Cons: 1. Stains on couch and ripped material on couch 2. Worn side chair 3. Multiple wasps in unit on 1st and 2nd day, a few palmetto bugs, and ants throughout trip. 4. 2nd floor shower leaked through cracked ceiling on 1st floor (property manager caulked and sealed to resolve) 5. A/C unit went out (property manager addressed) 6. Very little hot water for showering (we did not report this given too many issues to keep reporting) 7. Dirty grout and chipped tile in various places throughout unit. 8. Vents were extremely dusty and gritty. 9. Spiral staircase did not inspire confidence and top step showed signs of separation from wall. 10. Porch covered with bird droppings. 11. Walls clearly had marks or stains that were brushed over instead of just repainting the unit. Pros: 1. Amazing location 2. Plenty of space for family of 5 that includes 2 teenage kids. 3. TV's in each room, dishwasher, microwave. We did not stay a full week, so we did not need a washer and dryer, but if there is one it would be in the garage which is shared by residents in the main house. If the unit was completely renovated, painted, furniture completely replaced, tile replaced, appliances replaced (current includes old silverware, dented toaster, etc.), small washer and dryer added in the unit...then it would be a fantastic place.

It also offered the right amount of space for our party of 2.We look past the cons as for us, the location of this unit to the Rosemary Beach town square and beach access (Walkover H and I) are really convinient and we come to Rosemary to either be at the beach or out enjoying the area. If this is your same idea, then this unit gets the job done for a reasonable price compared to other carriage house we priced during the May-23 time frame.The unit could house two couples easily, as the upstairs room has two double beds, more than this you would be cramped. Loved the location, but the place itself was very tight with the spiral staircase taking up a lot of the main room. The upstairs room with two full beds was especially cramped with very little room for one person, let alone the four that could conceivably stay up there. And there was no door to the upstairs bathroom -- only a shower curtain. So there wasn't much privacy! Plenty of towels and pillows, which was nice. Kitchen was well-stocked. Toilet paper was provided but you were on your own once it ran out!

This unit is in a great location in RMB. So convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach. If you want to leave the property You do not have guaranteed parking so that was stressful when we would drive the car somewhere and hope you could find a spot upon returning. I think this unit needs a bit updating. The stairs leading up to the unit were not sturdy and need to be replaced and painted. Also a full length mirror needs to be added to the unit. There was a kool aid or juice stain on upstairs bed skirt when we arrived. They provided lots of towels and wash cloths. Plenty of trash bags and coffee filters as well as dishwasher tablets. There were 3 of us in this unit and I personally think 4 would be too many. I wish they had chairs on the balcony. Overall it was a nice visit.

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay with my boyfriend and his son (age 7). It was clean, had the amenities we needed, and communication with the property manager was great. The location was right down from 2 different pools, which is where we spent a large amount of our time. I would definitely book this property again!

It had a heavy cleaning odor upon first entry and we decided that was likely to coverup the mildew smell we found every other time we entered during our stay. Had to launder everything in the suitcase upon returning home due to mildew odor. There is no door on the upstairs bathroom nor was there anywhere to put bathroom items with a pedestal sink. I used an ironing board to store my clothes on because the small dresser was used by the other occupant on the other side of the room. To be fair, we did reach out to the property management company and they provided a small shelf the first day. When we called, they didn't know what we were talking about because they had never been in the property! It is in need of some serious TLC including dusting (vents, windows) painting, etc. The towel bar and TP holders both fell out of walls. Even the entry stairs are in need of work. A beach property, especially one that is rented, is something that needs constant care and this one feels like it was forgotten. We knew it was small but since there were three of us for a quick weekend it looked fine. It was definitely not up to the standards of the other properties we've stayed in before from the same company. Location was the absolute single best thing about this. So easy to get everywhere. I would not stay here again nor recommend it but if you do stay, note there is no parking and when Rosemary is packed that would be an issue.

It is not even close to the typical quality of rental that I would expect in RMB. The beds were comfortable is the only positive that I can give.

Cute place!

It’s a two bedroom. We had 2 couples and only 1parking pass. Ants under the sink, very hard couch, and uncomfortable in the fact that we had to enter the pool area of another rental to get to our washer dryer.

Everything is perfect, just the washer in the garage is a little odd, few cuca´s (cockroaches) visited us, other than that almost perfect.

Thanks for sharing you beautiful home with us. The location can not be beat.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of four. Keep in mind that the upstairs does have two beds but it is pretty tight with luggage so if you have older children it can get cramped. Downstairs has a nice porch. Kitchen was well equipped. We did have some issues with ants and a few roaches but the issues were taken care of in a timely manner, these are pretty normal for the area and all the trees. Overall the location is a straight shot to the beach Crossover I. Less than 5 minute bike ride or walk and Seacrest is right behind the property! Would definitely stay here again!!

The biggest deal was that on the morning of checkout, which is bright & early at 9am, the cleaning people entered the property very early, well before 9a while we were all still deep asleep and someone actually came into our bedroom. The door isn’t quiet and it woke me. I was in such a deep sleep I convinced myself I was dreaming or that maybe it had been one of my boys. Our alarms went off at 7:45a and we got up & began packing, & discovered all of the cleaning supplies had been left in the very small kitchen/walkway where you enter/exit to go down the outside stairs. Not only did the cleaning people come in well before our checkout time, they entered our bedroom, then left all of their supplies in the house & right where we would need to be going in & out. I immediately text the property manager with details & pictures. I received a call after they opened. She was confirming she understood me correctly, then sincerely apologized & said that never should have happened... and that was it.
