Pictures on VRBO website did not do the property justice. We were pleasantly surprised what a great location and clean facility. Close to anything and everything. Really enjoyed our stay and all the friendly staff both at hotel and beach club.

My favorite spot in Cabo. I have been staying at the Bahia for 30 years now and have rented directly from the Burton family many times. The condo is always very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The Burton's are easy to communicate with which is a definite plus the room is right off the pool which is very convenient. I most recently stayed there late September and early October 2022. I've always loved the unique small environment at this property and it's walking distance is convenient to everywhere I like to go. What is it SUR beach house For a relaxing place to sun yourself and a place to enjoy delicious mimosas and meals. Try stand up paddle boarding it's so much fun and the rentals are right there at the beach house. I would highly recommend the Burton's condo and look forward to staying there any more times in the future.

Great location and staff!! The beach is only a block away and the marina is just a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant/bar has great food and atmosphere…as well as the pool and tiki bar! We highly recommend this room and location.

Stayed for 12 nights. Unit was very nice and clean and the Bahia hotel is well located, has a great beach club and a great restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Our whole experience was great. Check in took 2 minutes- the hotel knew were coming and we already had the door key code. It was pouring on arrival so we enjoyed the patio poolside while it rained. It was awesome to sit outside with coffee every morning by the deserted pool just watching the quiet employees clean it. The room itself is about the standard size of our normal Bahia hotel room so essentially a studio suite. The bathroom has the exterior vanity in the shower and toilet inside a separate room. We had no plumbing or water problems. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and made a great resting place. Overall the noise was quite low for any businesses nearby but as in any hotel setting you might hear a couple of people out in the hallway coming home late at night. It was great to have a full coffee maker as the hotel rooms do not and having the large kitchen bar was nice to have space for more of our stuff. Check out was super easy. We have stayed at the Bahia previously and the location is just great For it to be walkable to the main downtown and marina but you were still out of most of the party area. We walked easily to places for lunch and breakfast. Overall my husband and I decided we will 100% come back to this unit as it’s well-kept and an awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and perfectly positioned by the pool! The kitchen is well appointed if you want to prepare your own meals or go out and catch fish to eat. It’s a spacious studio with a nice bathroom. You can sit in lounge chairs by the pool or read on the patio right outside the room. We were thrilled to have found this spot and plan to return again and again! The Bahia is in a great location, one block from the Office and the Mango deck on Medano Beach. They also have their own beach club where you can find excellent food and lounge in the sand all day!

I had the pleasure of staying in this clean and conveniently located condo which included a kitchen. However, I found myself eating out more than I thought I would. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and the on-site restaurant had wonderful food. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. Definitely recommend staying here.

I love the Bahia. Have been vacationing there for 20 years. Great location, great on premise restaurant. Nice swim up bar. Unit is well equipped except for kitchen dish cloths/towels. But manager brought us some. I’’ll be renting again for sure as it’s my go to Cabo hotel.

If you choose to stay in Bahia - and you should as its its great place, I will always be worth checking out the availability of this rental as its in a prime location at a far cheaper price than the hotel rates. Check in was easy

The perfect stay for a single/couple. Right on the pool with the best Bar/Restaurant in town! Full size fridge and perfect kitchen for the cooking you will do ( Leftovers ) ! Great stay. Thanks again.

Wife and I have rented property for 4-5 years. We always stay at the Bahia. Easy to book, check in and get to the vacation. Pool level. 15’ from pool. Not noisy at all. Highly recommend this rental as a place to stay and relax. C. Sorensen. Palm Desrt Ca

Our trip was different this year with the COVID restrictions in place. The Bahia took every precaution to make it a safe stay for us. Great food available at the Bar Esquina, the Sur Beach House and of course having the kitchen in the Burton's unit is perfect for snacks and reheating leftovers! Hoping to return next year.

The Bahia condo is a great value. The location of the resort is close to the beach and some great restaurants. The first floor location right next to the pool is really convenient. Easy to walk about anywhere you want to go.

Good time but was unable to reach owner while out there and front desk didn’t know we were coming or have the room ready. I will say 6 other times have rented from this owner and never any issues. Would rent again.

I have rented this poolside unit from Mike and Susan 4 times now, my last visit was for 2 weeks of which everyday was enjoyable. The Bahia itself is a charming boutique hotel with great service, food and drinks plus the location can’t be beat. This unit is poolside so it’s perfect access to the pool area and the main hotel area, the bed is huge and comfy, the unit is well equipped with full sized appliances, fully stocked kitchen and an updated bathroom. The owners are easy to deal with and make booking easy. I will definitely book again

Stayed in unit 134 at the Bahia hotel. One of only 2 VRBO on property. It’s a unique situation by having all the hotel and beach amenities available on site. Our host Michael Burton makes the process simple and easy. Spent 5 days last June, 11 days with my our kids over Xmas and going back next month if available. This is a can’t miss and recommend to all.

We loved The Bahia and Michael and Sue's condo. Beautiful property and close to everything. Weather was wonderful and the Bahia staff were exceptional! We spent most of our time at the pool. Our only complaint would be the noise from the construction. Hope to return one day to this lovely property.

Spent 4 days at property prior to our week at Diamanté. Staff outstanding. Carlos the Pool bartender was great. Room on ground floor so just walk out to pool. Restaurant in hotel 5 star. Bahia has some deal for 10$ for the use of gym at ME Cabo which is quick 5 min walk. All around nice and easy place to stay.

We find the Bahia and room 134 an amazing spot in the world. The room is poolside and has a poolside patio that is a great get away for quiet time. The room itself is well appointed and perfect for two people. My wife and I find it very romantic and relaxing. We will go back to the Bahia again and again when visiting Cabo. The owners of this property are outstanding to work with also. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. The Bahia itself is also fantastic with service to beat all and an atmosphere you do not find in many places.

This Condo near Medano Beach is a great location. We loved the kitchen, fully equipped to whip of a quick breakfast or meal. The Condo itself is a bit outdated, but the location is the best. Minutes to the beach and minutes to the Marina. Great pool and bartender Carlos! Would definitely return. Loved Cabo. Lorelee

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The hotel amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar, as well as a private beach restaurant with great chairs a 3 min walk away. The pool bar menu is very affordable, and the staff were all very kind. Only downside is that wifi is an extra $10 per day, but that is probably standard in Cabo. Highly recommend staying at the Bahia hotel!
