Our family loved the condo . Was very clean and had everything you would need . Would definitely stay here again.

The location, building and rooms were nice, but rooms were smaller than impression from online photos. Biggest gripe had to do with extremely loud building plumbing pipes which came down inside the wall between master bedroom & bath. Every sink, shower or toilet in the building when used woke us up starting at 4 AM. Not joking & not happy with room 121.

This was our family’s second time staying at this property. We love everything about this unit. Everything is always very clean and well stocked for our stay. These owners make sure that everything you need you can most likely find it in the unit. This property is a 10 for sure.

Family friendly location with great beach access and welcoming atmosphere. Close to the pier and harbor areas. Condo was clean and as advertised

We were very happy with our stay at Azure 121. Great location, and the balcony was very private, which was perfect for our little ones.

Awesome!!! This room was very clean and spacious!! Short walk to the pool area and beach. Restaurants and convenient stores are just a short walk as well. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Property was exceptionally well suited in location to the pool, the beach, local restaurants, and Allen the amenities you could ask. Jason was a very accessible host and was very accommodating. Thank he property itself was very well maintained and felt very much like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a place where you have all you can want in a vacation and still feels like being at home.

We had a “Framily” vacation for 5 days (4 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids) and this condo was absolutely PERFECT! Very clean and spacious. The owners are super helpful and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience! Highly Recommend!!

This property was clean, spacious and well decorated. The beds were all super comfy, tons of bath towels. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. Going home with all clean laundry was great. The patio was very large and amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. The location of the room was great because there is no foot traffic so very quiet. Close to the parking garage so packing up was a cinch. The pantry was stocked with a lot of extras. I was surprised at some of the previous reviews being negative because there was nothing to complain about at all. I will definitely come back to this unit in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. So much space for our small family and amazing beds. We had so much fun at the beautiful beach and amazing town that we decided to stay longer. The property manager was great and made it possible for us to stay another night. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Great place to stay. Convenient access to pools/beach, and very nice, updated unit with plenty of room! Only downfall was parking as we had a tall vehicle, so couldn't fit on lower or upper level of parking garage.

While the property owner was accommodating, his accommodations did not make up for the fact that this property is very tired and dirty. The pictures are not representative of its current condition. The living room couch is worn, sagging, and uncomfortable, the dining room chairs in the picture have been replaced with uncomfortable metal chairs, and the trim and doors are in need of painting. While the owner indicated that new furniture was being ordered, it was too late to make our stay comfortable. In addition, the kitchen, appliances, TV's, and floors throughout the condo were not cleaned appropriately between renters. The cleaning service had to be called back a second time and, afterwards, the floors were still filthy and food was found under the beds and behind the couch. The condo is also in need of a deep cleaning throughout (as was also indicated by a previous renter). Doors, interior and exterior kitchen and bathroom cabinets, moldings, and lights were covered in grime and dust. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning just so my family could get through the week in the condo. Overall, we were very disappointed with the accommodations and would not stay here again.

I communicated with the owner that the dryer wasn’t working after we had been there a couple of days and needed to do laundry- we packed our bags with the understanding that we could wash and dry our clothes. Needless to say the dryer took hours and hours- about 9 restarts to even remotely dry the clothes. We also got told by the property HOA that we couldn’t put clothes outside to dry- thus left hours of drying. We nearly missed our flight trying to pack damp and weight clothes. After we returned home the owner said that we left the “place a mess and stained the sheets.” We left food in the fridge because we ran out of time due to the dryer- shouldn’t have been a big deal and the stains he spoke up was chocolate milk from our toddlers sippy cup- we couldn’t wash them because the dryer didn’t work. He communicated well and told me we would work this out and then all of a sudden he quit replying and charged our card $250. I was NOT happy! Very unprofessional. We have filed disputes with VRBO and our credit card company. I have all of the messages to prove all of this, too. Sad ending to a beautiful beach.

