This place was perfect! It had everything you could possibly need. The owners thought of everything. We had one issue with the grill but the owner was very quick to respond and I’m sure they got it resolved! We will definitely stay here again!

Property and communication from owners was perfect. We always do an off season stay and have had to bring our dogs the past few times. It was great to find a pet friendly property with so many options. Since it is early spring you never know what the weather brings SolMate has great inside and outside options for activities. We will definitely be checking the calendar for openings next spring.

My wife and I are parents of three teenagers so we do not have many opportunities to spend time together due to sports, jobs, etc. Our week at Sol Mate was great. The pool table and arcade games were a hit with my son. The hot tub and dock were a hit with my daughters. We did some hiking and cave exploring while we were there. Most of our time was spent at the house. Plenty of room and everything was clean. It was a great time with family!

We were so blessed to find this gem for our Thanksgiving week vacation with family gathering from Texas, Wisconsin, and Chicago. Such a beautiful setting and lovely house nestled right into a cove on Lake of the Ozarks. We were wishing we were here in warmer months to better enjoy the lake, but for a November gathering, the house and property had everything and more than we were looking for. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, even hung out on the dock. The game room was a hit with everyone! The bunk room had space for all the cousins to enjoy each other and be comfortable and the upstairs rooms had super comfortable beds and nice spaces for the adults. There were loads of extra linens available if needed as well as everything we needed to bring in all our groceries for our stay for 3 families and cook all our meals, including two fridges in the house and all kitchen needs for a foodie family. The host was super accommodating and helpful as we planned this get together and that made our stay everything we hoped it would be!

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family. It was everything we expected and more. The open kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for meals and relaxing. We hope to stay here again next year if she will let us!

Our daughter got married at Weathered Wisdom Barn, and we chose to make Sol Mate our “headquarters” for the week, which could not have turned out better! Kristy was proactively communicative and so helpful answering questions and providing recommendations. Her property is exactly as advertised, and you can feel comfortable having guests of all ages stay with you. The location is quite convenient to the Highway so travel to / from surrounding towns is efficient. I’d happily stay here again should we return to Sunrise Beach.

This place has it all!!! Location, docks, beach, game room, 3 and a half bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, gas grill, large beautiful deck overlooks the lake, dock has music, swings, refrigerator, couch to relax, lawn chairs, i mean, it just has everything you need!! 5 minutes from gas and groceries and walking distance to Captain Rons bar and beach ⛱️ 👌 PERFECT WEEK!!

Nice property. Plenty of room for multi families. Large dock on quiet cove. Close to local places to eat. Small sand beach was nice for young kids. Would look to book again.

This was our 5th year vacationing in the Ozarks and this was our favorite rental yet. We had 2 families with 6 teenagers. The house was very clean and set up well for our group. The upstairs has a great room for big meals and a large Smart TV for movies. Everyone took turns with the video games and pool throughout the week. But, what sets this house apart is the outdoor space which is the primary thing we look for. Large, slightly sloped yard so good setup for corn hole (they provide a set) and other games. They have a rare beach area which I imagine would be great for families with young children. The deck space is one of the best I've seen on the lake and we spent every day and most evenings hanging out on it. There's a couch, bar, cabinet and full refrigerator which we used to get out of the sun and for card games in the evening. They also provide a Lilly pad, a couple of kayaks and other toys and have a shop vac which we used to fill up our rafts. It's in a large, no wake cove, so didn't have to worry about waves, or passing boats at all. Only 3 doors down from Captain Rons so we spent several nights there listening to bands and playing volleyball. But, surprisingly, didn't really hear the noise on those nights we hung out at the dock. Also only a few minutes from Pirates Point marina where we rented wave runners and a pontoon and only a 5 min drive from a grocery store and several other bar/restaurants on the lake. We'll definitely be coming back!

A few minor setbacks with some repairs being taken care of while there, but by far our favorite property to stay at on the lake! Can’t wait to come back for year 3!

Great location! Close to everything but in a nice wake free cove. My kids loved the beach area and the dock. The owner was great to work with and stayed in touch the entire trip. Would highly recommend!

