Property was clean and spacious with space for 6, though we had three. Nice entertainment center. Bathrooms were a little dated, though were clean and fine, though the price we paid probably reflected this. They had the old Waterpik shower heads rather than the newer larger shower heads, though they worked fine. Some older shower tiles, too. Condo located on the 4th floor overlooking a causeway with a couple of condos obstructing the view. Elevator access was fine. The balcony was also a Lanai, though not too many bugs at this time of the year. The owner was super nice and good to work with. She offered to extend our stay for a day when we arrived late due to bad weather. Property was located about 10 minute walking to the ocean, a nice feature. The condo came equipped with all kinds of beach toys, including umbrellas and chairs, good for families. The only perhaps minor annoyance was the lack of a room-darkening curtain in the Master bedroom - it had only a sheer curtain and was located on the east side. All the other rooms had these curtains or Venetian Blinds, except for the Master Bedroom, which seemed strange to me. For early risers, it may not be an issue, though the condo next door had a couple of bright lights that pierced the sheer curtains. All in all, it is a nice condo and we would stay there again.

Place was clean and had all you needed to go to the beach or pool. Great view of channel leading to gulf. Very spacious. Property owner was very responsive and nice. Will definitely try to come back. Highly recommend

Easy to rent. Owner very accommodating. Condo was very roomy. We walked or took the trolley for everything we wanted to do. Pool was wonderful.