We LOVED staying here! Everything was so clean and the BEAUTIFUL!! We already plan on coming back next year. 5 stars all away around!! Thank you!!!

The location of this property is the best! We went on a boat excursion to crab Island and a trampoline park in the water. We played putt putt, go carts, and arcade. We took a walk to the boardwalk and had lunch at the taco place which was really good. Publix grocery store couldn't be any closer. The ocean and sand couldn't be any more beautiful! The parking garage is great and much needed. I have a few complaints. The property is about the 4th one on the side of the building. It does make it easy access with kids and hauling all our gear, but misleading from the pictures. The fridge likes to talk to us every so often, and this place needs a swiffer! Other than that, the pools are sparkling clean. The beach is beautiful, and the condo was a 4 star

We traveled for a softball tournament, the condo was perfect for our trip. It was so convenient to be able to go to the beach for a few hours here and there between games. The chairs and umbrella set up made it really nice. Our only issue was the sand..which I know you can’t get away from with the location. The ease of walking out the patio to the beach was awesome.

Very easy process with excellent communications with the owner. We would stay here again.

Experience renting was great. Location was great. Did not like patio overlooking parking lot to public beach access. The unit is not as fresh/new as pictures. A lot of the chair legs were wobbly on dining room tables, bed pillows lumpy and overall unit was not detail clean to my comfort level. The noise from upper units (bath water, toilet flushing, suitcases rolling) was loud through the night. The beach access was easy, being able to also walk across the street to eat was convenient and nice. The kids had a great time. It was a 3 star overall rating. Could use freshen up and deep cleaning.

This unit was perfect for our family! We loved the location and the easy access to both the pool and beach. It has all of the essentials in the kitchen and we loved the umbrella service included at the beach. We will most definitely return!

We returned to this building after loving it last year. This unit is on the side, which we liked better. The quiet, privacy, and large patio area were more important to us than the view. (And we prefer the first floor where you can’t really see the ocean anyway.) At least in the winter, the building is full of friendly and gracious people. We thought they might not like having our kids around, but we made many new friends who were quick to visit with our whole family and were encouraging. This unit was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We’d love to come back.

We rented Jason’s property for the first time and hopefully it won’t be the last! The condo was exactly as pictured-no surprises. The unit was super clean and all the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. We had plenty of room to celebrate my father-in -laws 99th birthday. Again, we were impressed with this condo .

Condo was clean and property was pretty. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Owner was prompt and easy to communicate with. No view of gulf from this condo was only downfall.

The condo was very nice and clean and looked exactly as it appeared online. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. We were a group of four people and we had plenty of room. The pools are incredible and look out over the beach. The beach access is perfect and just a short walk down the sidewalk. Our only complaint is the parking lot next door. This appeared to be a public beach access area. Our balcony looked right at the parking lot so we could see and hear the people coming and going to the beach. This wasn’t an issue during the day but in the evenings the people coming and going appeared to be a little bit shadier crowd. They were loud at times and would gather in the public space almost as if it was their hangout/camp out spot.

Condo was exactly as pictured. All the comforts of home but steps from the pool and beach! It was very clean, the owners were wonderful to communicate with and accommodating! Loved all of my vacation.

We had a wonderful time!! Ocean waters are beaUtiful! Property was very clean and had plenty of room for us. Vertical blinds need replaced, especially in master bedroom but otherwise just a great stay!!

The condo is amazing. Functional layout, comfortable furnishings and an owner that is so quick to respond to any questions or needs you might have. The location is perfect. We would definitely choose this place again! Thank you for sharing your gem in paradise with us!

We stayed at Azure for our first trip to Destin. Jason was always prompt to reply to my questions. The unit was perfect and had everything that we needed away from home (just the dryer was a little slow in drying) Loved the ground floor, not a view of the ocean but you could sit and watch the public access parking lot which was always interesting if you like to people watch. We will defiently stay here again the next time we are in Destin-
