Our family loved our time at Laguna Beach Charmers. The view was my favorite part. Sitting on the large porch overlooking the ocean every morning was the highlight of my trip. The cottage was clean, well-appointed and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything we needed was provided, even coffee! The cottage is an easy 3/4 of a mile walk into town, but there were also many places right across the street to choose from that we didn't really need to venture into town. We had close access to three or four beaches from the cottage location and Heisler park was right down the street. Communication with the hosts was easy. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the property! It's spacious and clean, has lots of windows for the ocean breezes, and the view is great. Close to Heisler Park and lots of galleries and places to eat, and walkable to the main beach and downtown. We got engaged out on the porch!!! :) We'll be back again and again for sure. Already can't wait until our next stay. As a previous Laguna local, we now plan to come back at least a few times each year. Thanks so much for a wonderful, memorable vacation!

Sweet little cottage at the top of the hill. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the town and ocean. Perfect spot. Oceanfront paths to small private beaches and cliffside restaurants. No private parking spot but it was easy finding parking along the street. Laguna Beach fan!

What an amazing view !!!!! Wow. Just breathtaking. We loved the location. And appreciated all the food recommendations too!!

We felt very at home the minute we walked in!! What a pleasure and a treasure!!! All amenities needed were at our fingertips! Top floor bedroom attached to outside deck was delightful! So very close to the beach! Walked Heisler Park along the beach to downtown daily. Weather perfect - sunny and 75 with slight warm breeze! Gerri has done a wonderfully accurate job of selling her Beach Bungalow!! Thank you for sharing this special space with us!

Nice little cottage with a great location and beautiful views.

I have visited Cottage A four times over the years and will likely return again. You can’t beat waking up to ocean views and waves crashing on the rocks with a cool breeze blowing through the flowing panels in your room. The upscale décor touches give that beachy cottage feel and the amenities provide everything you need for a relaxing time. The spacious deck holds both open air and covered spaces for choices of full sun or cool shade. Conveniently located with a short five-minute walk to Shaw’s Cove with private-like beaches and rocky lagoons or five minutes the other direction to get to the grocery store. The great trolly system provides transportation to downtown, the festivals or a coastal trip all the way to Dana Point, so no need for a car here! While Pacific Coast Hwy. directly backs the cottage the traffic noise is only heard from the kitchen and bathroom windows and does not take away from the overall experience. It is a serene place to stay so probably not suited for a party crowd. Gerri is an attentive and thoughtful owner, so easy to work with. You will love your stay!

Although right on PCH it’s still quiet at night and great location. Walk to 3 beaches in minutes and nice walk to downtown laguna. Gerri was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The deck has an amazing ocean view. Perfect for July 4th fireworks.

What a great location and fantastic area for a great vacation! The view was spectacular and walk ability was great. Grocery one block away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Awesome park to walk and relax!!! We will be back!!!

Nothing beats falling asleep and waking up to ocean sounds and 180 degrees ocean views . My husband and my two boys loved the coziness of this home . The communication with owner was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, laundry, and walking distance to beach and restaurants. I mean if you’re looking to escape and explore Laguna this is the spot!

This was truly the perfect spot for our group of two couples. The view from the deck is sublime, and the location is excellent, with walking access to two very special beaches, a grocery store, a burger joint, the trolley, and much more. This place has CHARM, and Gerri is an excellent host.

This property was perfect for my wife and my 27th wedding anniversary, and we live near the beach in San Diego! The cottage is spacious for a couple. The views are amazing. Just far enough away from down town party, but close enough to walk there or take the trolley. Beaches are close. Waking up to a wonderful ocean view starts your day off perfectly. Then you can have breakfast on the ocean view deck!

Had a wonderful time, hope to come back soon.

Gerri and Art are wonderful hosts. They couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The home is beautifully decorated, has stunning views, and every detail is thought of. The primary bedroom is a heavenly treat. The partially covered deck is spacious, comfortable, and cozy. Every room in the house is impressive and perfectly outfitted. We will be back!

Cute property—very noisy as it backs to PCH. We did get used to the noise— much quieter at night—woke up each day to traffic noise. Wonderful access to beach—teens loved it. Overall I’d give it a 4. All the wonderful amenities really can’t make up for the highway. Beware if you are a light sleeper

Quintessential Laguna Beach bungalow with views that go on forever! Charming and spacious home with attention to all the details (spices, paper products, beach towels, etc, etc) Gerri and Art are lovely hosts; very special space and location! A rare VRBO!

We spent 5 glorious days here-- the views themselves (from the bedrooms, the living area, and the perfect deck) are incredible. The cottage is well furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen has all that is needed to prep and cook food. The location couldn't be better: easy walk to a great grocery, and a coffee shop in one direction, and easy walk to lovely uncrowded beaches in the other direction. We had no trouble parking either. besides Laguna Beach is a fun, arty town with lots of great restaurants. Having stayed in many VRBOs, I can say that this place and its hosts Gerri and Art are A+. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous property. Views are amazing and beach access is very easy. Gerri was very responsive to questions and had all the little things that make renting a place far from home so relaxing; Keurig coffee, shower items, spices, phone chargers etc. I highly recommend this property.

The views were amazing. We loved waking up to the ocean views each day and enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony while watching the glow of the sunset on the water. The cottage was well stocked and clean. The charm of the cottage made us feel at home and the location was perfect with only a 5 min walk to Shaws Cove.

This property is lovely. The interior is decorated with beautiful furnishing and thoughtful touches. The ocean view from our patio was the icing on the cake!

We stayed 6 nights at the charming property for a special birthday and it meet all our expectations. Quiet and convenient as well as clean. The location is perfect the beach is just a short walk on either side of Cliff Dr. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery store which are also walking distance and the trolley stop just across the street that takes you downtown, very convenient if you don't want to deal with parking . Gerri and Art were very gracious hosts, thanks again for the flowers. What we enjoyed the most was waking up to the ocean view and eating meals on the balcony as well as the ocean breeze, there is a bbq grill and we grilled seafood one day and walked to Heisler park for a wonderful picnic. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The Cottage is so charming. Lovingly restored, nicely furnished and very clean. On top of that what must be one of the best ocean views in Laguna and with only steps to Fisherman's Cove. Easy walk through Heisler Park to Main Beach. What a find!
