This place was perfect for the 6 of us. Everything we needed, so comfortable and clean, owners are amazing and we could walk everywhere!

Very happy to have 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. Clean home, several amenities including new large capacity washer/dryer made it easy for our family to wash dusty hiking clothes. Comfortable beds and living space. I walked to the historic town plaza twice because it was just a short 10–12-minute stroll. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Sugar ants showed up in kitchen and bath, and owners immediately sent exterminator. Enjoyed our time and appreciated the customer service.

Loved that this was close to plaza and restaurants. But more a residential neighborhood so very quiet in evening. Very large house so can accommodate two families.

This house is so amazing. The location could not be better within walking distance to the park or to the plaza.. This 3 bedroom house was so clean and organized and fun with games and puzzles. There are several outdoor settings to congregate with a grill, small fire pit, and comfortable seating. The inside was so spacious and had a couple of fireplaces, skylights a large day, dining table, breakfast table, and three bedrooms that were spacious, including three bathrooms that were large we could not have picked a better place for our family to stay during spring break. The hosts are phenomenal and makes sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need at their home. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe! The home is much larger than the photos show and a great location for multiple couples or a large family to stay and spread out a bit. The kitchen is fully stocked and it is always nice having a washer/dryer. There are multiple outdoor areas and walking to the plaza was about 15 min. The traditional adobe style is so charming - can’t recommend this home enough!

Great place with all the amenities needed and fun Southwest character. Walkable to downtown Santa Fe, a beautiful park overlook, and Canyon Road. The host was really nice and communicative via messaging, and we didn’t have to do anything before checkout (like stripping beds, etc) which was really nice!

We stayed at this property for Christmas and the location is absolutely wonderful. Easy walk to downtown and easy to head up the mountain to go skiing. The house itself is beautiful and was sparkling clean. All bedrooms had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for our family. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place. Walked to Santa Fe center every day. Didn’t need to drive. The house was very well set up to cook and hold Thanksgiving for 6. Will likely stay there again. Hosts were accessible when needed and very helpful.

This was a beautifully decorated home with all the necessities and comforts for a wonderful stay! The home had plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for coming together with our group yet the layout provided privacy for couples. Sandra’s guide to Santa Fe was very helpful. We did not have any issues whatsoever with our stay, but Sandra responded quickly when we had a question about check-out. We so appreciated her comment to enjoy every minute of our stay and not worry about tidying up before checkout. Thank you for a wonderful experience in your beautiful home. ❤️

This home is extremely welcoming and the location can’t be beat. To be able to walk to the plaza is great! The furnishings and artwork are all well chosen, bedrooms are separated enough (and each with its own bath) for privacy, and the outdoor spaces are just beautiful. We’ve stayed here twice and would not hesitate to do so again.

Nothing lacking. We enjoyed meeting the owners and highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay in Santa Fe. Would book another stay in a nanosecond.

Well located near Plaza, walking distance for visitors younger than our group. Excellent and thorough tips for sightseeing and dining. Large primary en suite king with sitting room plus two bedrooms one quite small. We drew lots. A great setting for our reunion of college friends.

A wonderful and charming home, delightfully furnished. Even several outdoor patios! We had a wonderful time there.

Sandra and Justin were wonderful and thoughtful hosts. The house was perfect for our family stay with our two daughters who are in their 20’s. The “activity and house” guide they sent was so helpful and thorough! We ended up being there the weekend of “fiesta”. Because of the events in the Plaza, at times we could not have parked any closer than the house, so the location was perfect! Don't miss the sunset location just around the corner, as suggested by Justin and Sandra. The house was clean and well-supplied. The layout worked out well with everyone having their own bedroom, bathroom, and separate small “wing” of the house, with a nice common area of the living room, as well as separate dining and sitting areas. The covered outside patio was perfect. Comfortable furniture and overhead covering during thunderstorms when you still want to be outside. (We visited in early September.) We will definitely stay again on a return to Santa Fe and have already recommended the house to friends! Thank you for making our rare family vacation so easy!

This location was fabulous. Close to downtown in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Access to the home during the Zozobra day was quite an experience, but the event ended at a reasonable time.

This rental house was an absolute dream. Its authentic adobe construction, combined with tasteful décor and a cozy kiva fireplace, created an enchanting atmosphere. Morning coffees on the patio and evening story-sharing with my family felt like pure magic. A genuinely heartwarming stay that crafted unforgettable memories. Sandra and Justin were amazing hosts. We're already planning our return!

This house was truly one of the best we've stayed in and hoped for! It had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen with all the basics to a spotlessly clean interior and tasteful décor. The pictures don't make justice. The thoughtful setup showed that Sandra & Justin genuinely care about their guests' comfort. Heat wasn't a problem as we could open the windows and enjoy a refreshing breeze whenever needed. The outdoor spaces were fantastic, allowing our group of 6 to spread out for privacy or come together for gatherings. We didn't experience any ant issues as mentioned by someone else. Overall, it was a fabulous stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We will rent this house again if we are in Santa Fe.

Overall, the property was just as presented in the ad. To our disappointment there was no AC in any of the two living areas and kitchen. I can see where this would not be an issue except while we were there the heat was 90 three straight days, it made staying there impossible during the day. Also, there were small ants throughout the house. They were in both bedrooms and beds and if you left anything out in the kitchen for more than 30 minutes, it would be covered by them. I was bitten several times and so was the rest of my family. Not a bad house but a little more emphasis on the customers comfort would really go a long way. I Wouldn't recommend the house based on these issues and being from Austin, cool means everyhting to us!!!

Very nice - loved the house!

We enjoyed several nights sharing the house, dining in so we'd have time for evening ctitiques of the day's work. We paint plein air, out in the community, and bring back works to complete. Great spaces/patios and chairs/tables. Lovely house for creating. It made my workshop leadership comfortable and enriched! Love the house!

This VRBO is exceptional, I would highly recommend it! The house is gorgeous, it exceeded our expectations. The owners were easy to contact with any questions we had and were very pleasant to work with.

We had 6 women in our group, & we were all comfortable & charmed by the Sunset House! Whether we were having morning coffee in one of its cozy sitting areas or sipping wine on one one of its patios, we felt at home. It’s decorated beautifully & has all the conveniences we were looking for & more. And we loved its location! We look forward to returning!

Perfect spot for our family retreat. Plenty of space and amenities for all. A relaxing and welcoming environment. Owners provided lots of local info and were available to answer any questions. We’ll definitely be back.

Four college classmates (circa 1961) spent a week here. The house was perfect for us: clean as a whistle, well-appointed, well-supplied, lots of inviting spaces, outside as well as inside. Super location, quiet residential area, easily accessible to everything we wanted to do.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in. Wonderful hosts, great location, and the best part for myself and 5 friends, there are plenty of places indoors and outdoors to hang out. I hope to come back again with my family next time.

We stayed for a week in April 2023. The house is arranged with bedrooms at opposite ends, so two family groups can have some separation but "meet in the middle". We thought it was perfect for 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids. There are multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas where groups can socialize independently, and each of the three bedrooms has a bath. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with about a 5-block walk to the plaza. It has convenient access to major roads. The owners were great. We had full information in hand before arrival, including an excellent summary of local restaurants and things to do (there is no shortage of either in Santa Fe). We had one problem with the house, but Justin was instantly responsive and resolved the issue ASAP. We would stay again.

The house was perfect for five women. So close to shopping. We saw deer in the backyard - that was exciting. The perfect place for a getaway with your girlfriends!

Great walkable location, absolutely beautiful home, a bathroom for each bedroom, and great amenities. I would stay here againin a heartbeat. Loved it!
