The house was better than expected. So close to skiing. Ed was a great help and so flexible as the weather was not as hoped. We will 100% be back Ed! Can’t wait!

Ed’s home was perfect for our group of 7. Everyone thought their rooms and beds were comfortable, The kitchen and living room are wide open & comfy. The views are amazing. And the sauna & hottub are excellent touches. Convenient ski equipment storage in the basement. All in all easy going as it gets

Great clean house, with plenty of amenities, and super close to the mountain and nightlife/restaurants. Breathtaking views that do the photos no justice. The owner and his family do share common and recreational areas such as basement with games and hot tub and grill patio which was a bit of a surprise, but everyone enjoyed their company. I would recommend this to big groups that would love to relax and unwind as all 10 guests mentioned doing it again next year

What a great weekend away! The house was beautiful with an awesome view of the slopes!! The house had almost everything we needed already there. Ed was an awesome host and was available to answer questions (and even help us get our things in). The driveway (as reported in other reviews) is very steep and hard to get up In the snow, but we were able to park at the bottom and it wasn’t an issue. Not an issue if you have AWD! We all loved the hot tub and the wood burning stove! The location was perfect as we were able to get to Killington resort for skiing within minutes. The kids has an awesome day there! We truly enjoyed the house and our getaway! There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room! Already looking to see when we might be able to book it again!

My friends and I stayed for a three day ski trip and had an amazing time! Ed was a great host; very communicative and quick to help out if there were any issues or we had any questions. The place was even nicer than it looks in the pictures and was quite affordable for the size of our group. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute perfect things to come back to after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was also incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking for all 10 of us super easy. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend!

Beautiful home with incredible view of Killington and easy access to Pico. Driveway can be a bit tough in the winter. Consider bringing a four wheel drive vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay at Ed’s property. Although we checked in after dark, we could see all the groomers headlights all over the mountain and then waking up in the morning and seeing the view of Killington right out the large family room windows was just amazing! Pictures never really capture that beauty. Literally just a few minutes to the mountain made for relaxed mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook in and a table large enough for nine of us to enjoy dinners together. We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids age range 7-15) and there was more than enough space to not feel cramped. Beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. I loved the large wrap around couch, so cozy! The hot tub and sauna were so nice after cold days on the mountain! Ed was easy to communicate with and even asked if we wanted him to start the wood burning stove prior to our arrival which we took him up on! If visiting in the winter months, I do think 4 wheel drive vehicle well serve you well as the driveway could be tricky. Great place - Thanks Ed!!

We had a great experience here. Ed was a wonderful host. The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the hot tub and the games in the basement. The big bedroom was perfect for 4 teenagers. Quick and easy drive to Killington. Highly recommend this house!

Before my family and I even arrived at the house Ed was easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions. We had no issues getting into the place and it was even cooler in person. The games in the basement were a blast and everyone had a good time. If we choose Killington for our ski trip next year we will definitely be choosing this place. Thanks again Ed!

House was very nice and accommodating. Great location to the mountain and other night life. Highly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle as the driveway is pretty steep. Only wish was a little more privacy as this is a duplex with a shared basement/garage as well as hot tub. Overall, I highly recommend.

We (6 adults and 6 kids) have a great stay. All kids love the spacious house and amenities. Super views and it is amazingly beautiful in the morning. The owner Ed is nice and very helpful. This is our fifth year to ski at killington, and everyone said Ed’s house is so far the best and would love to stay here next winter.

We had a pleasant stay for a 3 day long weekend. The location and accommodations were great. You are only 5 min to the base. Ed (the owner) was very helpful and helped show us around when we checked in. The unit had comfortable beds, plenty of space and an endless supply of towels. The kids enjoyed staying in the large bedroom upstairs and loved playing ping pong and air hockey downstairs.

The house was great and Ed could not have been more accommodating. Definately will be back.
