Condo was clean, well furnished and conveniently situated. Excellent instructions and directions from owner. Just minutes from the King’s and Queen’s shopping complex’s. Would stay again when visiting the Big Island.

We had a wonderful time! The condo had everything we needed, was nicely decorated, and walking distance to shops and the beach.

We have been to the big island multiple times and have stayed in many different condos / homes, and this one by far was our favorite. The home was well laid out, clean, conveniently located, and easy to work with. We really hope that we get an opportunity to utilize the space again it really made our family vacation something special. A special shout out to Hisanori, the owner, who was easy to communicate with, very professional and extremely helpful. Thanks again for the use of your space!

This condo was perfect for our spring break get-away. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals - the lanai has an awesome view of the golf course.

The property was in a great location. Wonderful walk to the queen shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable but all the pillows need replacing. The communication with the owner before arriving was great.

We had a great stay. Communication before hand was very good. Directions and check in process were prefect. The townhome is conveniently close to shopping. We would definitely stay again.

The home was in one of the best locations on the island. It was close to many great snorkeling beaches. The house was very clean and had an extremely well stocked kitchen. It also had everything we needed for the beach. Awesome views of golf course and sunsets. Great rental.

This is a great location, easy walking to shops & restaurants and a good location for exploring the island. A-Bay is very close & the lava lava beach club is great. This was our first time at the Big Island and we truly loved the island. The outdoor patio is great for lounging in the breeze on the golf course. The condo was spacious and good value for money. Hisanori provided very specific detailed instructions for everything including how to check in and directions on how to use everything. The host was a great communicator. The linens could use a refresh, they were a bit worn down and the condo could use a deep clean. Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed the location.

Very nice space! We loved our stay here. The condo is spacious, we were able to cook in the kitchen, do our laundry, walked to the beach, watch golfers from the lanai. Communication from the owner was great!

We made good use of the large assortment of beach toys and the well appointed kitchen. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

The condo was very nice and had everything you would need during your stay, conveniently located close to pool, fitness center and grills with a nice view of the golf course . Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The complex itself is very well maintained and had a resort like feel, the pool was one of the nicest I've seen. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and unfortunately we had some people above us who were very loud, at all hours of the day it seemed. The unit itself is wonderful, and Hisanori is a very gracious and generous host and allowed a late checkout in order for us to smoothly transition to our next lodging (we had refrigerated items). The condo had lots of amenities, such as boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, coolers and even a bidet in the master bathroom toilet! We never used it but I thought that was something neat to have. The beds were very comfortable. Based on the other comments, he has replaced the couch in the living area which serves as futon for additional sleeping space, but we didn't use that. The kitchen has a rice cooker, which was a nice appliance to have. The refrigerator was clean and spacious. I would only suggest having an additional kitchen towel for when the other one is being washed. The same goes for the hand towels in the bathrooms. Having one additional one per bathroom would help a lot when the towels are being washed. We used the BBQ grills by the pool a few times during our stay, and they were very well maintained and they had a bucket of disinfectant wipes there to help keep things clean. I appreciated having enough garbage bags so we could take out the garbage each night, as well as access to some cleaning products to wipe down the counters, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towels, and it was apparent that previous guests have left various other items in the bathrooms which can come in handy if needed, such as alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for first aid. It was also very convenient to have dedicated covered parking right by the stairs. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.
