This little beach bungalow is compact with just enough room to be cozy and comfortable. Well stocked and private. The master bed was dreamy and the shower was perfect. Loved the fenced in front yard for my dog who loved laying on the cool grass. Highly recommend and we will return

This cute beach cottage was just perfect for our family of four! Perfect location and so comfortable, with absolutely everything we could have possibly needed! We loved that we were able to bring our pup with us on this trip. The yard was so nice and we were thrilled with the wood burning fireplace outside - what a fun addition! Thank you for everything!

The cottage did not disappoint in any way. It was cozy, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located. We came with our dog and there were treats for her and wine for us! The yard was perfect for her to stretch her legs. I highly recommend this place for couples or families. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Santa Cruz. We can’t wait to come back!

My toddler, dog and I met my mom and two aunts in Santa Cruz for a long weekend and this place was perfect! Had everything for a comfortable stay! Loved the style and the layout, the yard is perfect, even with some rainy weather! Great location! Highly recommend!!

This cozy little bungalow was perfect for us and our dogs. The yard is perfectly groomed, and there’s outdoor seating. The best part is, it’s at the end of a dead end, and it’s walking distance to the beach. We are hoping to come back next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this adorable, clean home, which was perfectly decorated in beach-themed style. The owners left thoughtful welcome gifts for us and our pup - a chilled bottle of wine and dog treats, plus the outdoor firepit was ready to go! The fenced-yard was perfect for our pup and we never had to worry. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture and had a fire one night. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds were comfy and the linens super soft! The beach and a few restaurants are a short walk. There were plenty of beach chairs along with some umbrellas. We definitely want to come back in the future!

We stayed in this nice house with 4 adults and it was perfect! The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and had a little fireplace to keep warm. The location was close to the beach and just a 5 minute bike ride from the boardwalk. I will hopefully be staying here again if I ever make it back to Santa Cruz.

This house is absolutely adorable and in such a great location. The bed is comfy with nice, soft sheets, the bathrooms and kitchen are fantastic…you’d be a fool not to stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to stay again.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach cottage! We brought our youngest son (17) for a few days of relaxation. Kim and Pam clearly take great pride in their home and it shows in every detail. The listing pictures are accurate but cannot do justice to just how charming the cottage truly is, tucked away on the end of a little lane, a few blocks from the sea. Immaculate with new kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds! Welcoming front porch. We strolled down the street to the beach our first day, took a day trip to the Bixby Bridge near Big Sur, and stopped in Carmel-by-the-Sea on our way home. The following day we walked along the Boardwalk (mostly closed in off-season but still worth the visit), and went up to see the Mission complex. Kim and Pam’s place is close to most everything. We enjoyed great food at Pizza My Heart, El Palomar, and Ristorante Italiano. Then it was off to the north country for three days in Jenner, CA. Wish we could have brought this beautiful home with us! Thank you, Kim and Pam.

I cannot add anything new to all the other glowing reviews. Just to say this place was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a wedding with our dog in tow. Wanted a place where she could burn her energy in a yard & relax in a home like setting. This beach cottage checked all the boxes. Very clean. Very well stocked. Cutely decorated & quiet. My husband, pup & I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for making our wedding trip to Santa Cruz such an enjoyable experience!

This pet friendly place is perfect for family and close to everything in Santa Cruz. The house is fully stocked in addition to great communication with the owners. The outdoors contained chairs, a wonderful hammock and a dining table for enjoying the Santa Cruz sun. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Kim’s place. It is so amazing!!! Clean, bright… everything is new. Our coffee pot broke on the first day. I called Kim… she called me back in 5 minutes AND she brought us a new one in TWO hours!!! It is such a great place!! The beach is so close, the house is clean and the location is close to everything!! Best! Kim, we’ll be booking again soon!

The cutest little house with a beautiful front yard; the kids spent hours on the hammock. Twin lakes beach is stunning, an easy walk and perfect for the littles. Lots of easily walkable restaurants. We loved harbor cafe and the crow’s nest bar and grill. Overall a great spot from which to enjoy the area.

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay

We headed to California for a wedding. ...the location of this beautiful home was close to that venue, San Jose airport, as well as close to many state parks. It allowed us to get many hikes in, see redwoods as well as head down to explore big sur for a day. As peoples' flights got delayed or cancelled, we were able to sit in the lovely yard. Owner was gracious upon arrival, place was clean as a pin, and had everything you needed, plus so many extras....blankets for outside sitting, firewood at the ready, and smores supplies to name just a few.

My fiancé and I spent the weekend here, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Great location!

We loved staying here, and wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful and private front yard with lush vegetation. I appreciated the really quiet street and the 10 minute walk to the dog-friendly beach. The cottage itself is bright and clean and tastefully decorated. We also appreciated that beach towels, chairs, cooler, and a couple of beach umbrellas were provided. Kim and Pam checked in with us while we were there and dealt immediately with a small issue that turned out to be nothing. They were super conscientious about not wanting us to be inconvenienced. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 & 6 yo). Everything was in working order and very cozy. Beds were comfortable, having 2 full baths was helpful. The place had everything we could need. The yard was just enough space for the kids to play in during our visit. The location was great for getting to food, the boardwalk and a variety of beaches. Kim & Pam were fantastic to work with.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was perfect for our family of four. The home was impeccable, had everything we needed, and was located close to the beach.
