Everything was perfect except for the most important part, the bed. Very hard and sunken in from use/age. Horrible and embarrassing.

The bed in the unit I was in felt extremely used, was sunken in and was very hard. I did not sleep well at all. Other than that, the location was fantastic and it was cozy.

This was a nice place to stay. It’s very close to everything! You’re steps away from the beach. The laundry service was a plus!

Great location in walking distance to Haystack Rock

Terrific location, perfectly walkable to everything you want to get to in town. A comfortable space. Good size for max 2 to 3 people. Cool little patio space that was good for a midday beer and chill. Would definitely recommend this for friends or family.

This was a perfect location for us to have a get away with our dog to explore Cannon Beach with everything we needed.

The location of this townhouse was excellent. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We didn't have to drive anywhere the whole weekend.

The location is great. It was clean but a musty smell, especially in the bathroom. But it took 2+hrs and 4 calls to Vacasa to figure out how to secure entry/departure. White towels are more gray than white. Our friends next door, also a Vacasa rental, had mold in the bathroom. Three tv remotes. No instructions. No list of channels. This is our second Vacasa experience. The first time we rented a house that the owner sold just weeks before our arrival. Too late to find anything else. Vacasa apologized and assured us of a 25% discount, no expiration, on a future rental. Turns out ”no expiration” doesn’t mean no expiration to Vacasa.. They would not honor that prior commitment. We will never rent from Vacasa again.

The location is all we loved about this place. These townhouses need a whole lotta love. Water damage above fireplace was mentioned back in Nov 2021, still not repaired. Mgmt Co said they would send someone out, never did. Uncomfortable furniture.

The location of this condo could not have been better unless it was right on the beach. One block to beach and two blocks to shopping and restaurants. Problems were no space to store food in kitchen. Very thin walls! Lots of noise from children in next condo. Front door needs to be fixed as problem getting it locked. Garbage cans right out the front door. Need to move. Otherwise a great place.

Good location close to town and beach. Relatively clean and neat upon arrival. Heater was a bit strange cycling on and off in a weird way at times. Minimalist kitchen. Bring anything you use frequently. Not all utensils were clean. Extra fees on top of fees is not a good way to charge for a place. Pick a price.

Enjoyable stay, close to downtown and the beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A 10 digit " open the door code is a bit much" to remember for "older people".

Location location. Pet friendly condo. Great appliances. Comfortable furniture. It has good surface cleaning but spots on the carpet and lots of dust in the wooden slats on the closet doors in the bedroom. A little tired but could be made great with deep cleaning. The outside definitely needs sprucing up because it’s your first impression. The door locks are ridiculous and impossible.

The house had all the amenities I expected and was a quick walk to the beach. Fabulous location!

Small space but great location one block from the beach.

The location is very good: a very short walk to the beach and a short walk to the south side of town. The townhouse was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 small dog. We arrived an hour early but were denied access. The door lock did not work correctly. On each communication with the office the vibe was that of being put out. However, the maintenance department was fanatics. This was my first time using any such service as VRBO. I will give it another try but prefer to find a different rental agency than Vacasa.

The property has great beach and town access. Stayed with two smaller children, which is was a bit of a tight fit, but we were only in it to sleep and that was very comfortable.

The property location was quite good. Walls are very thin. Front door and lock did not work properly. Only about 6 channels on TV. No storage for food in kitchen. Lots of street noise. But the unit itself was nice except for the aforementioned. Close to shopping, restaurants and ocean. Never had to use our vehicle. Cannon Beach is as always lovely!

Property is run down & needs attention. Location is the best thing about it.
