Beautiful place with a nice view

Wonderful house with great rooms and kitchens!

The property is decorated very beautifully. It has such a well stocked kitchen. The views and the area is exceptional. The manager was responsive in a very timely manner concerning an issue with the refrigerator. Overall it was a great place to stay for our Family.

This worked perfectly . Everyone had room and bathroom and could be with group or retreat for a nap.

My family and I celebrated my mother’s 85th birthday at the lodge. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were! Jodi was very helpful with making sure that my mother, who uses a walker, had access to the main level. This is an extremely comfortable, luxurious house and the views are stellar! The last day of our stay we were visited by a herd of elk! We look forward to staying at the lodge again sometime.

The place was clean well stocked with the essentials. It was perfect for our whole family.

We love staying here, the location and facilities are perfect for a family vacation. If you're looking to see wildlife you will see plenty right outside the door. It's fairly close to town and all the attractions in the surrounding area. This was our second time going here for our annual Estes Park family vacation and it never disappoints.

We had plenty of room and the house was well supplied.. Easy access and ample parking. Only a couple of minutes to the golf course and just a few to town. Great walking path across the street. We hope to return next year.

We stayed with a group of 18 family members from ages 3 to 75 and everyone was comfortable and loved the stay!

We had a total of 16 people on this stay. Our 7 children, two spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The wildlife, the amenities for cooking, and the giant dining table were the best of the trip. I would do it again and again.

We took a family vacation with 16 people. It was great to be able to spread the families out on the two floors of the house. Also, there was all the items needed in the house for our stay. The number of bathrooms were great for the number of people we had staying there. We would rent this place again.

We rented all 3 properties for a family vacation. The location was great and we could walk between properties. We all got together in the main lodge each evening. The host was very responsive to a couple issues and they were taken care of right away. Highly recommend! Wildlife wandering by was a bonus

Wonderful property - lots of animals, incredible views and great location. We were very happy with our choice. Microwave handle is broken - it opens but does not return naturally. It had to manually be placed back in correct spot.

The place was very spacious and well laid out. And I absolutely loved the decor.

We stayed here for a family wedding at Estes park. It was perfect to meet the needs of the 4 generations (age range 3 -86 years). The large kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare and eat several meals. The large family room and kitchen table worked out well. Most bedrooms include a bathroom including one with stand shower which was helpful for our older family members. We had an issue with dishwasher breaking, and the owner responded promptly . It was a minor inconvenience to hand wash while waiting for replacement part but the owner maintained good communication. Over all wonderful house. Our family will treasure the memories.

The house was beautiful, lots of room, worked so perfect for our group. all the adults had their own bedroom with full bath. all the kids had pull outs or bunk beds.Just a wonderful trip and fun filled weekend. wonderful memories were made. The house easily fit 8 adults and 9 kids. loved the views from the windows with all the deer and elk and the snow falling was just perfect.

nice beds, stocked clean kitchen, all appliances worked well, more than one toaster, beautiful deck with brook across the road, warm house not drafty or cold, large windows, lots of towels and two washers/dryers, two refrigerators, two ovens . very nice for large groups, easy to find and plenty of clean level paved parking. paved driveway. view wasnt the best lots of houses across the road but plenty of room between.

We had everything we needed for the weekend. The place has some stunning views, windows and natural light everywhere, and a wonderful set up for our larger group. Communication was easy and the accommodations were very comfortable. Would definitely go back!

For the 10th year my family and friends convened in Estes Park for a weekend of concerts and the lodge was an absolutely amazing home away from home for us. Everyone enjoyed their rooms, the great showers/bathrooms and the wonderful kitchen area (I may be stealing some ideas from that awesome island for my kitchen rebuild soon) There was a huge consensus about the desire to return to the house for future trips. There was an issue with a smell in the downstairs kitchen/bunkbed area the first morning. I called the property manager a couple times and left messages about it before we figured out it was tied to hot water use. When my call was returned the evening of the next day I was informed that it was a normal occurrence when the property has been vacant for a bit of time related to water system drainage. By that time the smell had stopped occurring and our initial concerns that it was a small gas leak were alleviated.

Our family loved staying at this excellent VRBO rental. The six bedrooms are very roomy and widely separated so even the baby crying at night did not disturb others. The living and dining rooms are spacious and gave us enough room to watch football and play board games. The kitchen is well equipped for quantity cookery and has two sinks which the cooks loved. The driveway is a bit slippery in the snow, but 4 WD handled it well. We definitely would stay here again.

12 members of my family stayed in the house. We had plenty room no wait for the bathrooms. Beautiful views from everywhere in the house. Disappointed because the fireplaces didn't work.

Some friends of mine and I did a girls' getaway weekend to Estes. We were going to have 10-12 people, and we needed a space that could comfortably accommodate all of us. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space, and it was really comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. The beds/bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for all of us (10 women) to get ready in the mornings. The common areas had comfortable furniture to sit and visit, or play games. We didn't burn the fireplaces, but there were 2 of them. A very cozy, spacious place. The location is just outside of downtown Estes, and across from the Estes 18-hole golf course. The price was very reasonable, especially for what we got. The host was accessible and responded to questions and concerns quickly. This is the perfect place for weekend getaways with larger parties. We've already decided that we'll stay here again for our next Estes trip.

We rented all 3 houses on this property for a large group of friends to spend the weekend together and had an incredible time. This house was very much the gathering house, with space to comfortably accommodate all of us. The house itself felt much larger than it comes across in the pictures and we found it to be very well built with great sound insulation for those that snuck off to bed early. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was very well stocked and the location is of course fantastic. Would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our family. My four adult children and their spouses all had there own good sized bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our nine grandchildren. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living room and large deck. House was clean on check in - very important. Location was great. Not right in town, but only a short drive. Very close to National Park.

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 4 families for a total of 16 adults staying at the property. Jody was super responsive to our needs and her handyman was quick and knowledgeable! The setting provided us with views of the mountains and we had a herd of elk about 60 walk through the property one morning. The gathering room was spacious and set up to accommodate personal conversation. The only downside was the sofa beds. They’re pretty lumpy and since we needed them to accommodate all of the adults it was a bit inconvenient. I’d definitely recommend this property for large groups and would rent it again. We had a wonderful time at your VRBO. Easy to find, parking gave plenty of room. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Many deer, and elk right outside dining room windows.

Perfect house for our group. 4 master suites, plus a bedroom. Bunk bed area worked for the kids. Large kitchen and dining area and a large great room with plenty of seating for our group of 9.

This property was perfect for our family. Each one of my kids had a king size bed, hide a bed and large bathroom that could accommodate their individual families and we also had the bunk room downstairs, it was wonderful having that much space! We had a great time and really experienced all that Estes Park had to offer and more. For any families with kids-Fun City is a awesome place to take the kids for a couple hours-it really helped us out in between all of our other adventures!

From the amazingly comfortable beds to the perfect number of in room Jacuzzis to soak sore muscles in after some splendid yet vigorous hikes. Can't beat the wildlife activity with incredible up close encounters with elk. Kitchen stocked from coffee maker to spices. Alot of amenities for a group!