Great location in Captain Ron’s cove! Lots of fun things for the kids to do…kayaks, water mat, swings and swimming in a no wake cove. The house was nicely updated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this home for your next family gathering!

Our family of 8 plus fur babies enjoyed the dock, lake, kayaks, hot tub & large beautiful house with accommodations for all. The fishing could have been better but overall would highly recommend!

Great location on the lake, dock was great to hang out on, swim, and just chill with the doggos. Highly recommend and will be back. Look to Lake Breeze Resort for reasonable boat rentals.

Great kitchen and living area upstairs, newly remodeled and very clean. Downstairs can sleep quite a few and has some fun space for games. Beach and dock/bar is a great place to relax with plenty of room, and very little waves as this is a no wake bay right off the channel. Being close to Captain Ron's was great too!

We enjoyed the dock and spent many hours soaking in the sun and catching fish at night. The open floor plan allowed for kids to move and also had extra room to cook and eat. Fishing was great close to the house and the cove was quiet which allows for kayaking.

Appreciate the amenities and easy communication with our friendly host. Plenty of space for all and close to fun lakeside bar restaurants. This place would be a blast in the summer. Hope we see you again, Sol Mate!

It was very family friendly. The pictures do not do it Justice. The property owner did great with accommodations. We loved our stay their and would recommend others to stay at solmate!

Communication from day one was fantastic! We had so much space for all five kids to play inside and outside. We were close to groceries and had lots of space to cook meals! The dock space was perfect for the kids and grown-ups to play and relax. We can't wait to vacation here again soon!

The house was amazing exceeding our exceptions. We had 5 adult couples and we all had our own bed. We loved hanging out on the dock, playing a game of pool and the games in the basement and using the hot tub. The location is perfect literally walking distance to Captain Ron’s and other restaurants and the grocery store. Kristy was great to work with, providing information and checking to see if we needed anything after checking in. Already planning our next visit!

This was a great place to stay I would stay here every time I come to Lake of the Ozarks. The house set up just what our family needed. The dock and the swimming area was everyone’s favorite part. Great communication with the hostess. I don’t have any regrets choosing this house for our family vacation.

The Owner was more than helpful, kind, and you can tell she really cares. So much thought and detail went into this place. From the dock with is out of this world, with an ice machine and full fridge. To the basement entertainment and pool table. Captain Ron’s is a walk away with amazing food and drinks. It’s just awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for your next stay at Lake of the Ozarks.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! There’s so much to do for the kids and adults to stay entertained. The kitchen is beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. We especially loved the private beach the kids played in the sand for hours. This is the perfect stay for a family with kids and teens. Would definitely come back!

Sol Mate was the perfect house for our family of ten, ages 1-72. No steps from the house to the water, great sandy beach for the little ones with a variety of sand toys included, lots of inflatables enjoyed by the young & old, and the huge incredible dock used for gathering, relaxing, and fishing. We were able to seat everyone around the large kitchen table. The kitchen had the supplies needed to prepare all of our meals. It was very convenient to have the half bath right inside the basement door. The fire ring was nice to have for making s’mores one evening and it was very pleasant & quiet to sit on the deck in the evenings after the little ones went to bed. I had lots of questions before & during our stay and Kristy was always very prompt in replying. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this great property to groups of all ages, but especially to those families with small children. I would also like to recommend Rad Dad Boat Rental, for the convenience of delivering & picking up the boat and for their awesome customer service.

It was an awesome place for what we wanted to do. The house was clean and had pretty much what we needed. Manager Kristy was great. Would definitely stay again.

This property was wonderful for children, which was why we had chosen it, especially with young children. Having a beach was fantastic, as well as the zero entry ramp on the dock. The house was spacious, with plenty of sitting space for a large group. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great location and quiet cove for swimming and kayaking. Really nice, big dock for swimming and hanging out. Home is partially remodeled in kitchen and great room. Host was accessible and helpful. Hot tub, patio and yard were excellent. Sand beach fun for kids. Game room in basement big hit for adults and kids alike.

Dock is incredible for kids and adults. Everything you could want in a rental. Great location too. The only small critiques is it needs a better grill and large loots and pans for large groups. Other than that everything was fantastic
