全館が非常に清潔で快適でした。朝食は可もなく不可もなしです。

夜にクロッフルかラーメンの無料サービスがあることが良かった。

ホテルなのに提携してる駐車場が1泊1500円もかかるので高すぎて驚きました。 また、ホームページに子ども用のアメニティが記載されているので、くださいとお願いしたところ、そこまで用意していないと言われ、ガッカリです。何のためにホームページに書いてあるのか全くわかりません。 重ねて、部屋に使用済みのスプーンが落ちていたりベッドの縁がドリンクで汚れていたり掃除に手が回っていないのか最悪でした。 海外のお客様が多かったため、高い評価がされているのかと思います。 もう騙されません。二度と行きません。
