This property is in a really beautiful location right on the beach to be able to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the condo or right down on the beach! The amenities were plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Exactly what is needed for a relaxing vacation!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay! The unit is located perfectly for ocean views from both bedrooms. Rick and Erik responded to questions within minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would ever need! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely be returning. 👍

Dennis fixed the plugged oceanfront toilet and tightened the sticker plate on the front door. This will need more attention later.

Ideal location on the south end of Kihei. Excellent access to beautiful Wailea beaches for snorkeling and swimming yet close to restaurants and take out options. Condo was clean and well equipped. Staying here was a splurge for us and we felt it was well worth the $$$. Mahalo Rick and Erik.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Mana Kai. The condo was everything as described and we had hoped for. The location, view and quality of the condo were fantastic. The owners were a delight to deal with. Can't recommend highly enough.

The condo was clean and well appointed. Although I didn’t do any cooking the kitchen seemed to have every needed. Because the restaurant and bar are closed for remodeling, eating and drinking were more of an issue. The remodeling doesn’t seem to have even started so at least we didn’t have the noise The owners were Great! Very generous and always in communication when something came up We would recommend the unit for sure! We hope to go back but will wait until renovations are completed

The communication between owner was great. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he was very responsive to try his best to get it repaired. The condo is in the ideal location and everything was very clean.

The condo supplies all the necessary amenities and then some (boogie boards, chairs, beach umbrella, cookware, even shampoo and conditioner) and we appreciated the coffee and snacks left for us. This condo is definitely a great deal for the location and views. We shall be back!

This is my third stay at the Mana Kai and this unit is the best! AC is, in my opinion, very necessary, and this one has it. Even if you are ok with open air temps, the roosters start crowing early so closed windows help. The view is absolutely amazing and we spent a lot of time on the patio. The unit was super clean, well stocked, and felt like home. As far as location goes, the Mana Kai is on a very nice beach and the rocks are right there for awesome snorkeling. South Kihei has lots of great dining, but if you’re feeling fancy, Wailea is very close. We walked there in the beach for breakfast a couple time. Summary: this unit is the best at the best place to stay. You can’t go wrong here.

Fantastic location. Property manager very responsive and kind. Clean and perfectly located. The view from the Lanai is breathtaking. We would stay here again. After a week here my stress went down about 10-fold.

My family had a great week. We snorkeled just outside the condo, walked the beach, watched the beautiful sunsets, boogie boarded, sun bathed, and found all sorts of yummy restaurants nearby. This condo is bright, clean, and well equipped. We will be staying here again and again.

Wonderful, unlike some places this condo lived up to the description and pictures! Enjoyed the view with the a lovely Maui beach right outside.

We chose this condo for location on our favorite beach with a good restaurant on site, full house air conditioning, and its excellent second bedroom. It definitely met all of our expectations. Often the second bedroom is small and dark but this one is large with a big picture window and ocean view. Its' private bathroom is equivalent to the primary one. When adults are sharing condo space, this is important. One of our party is very sensitive to humidity so the air conditioning was great with separate controls for the second bedroom and the main space. Being an end unit, the ocean is right below, with wonderful surf sounds and breezes. We would definitely return to this unit next time we are in Maui!

This property is a wonderful location.....this unit is tired and needs an over haul....from carpet....to base boards needing paint...etc...etc. I would not give this review were the price not very high and I expected better. We have stayed at this property before but not this unit....Bonus points given for wonderful cooking supplies...

The unit was very comfortable, including the linens and the bed (there are two king beds but we only slept in one of them). We didn’t contact the property people, as there was no need to do so but I did get a message during our stay where they apologized for a very small inconvenience that really didn’t effect our stay whatsoever. The owners take pride in this unit! I would stay here again.
