Awesome location. Met all of our needs.

Our family of 7 adults spent a week at this really lovely beach house. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the very private backyard area. Our 84 year old mother was easily able to get up to the ocean front seating area via the walkway. It was a perfect week of catching up with family and relaxing. Thank you Aruna for sharing your lovely beach home. We will be back!

The property was clean and great for our family. Access to beach, boardwalk and the town was convenient. Great sunrise views from sitting areas.

We had a great stay at Aruba’s house. We were a large group of adults with many small kids and the house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. The proximity to the beach was also incredibly worthwhile as was the short walk to the boardwalk. I highly recommend Aruna’s home!

Property is well kept up. Parking can be difficult. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything went perfectly and the house was super clean and well maintained. The owners were very nice and reponsive as well.

A wonderful beach home with private beach. The outside areas were great a lovely trellised area private yard with plenty of tables for all our meals. A dune deck and then an area with a firepit overlooking the ocean. The house and kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to prepare our meals. The house was clean and uncluttered. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and shopping for all you needed was a quick drive away. The owners Aruna and Jay were attentive and available. Understandably we had to bring all our own linens, blankets and beach chairs etc due to COVID. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back!

On the beach with a private beach, can't beat it. House was perfect for our group. Also close to boardwalk but not too close. House manager was extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Spacious house, with more than enough room and plenty of parking. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. We had a great time.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Aruna, the owner goes above & beyond to give her guests a wonderful experience. The fully furnished house is beautiful. Beach access is a breeze. Walking distance to the boardwalk, but still far enough to be quiet, if that’s what you’re looking for. Aruna even brings you dessert at check in. We will definitely be back again!!!!

We rented the property for the week of July 13-20, 2019. The property owner was there to great us and gave us all the information we needed to get started. She also gave us a delicious pie. The owners have landscaped the entire property in an amazing fashion that adds privacy and beauty throughout the property. We had 3 adults and 9 teenagers. The house is listed as a 6 bedroom house that sleeps 12. However, it is set up as a 5 bedroom with a sitting room. But it still sleeps 12 easily, especially if you have a large number kids. Also our house was one of two on the property and is the one closest to the street. A house that sleeps 8 is in front and closest to the beach. That said you can walk up a private boardwalk to the beach while passing your private beach yard with high chair seating and a fire pit with seating that both houses share. The beach you use is also private, but life guards are only 100 feet away to your right if you have kids. The house itself has 3 TV's with cable, plenty of dishes, forks/knives/spoons and pots and pans. It also has a basement with a washer/dryer and a second freezer that we used to store extra ice. Your first backyard has multiple tables that we used for dinner each night and a large grill big enough to cook large meals. This house also allows dogs and the property and the beach allowed ours to have a lot of outdoor time all week. There are also 5 off-street parking spaces. Overall a great house for a large group. We will be back again!

Lovely, clean and comfortable beach front home in Point Pleasant. Easy walk to board walk, very comfortable for our large group of two families.

This house was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The beach is a short walk away from the house. Views are spectacular. Owners are very kind- they even brought us a delicious pie! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Had a comfortable stay in this roomy well maintained house, we came down with 10 adults and 2 kids, and found the house was very accommodating. It was great to be right there at the beach, and the fire pit at night was was a great place to watch the fireworks from. There's a trolley that loops in town that stops close outside, but you could walk to the boardwalk. Aruna met us upon arrival, and made sure we we're set with everything even leaving a tray of cookies. We had a problem where one of the circuit breakers blew (in a separate electrical panel), but Aruna was quick to respond to our call and got us going. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware, and there's a washer and dryer. Would defiantly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Pt. Pleasant Beach. The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us (5 Adults & 3 Children), with room to spare. The house itself was immaculate and the owners were great. Greeting us on our first day, with a welcome note and a delicious Apple Pie. We will surely be back!

The kitchen was very well stocked. The decor was so pretty, and well done, & the landscaping was beautiful. Thank you for an awesome vacation!! We would definitely stay there again!😁�

The property was ideally located with a private beach and private sand deck. We loved being so close to the ocean but still within a reasonable walk of the boardwalk and other attractions. We fished on the beach and caught blue fish, sea robin, and even a crab. We spent a lot of time on the sand and in the ocean. The dining room was small for our group, but the two tables just outside the back door were perfect for our larger dinners. We really had some wonderful family time. The living area was big enough for all us to gather round and play some games. No complaints. Check in and check out were simple.

Very clean. Beautiful outdoor seating, fire pit and beach. Comfortable seating and bedding indoors. Owner was very nice and checked in with us several times. Really enjoyed having three tvs with cable in the house for some down time. Especially enjoyed having access to DVR. Only negative would be related to the kitchen: not enough silverware, not enough coffee mugs, and pots / pans were not good quality. Would definitely stay there again :)

We rented this property in lieu of my daughters 16th birthday celebration. We all had a blast! Way too many WONDERFUL characteristics to convey. It was impeccably kept, spacious and had a nice, open flow to the kitchen and living areas. The backyard was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. It includes a private entrance to the beach which is adorned with beautiful shrubs and flowers (very tropical!). Furnishings were comfortable and bedroom space was more than ample. Perfect for multiple families. We will be returning!!

Spacious well maintained 6 bedroom home with off street parking for four vehicles. Owners were very attentive for a quick repair. We will definitely be back again next summer.

We just returned from our week at this lovely house on the beach in Pt. Pleasant - WOW! It really was just perfect! From the very first warm welcome from the owner upon our arrival, everyone in our party found exactly what they were looking for in a vacation at the Shore: sunning, swimming, and boogie boarding on the beach just a hop, skip and jump down the path from the house; biking all over the area; enjoying the cool breezes on the deck just outside the upstairs bedrooms and then rolling downstairs to prepare a meal in the well-appointed kitchen, followed by a stroll up to the boardwalk for ice cream desserts; hitting up some wonderful neighborhood restaurants and, of course, Jersey Mike's Subs (more than once!). You can't beat it! Close to everything, the house was still a quiet oasis. It was so well maintained and CLEAN, clean, clean! We can't wait for our next visit! Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful vacation week at Point Pleasant Beach. The house was so clean and so close to the beach. The owners are so friendly and we could not feel any more relaxed...Thanks for a perfect vacation!

I stayed at this house with my family of four + some extended family, so there were 9 of us total (four teenage girls). There was plenty of room and the accessibility to the beach was a huge bonus because the girls could come and go as they pleased. Note that there aren't blankets provided (it says you have to bring your own sheets and towels in the listing, but adding blankets to that kind of fills up a car trunk...) The owner was nice enough to provide some blankets and also a blender when I requested it, which was very nice. I took off a star because there were a couple of issues - first, there was no toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels or garbage bags in the house at all. We had to go out and buy all this and also a bottle of Windex for cleaning up spills, etc. (if you stayed in the house after us - you're welcome). I get that we had to bring our own toiletries, but not having toilet paper seems a little ridiculous for the price of this place. Also, it was very difficult to get in touch with the home owners - I stopped trying after the third day. The owner eventually showed up to have me sign the lease agreement (without notice), and said she had problems with her phone, but I feel more effort should've been made to actually communicate. Overall, the experience of staying pretty much on the beach for an entire week was wonderful. The owners were pleasant when I could reach them, and the neighborhood was very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again even with the issues I described above - I loved being able to have my dog with us on vacation.
