We loved the home and communication from the owner was wonderful during the weekend. She was very accommodating! The yard and views are incredible and the traffic noise mentioned is really just white noise. Our only complaint/comment is that this property is a duplex/shared space, so you will likely have renters in the basement and the outdoor space is all shared with them. Our neighbors were fantastic and our dogs got along great, but that would have been good to know ahead of time!

Scenic, diverse vegetation and bird life, easy access to the area and lovely home

Our entire group couldn't stop commenting on how nice the house was! Lots of room (three bedrooms plus a pull-out couch made it easy to sleep everyone comfortably) and all of the amenities we could ask for. Great living room with comfy couches and big TV, large dining room table that fit all 7 of us, full kitchen with all the cookware and utensils we needed. Coffee, tea, spices, and condiments were all readily available in the fridge and pantry. Beautiful patio with BBQ. Wonderful view from the living room. CD player with fantastic assortment of old road trip mix tapes. Can't say enough about this place! Also, Shannon was incredibly friendly and super quick to respond to any messages. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful, updated clean home. My family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need.

Our family needed a place near Sydney and convenient to the airport for late arrivals and this home fit the bill nicely as it’s a short trip to either location. The home was quite nice with ample room for the 6 of us plus 5 guests that came for a meal and evening visit. Parking is easy and secure and I can easily recommend this home.

The check in process was super easy, the house was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking and more than enough space In the house for the 6 of us and all our stuff! Shannon was a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend this property!

Rental was very easy. Quick responses from the owner made the whole experience very pleasant. We did not encounter any issues.

The house is perfectly located for use as a home base to explore Victoria and the surrounding area. Great place for the family to relax and unwind.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and beautiful. Very close to dining and activities while still being outside of a city environment. We loved it. Owner was great to work with and everything ran smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is within easy reach of the bike path and lots of places to purchase local foods, Sidney is a stones' throw away and Victoria also a short drive. The house is spacious and comfortable, quiet and well-located; I'd recommend it to anyone who would like to be near all the action, but not right *in* the action. Lovely area!

We sincerely enjoyed our stay in North Sannich! The house was beautiful, clean, and had all of the amenities we could need for our stay. The backyard was spacious and nicely maintained. We would definitely recommend this property!

Really nice facility. Was perfect for this family of 6. Great location, near Sidney (nice town), really good restaurants, attractions (butterfly exhibit, Buchart gardens, aquarium, shopping and easy jaunt to Victoria.) Easy access to highways 17 and 17a, Big backyard. A very helpful management.

We really enjoyed our stay....house is well equipped, great location, clean, great wifi, BBQ and patio....would definitely visit again!

Great property with large gardens and well appointed rooms. Master bedroom has two separate bathrooms; one with a jacuzzi tub and the other a walk-in shower. The house is well maintained and all the essentials provided. I would highly recommend the property to anyone and will book it again when I’m in the Victoria area.

What a wonderful home to stay in for our long weekend getaway! With a family wedding to attend this was the perfect place for us to stay. So close to the ferry and a 2min drive to the wedding destination. The house had all that we needed! A big space for us to gather in. A large dining room table to eat around and the gardens to enjoy and play bocce and spikeball all while using the big Barbecue. Shannon you were so helpful in the leadup with answering all my questions so quickly. We commented...why would you stay right in Victoria when you can stay here with all this space! I loved the fact that you had all the serving pieces that I needed to cook food for a big crowd! We enjoyed a lovely walk down to the beach and discovered a family of Canadian geese with 13 goslings... so special! It was a great family weekend and I can honestly say it was a perfect fit for our family!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were a family of 4 adults and 4 kids (between ages of 6 and 12). The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great. Shannon's attention to details (books, games, dvd player for a rainy day , ambience etc) as well as the apple trees and amazing view made our visit memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Getting ready for a wedding is super stressful but finding Shannon's home took a few worries off the table. A dishwasher would have made it even better, just to save time, but it certainly didn't make or break the experience. The exterior was beautiful too. A tad noisy with the Hwy traffic but again a small detail that was easy to dismiss. We all enjoyed our time, there was plenty of rooms to be alone or together, great lighting with the natural light for the makeup artists and photographer to find perfect spots to make their magic happen. All in all a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful garden and lovely views. The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great. One bedroom was a bit warm, and there is a bit of highway noise when windows are open, but overall a tremendous value. We would absolutely stay here again.

From comfort of the well stocked kitchen, to every room having a personality, to the ease of seeing my favorite Netflix documentary to the options of what all to do outdoors, your beauty of a place contributed to our enjoyment. Your house is for figures in the all-time top 3 for the global holidays over the last decade . There is another in Ports Catho in Cornwall UK and one on Lincoln NH that are as memorable for us. We stayed here for a family event in Sidney. It was perfect for 5 adults and a 1.5 year old. It's a short drive to downtown Sidney and the ferries. Up the road is a little bakery that is very cute. My daughter loved running from one side of the house to the other. With everything being on one floor, it was perfect for a toddler. The backyard is peaceful and private for the warm summer nights. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

We are family, 3 couples from Nova Scotia, Washington, New Zealand. We stayed 3 nights and entertained other family members from Victoria each evening. The accommodations were quiet, private, plenty, of space. Older home but well maintained . Thanks Shannon
