This place is amazing! Lots of space for a big family to spread out. Great views of the lake. Close to everything in town. Close to Northstar for skiing. Would definitely come back. Communication with owner was easy and friendly!

Perfect location. Six adults in our party. Plenty of place. Would definitely stay again..

I would give this 5 stars but there were some cons: 1) found wet towels sitting in the washer, washed on cold/cold which is not up to the standards for VRBO. 2) had to reach out to the owner for check in. 3) construction outside and on unit not mentioned in listing or by owner. If I had know I could have made the choice to live with it or now. As it was there were folks on the roof and the parking deck outside the 3rd bedroom cause the door to be blocked and saw dust would come in. The workers were very nice, but again not sure about booking it if I had known. 4) missing smoke alarm in bedroom. I let the owner and property manager know (found it on the fireplace mantel) but they were not concerned. 5) lists AC but there is none, not that we really needed it but if listed it should be there. Pros: Best location ever! The lake and the location cannot be beat! The general condition of the condo is pretty good. So much space! If communication and cleaning is improved this would be a wonderful vacation spot. We did enjoy our time there and would book inside the complex again.

Fantastic end-unit property with a great lake-front location. We stayed during the winter, but this would also be ideal for summer given the private beach for water activities (e.g., kayak, SUP).

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Stunning views of Lake Tahoe from each level of the home. Close distance to ski resorts, restaurants and grocery store. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. We would love to come back in the summer as the beach is steps away.

Check in process was easy , beautiful place and surroundings ! Very nice place to get some rest and relaxation.

Great communication from the owner, great private beach , and home had everything you could think of to enjoy your stay.

While the views and private beach access was great, although a giant pine tree blocks the view from the main floor!, the house itself was very dirty, filthy carpets, broken old furniture, garbage disposal didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, there was no coffee table, etc. When we arrived and saw the dirty carpet we were really concerned due to Covid 19, so we had to go buy disinfectant and cleaned the entire house ourselves! This is my parents in their 70’s cleaning. The owner pretended that she didn’t know about any of these and it was the renters before us who made it so dirty!!! Really??? The cleaning fee being charged is definitely a waste of money and part of the fee is also a waste. There are other much nicer units in the complex, I recommend you look at those.

This was an amazing property right on the lake. So peaceful and relaxing, exactly what my family and I wanted. Private beach was great. Michele was very nice and responded quickly. Definitely looking forward to booking again.

This home was literally on the lake! Just walk out the first level! Gorgeous views from all three levels and nicely remodeled inside as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my family. Will definitely be back.

This property is simply perfect! Right on the water with a private beach, exceptionally appointed property with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay! Tons of room, beds were extremely comfortable and Michele was just awesome to work with!!! I would give it fifty stars if I could! Will definitely book this property again!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this lakefront property. Very private and quiet beach. Corner unit and enclosed deck. Walkable to downtown King's Beach. Attentive and responsive host.

This place was wonderful! Having the lake and beach right outside was amazing. There is plenty of room inside for a large family and privacy. The trilevel was challenging for one of the older members of our group but the description makes it clear this place has lots of stairs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location right on the beach with beautiful lake views. We enjoyed playing on the private beach, fishing for crawfish, swimming in the pool, eating dinner on the screened in porch, and walking to King’s Beach. The house was clean with plenty of space and all the amenities we would need. We had such a great time we decided to book a return trip back to the house for the following summer!

We booked this at the last minute and it far exceeded our expectations! The property was in a perfect place, gorgeous views and easy access to the private beach!! We have 4 very young kids and it was perfect! The owner was very accommodating & friendly. I will be going back for sure!

This property exceeded our expectations. It's a corner unit which gives you great view and good light. Access to private beach right from the lower bedroom of the unit. High quality finishes and appliances. Really the best property we ever rented in our 13 years coming to Tahoe. We made a last minute plans and owner was very accommodating. I recommend it for any occasion.

The photos of the condo are not accurate for the current condition...it is better now. All rooms, except the smaller 2nd room have flat screen TVs. The living room also has a new surround sound system and a comfortable leather sectional type couch. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nicely appointed. This condo is the best in the development as far as location and privacy. The views are amazing and the access to the beach and parking lot are the best. We were able to watch fireworks from our balcony and it was great. If you have issues with stairs tho...this is not the place for you. There is no way to access any part of this condo without using stairs. The laundry room with the mini fridge on the lower floor was great...no need to climb stairs all day to grab a drink or snack. Our two teenage boys turned it into a man cave and were able to hang out without disturbing anyone else :-) I wish we had one at home! The second bedroom on the top floor was a bit small and has no TV but it was fine for my daughter (she is 20). She had plenty of room for her stuff and loved having her own bathroom! Having a bathroom in each room plus a 1/2 bath on the main kitchen/living room was great. Having the access and views of the lake made this condo worth every penny. I was able to have coffee on my own deck every morning and listen to the waves at night. After a day of mountain biking, we were able to just come home and walk right out to the lake and cool off. We could see our kids in the water from every level of the house and that was a big relief. I could relax on the deck or the lawn and still watch my kids having fun. The beach here is so shallow and much warmer than other parts of the lake so that added to the enjoyment. The boys caught Crawdads and snorkeled everyday. My daughter rented a paddle board on our last day and was able to paddle right to the beach from the rental place. This condo doesn't have a kayak but I think the owners are looking into getting one by next summer which would be an added bonus. They did have a two man inflatable boat and various other floating rafts and lots of sand toys for littler kids, even my teenage boys made use of them for Crawdad hunting :-) This condo had everything we needed to make our family vacation perfect. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and wanted to make sure we were happy. The property managers were delightful to deal with and made sure guests were taken care of. We will be back!!!!!

This is the PERFECT place, if you want to stay on the North Shore or if you're flying in from Reno. One hour drive from the airport, and there is even a shuttle which can drop you off, two doors away if you don't want to rent a car. Grocery store very nearby. This unit offers breathtaking views on a beautiful part of the lake. Offers panoramic views of snow capped mountains, located right on a sandy beach where the water is crystal clear. This condo is wonderful and even better than the description. Three couples can comfortably stay with private accommodations for all. It was very, very clean and many amenities were included. All linens were provided and the kitchen is a dream. My family loved it and I would choose to stay here again if I am lucky enough to ever get back to Tahoe
