We loved this property, everything was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Also a great location, 10 minute drive from broadway (which made our Ubers super cheap). And Brian was a great host! Very communicative and quick to respond.

We happened to be there a weekend that the Titans played so downtown was very busy. It was nice to get back to our VRBO to relax. Great location, there were plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy within walking distance and it was a quick, short Uber drive to downtown. We would definitely stay again if we’re back in Nashville

Trip was great and house was in a perfect location with everything we needed. Property owner Che was awesome working with us in advance to make sure we had the right house for the amount of people we had coming. Also, helped with recommendations of places to go. Highly recommend

Our family stayed here while moving our daughter into college. Was satisfied overall, just a couple things were bothersome. Main problem was we had no WiFi the entire 4 day stay. Host said he fixed it, but it never did work. Second, the parking could be better and the driveway was very rough at the end. It scraped the bottom of our vehicle every time we exited. If we didn't have a rental, we would've been very concerned about that. The A/C units did fine, better in the master bedroom than the other one. The master bathroom is great, the other one is just okay. Everybody ended up using the master bath for showers. Overall, good experience, and would stay again- mostly because the location is so great.

Home was in great shape with plenty of parking. Brian was very accommodating and the location was awesome!

Was nice.. except couple of concerns .. Driveway was very rough where it joined Kirkwood. Portable AC units couldnt keep up with outdoor heat .. assume Central AC was not working ? Overall- loved the neighborhood and proximity to 12 South Would stay again

We stayed at this VBRO to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we both thought that the place was very conveniently located and very spacious and clean.

This was our first time staying in 12 south and this location was perfect. Good parking, clean and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was the the digital cable. It’s actually a digital antenna which limited viewing when recovering from Broadway visits.

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic with lots of good food and drink within walking distance. There are e-bikes for rent across the street and it was an easy drive/bike to Broadway and East Nashville.

Came to Nashville for a comedy show. Love this house, love this neighborhood and love this host!

The home was clean & convenient to shops and restaurants on 12 South. Although the home is much older, there were many great updates and we loved the charm. We talked of coming back when the weather is warmer before we even left!

Easy to book and good communication with Brian the owner. Loved the 12 South area and we were steps away from fun bars/ restaurants/ shops. Just note, fairly pricey area for shopping but def you can find eats that are reasonable. Close to the city and Broadway. Place was clean and cute. :)

When we checked in on the 23rd the temperature inside the apartment was 62' with an outside temperature of 47'. We tried to contact the owner but we're unable to. It turned very cold that night and the inside temperature sank to 58'. We finally got in touch with the owner the next day. He got a technician over who check out the thermostat and reset the unit but unfortunately it wasn't able to raise the temperature above 62'. Because of this the next day the owner had two space heaters brought over and opened up the apartment downstairs for our use. In addition to the low temperatures there no water in the upstairs kitchen and the first floor bathroom. Eventually the water started flowing in both locations. My group occupied both apartments and appreciated the owner opening up the second apartment for our use. We checked out on Wednesday. 28th and I tried to contact the owner to discuss the the two nights we spent with the temperatures around 60' but he never responded.

The property manager was easy to work with.

This VRBO is in a great spot in 12 South. It was clean and spacious and overall we were content with our stay. We did have a few challenges - the listing information we received did not list a unit number so checking in was a nightmare because we didn’t know which unit out of the three was ours. The property manager, however, did call me back right away which I appreciated. The WIFI was basically non existent. The wifi in the instructions did not exist so the host gave me another one that rarely worked (which was a challenge because we used a baby monitor that only worked via wifi). Also - its an older house with some great historic charm but there are some quirks like the doors don’t shut fully and there are extremely limited outlets so I don’t think this place would be a good fit for certain groups. On the plus side it was spacious, clean, and in a great location so we were satisfied overall.

Had a great time staying here, host was super easy to reach and very flexible with our needs. Would stay here again next time I visit Nashville!

This property was such a cute place. I thought it was a small place, but turned out the bedrooms were a good size and so were the bathrooms. We walked to some bars in the neighborhood and felt safe. Cute shops and great places to eat within walking distances for a chill type of night. I would stay here again.

Would definitely rent there again!

My husband and another couple stayed for 3 nights and we the condo was exactly what we wanted. Great location, great size, equipped with everything you would need and the host is very responsive. 12 South has a great vibe - restaurants and shops just a short walk - and 10 min Uber to downtown!

First time to Nashville and it did not disappoint. Perfect location. Far enough away from the craziness of Broadway, yet a short Uber away!

I stayed here with a group of 8 for a girls trip. It was clean and comfortable- just what we needed! We couldn’t find the air mattress or pull-out couch mentioned in the description, but there were two cots and the couch was large enough to sleep a few people comfortably. We enjoyed it and would stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful, great communication with Brian and he was so helpful with anything we needed. This VRBO is a triplex in which we stayed in the beautiful remodeled apartment of the home, and can’t wait to see the rest of the home when finished. Absolutely the perfect location in 12 South!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this property. I only gave four stars in the one area because I hoped the kitchen would’ve been a little bit more equipped for the price that we paid. Some pans would have been nice, along with a cookie sheet, Can opener, small colander. Basic kitchen essentials. I rented a A place with a kitchen because it helps with the cost of meals. The location of this rental is wonderful, and it is very clean. Brian brought in a folding table and chairs for us which was so kind.
