This was the most wonderful vacation for me and my husband. The condo was amazing. The view even better. The location was great. We walked to pretty much every meal. We have decided that Pensacola Beach will be on our list of vacation spots indefinitely. And we would hope that this condo would be available every time!! Enjoyed our few days so much. We highly recommend renting this condo. No complaints at all!

It was amazing!! The condo is beautiful and so convenient to the beach and restaurants! Hopefully we can stay there again someday! Had every thing you need like being at home. Thanks for an awesome week at the beach!!

It was good. Furniture was different than in pictures. No beach towels provided, beach umbrella was broken, beach chairs not provided. No extra trash bags.

If you are looking to stay right on the beach, this condo is perfect! Not only can you walk straight out to the beach, but there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The beaches in Pensacola are pristine. White sand and beautiful green/blue ocean. Downtown Pensacola offers numerous shops and delicious restaurants. We love this quaint little town with its historic buildings. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy!

We’ve stayed at the Emerald Isle 5 times now. It is a great property. Mary Beth’s condo was lovely and everything was as described. We will be back next year and would be happy to stay in her condo again 😊

First day was a little warm because we had air issues with the unit in the condo. All was resolved quicklly after contacting Mary Ellen. We had a great stay and the location was perfect. The glass balcony door is hard to open/close, otherwise very clean condo.We would stay here again.

I really appreciated the clearly laid out instructions for how to get in the front gate, how to get in the building's entrance, and how to get in the unit's front door. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and the view is amazing.

We had a great week! The condo is beautiful! The view from balcony is perfect for watching the sea life. Saw many dolphins. The only thing that was a pain was all the codes needed to get into parking and building but we got the hang of it. Would definitely recommend.

Property was just as described, had a wonderful ocean view. Wonderful place to stay ! My only complaint would be it was difficult to access the property with all the codes needed to access the parking lot and building and room. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great condo. Furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with spices and cookware and small appliances. View was amazing. Would have loved to stay longer. Would definitely recommend to others

Great spot for a family beach vacation. I would recommend!

This is an outstanding place to stay if you enjoy a well-appointed but unpretentious condominium with stunning views of Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach in front of the towers is a short walk to the Pier but is uncrowded compared to the main public access beach. We walked down the beach for cocktails and casual dinner a couple of evenings and it was a lovely walk back along the beach with the moon shimmering across the water. Pensacola Beach is what you might consider a "blue collar" beach resort (compared to Palm Beach, for example) that is a destination for locals, but the Emerald Isle condos are well maintained, secure and ideally situated for that perfect family or couples beach get away. The owner was helpful and we had no issues with either the function or form of the condo for the length of our stay. The warm colors and rich wood furniture was a nice break from the typical whites and blues of beachside accommodations. Would highly recommend this owner and condo if you are staying in Pensacola and seeking beachfront.

We had a great stay! Our condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The deck overlooking the gulf was so relaxing. We will definitely be looking for this property again!

The condo was comfortable, had a wide-open feel, and a great view. We like Emerald Isle. We've stayed in other condos. This is the first one we've wanted to return to.

Beautiful weather and beaches. Condo had everything we needed and more. Especially was thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella. Ate the best seafood at Shaggys and Wind Jammer at Navarre Beach. Also Crabbs was a good place to eat. The only thing that needed an improvement was the glass door to patio. It was very hard to open. Everything else was great for our beach getaway.

The property exceeded our expectations. The wagon was a nice added addition. The spice rack was another nice addition. It’s the little things and this condo had them all! Mary Beth was so easy to communicate with. I am fixing to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view and weather the whole time. The cold and heated pool option was a nice addition. Mary Beth was a wonderful host and great at communication when we had questions. Loved having a washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes before returning to Denver. Hate having to do laundry when I get back from vacation. It was the perfect place to take our 3 month old for her first beach trip and so she could meet her uncle for the first time. We would definitely come back!

My stay started off on the never getting the correct code to get on property. I realized this hours before getting there and called, text and emailed the owner with no response multiple times. Once arriving at property I spent 2 hours on the phone with vrbo who couldn't help, all they could do is call, text, and email the owner also which by that time I had been doing for mutliple hours. Finally someone associated with the owner called with the codes I needed, only to be rude to me on the phone saying they sent the codes and only getting angrier when I said I didn't receive them and when I said something about them being rude they even got more offensive. Once inside the unit there was way more furniture in it than in the pictures. So much I had to move some to get the luggage cart through the door. There was stuff in every corner leaving no place to put any of our stuff. On to of that both closets in the bedrooms were full also giving us no where to store anything also. Over all I would not suggest this unit.

Great location on the beach and view of the Gulf of Mexico. The host was great to work with. There were a few issues with the condo but host was addressing them. Overall, it is a nice condo.

Sun, beach, waves, what more could you want? No shoes required here! We had a blast at Mary Beth's condo and we didn't want to leave! Every modern convenience was ours and our stay was as cozy as could be. The pools and hot tub are clean, the beach is right there and there's even a gym! Nothing beats looking out on your full Ocean view from a private deck! This little gem was just what our family needed to recharge and we can't wait to do it again! Thanks Mary Beth!
