I celebrated my office manager's birthday with another coworker up at this property in Sea Ranch. It was such a beautiful and relaxing property that we never left except to enjoy dinner the first night of our arrival. Everything was labeled in the kitchen to make it easy to find what we were looking for. It was so quiet and a truly wonderful escape from the daily grind. Can't wait to come back again next year and do it all over again! 😁

A terrific house for a family getaway

Lovely home with beautiful views.

Spacious and homey. Would stay here again. We had 2 adult couples who had their own bedrooms and 1 single in the loft (pullout couch). Plus another couple in the casita. Good parking on property, and easy proximity to the ocean. Only suggestions would be providing more bath towels, pillows, and pillowcases. Also one side of pull out couch is sagging. Otherwise, highly recommend. 😊

The home fits the style and character of Sea Ranch. The owners gave us complete instructions and were great at communicating. The house fit 3 adult couples comfortably. It was a nice place to land at night, and easy traveling distance to Sea Ranch Lodge, where we spent most of our time for a relative's wedding.

Our family loved the both the house and Sea Ranch. The house was very comfortable, with lots of common areas to relax and and very well stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time walking the paths, seeing deer every morning, and going to visit the harbor seals. Would definitely return.

Wonderful home with attention to detail and extremely comfortable!

What an amazing home! We had a small family gathering and the house and attached casita offered exquisite views and every possible accommodation you could need or want. We have rented many homes over the years and we were truly impressed by how immaculate it was cared for and tastefully and comfortably furnished. We personally got to enjoy the master suite which was spacious, very private and had a massive soaking tub in the middle of the bathroom. One of our adult children loved the casita and the privacy and views it offered. The kitchen was fully equipped right down to a coffee grinder and espresso machine. There were windows and light everywhere and we were entertained by the deer and wild turkeys that frequently visited us everyday. We got to visit with family members while walking the many paths along the breathtaking coast. The owners were incredibly responsive to our needs and made the experience seamless. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything we could have hoped for was delivered during our stay. The layout was perfect for privacy as well as our group get together. The kitchen and utensils was like being in my old restaurant. Everything in its place. So many compliments from my family who stayed and those visiting from other rentals they were staying at. We will be back for sure!

The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a very fun and relaxing time.

I rented many different Sea Ranch houses over about 20 years, and this one is probably my favorite so far. Location is very nice and the house is spacious and well-maintained. Master bedroom is borderline palatial! Our only regret was that we only had two night to stay there, but the host was very nice and granted our late check-out request.

This is a beautifully maintained home with a separate studio "casita". Great views of the ocean and sunsets.

We loved everything about our stay at Abalone Point - the property was very clean and comfortable. We loved watching the deer and wild turkeys in the morning from the deck. Location was perfect - so close to the beaches and walking trails. Very responsive communication with the host. We'll be back!

Beautiful and relaxing time with family . We were remembering our sister who just passed. She loved it here. This house was amazing and everyone had enough space to spread out. The house was immaculate..Had a wonderful time.

Very convenient, walk to shell beach, lovely house.

1. Clean and orderly. 2. A panoramic view of the ocean from all major rooms and decks. 3. A strong sense of privacy as neighboring lots on both sides are undeveloped. 4. Easy access to Shell Beach and other points of interest.

We loved our stay! Beautiful property with an easy walk to a gorgeous beach.

I rented the house and casita unit for me and my 3 adult children all who happened to graduate this year. The location is lovely and Peggy's instructions were very clear. The one issue we had was with a chemical odor in the casita unit. I notified Peggy and thought it was from the hot tub, but it actually was more distince. In spite of having the windows and sliding glass door open for over 24 hours it didn't dissipate. I put a fan in there and it did reduce it but my son ended up sleeping in the main house with us because it was too strong. I wish I would have had the housekeeper come and smell it initially because it was so strong and it seemed challenging to explain this. Other than that we did have a lovely time but probably won't risk the casita next time. The weather was lovely and the seals were fun to watch and walking distance from the home.

It was a quiet, comfortable home with a delightful assortment of wildlife like deer, quail, rabbits and wild turkeys in the meadows surrounding the home. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and dining supplies we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the ocean view and short walk to the beach.
