The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio early in the morning drinking our coffee and at night relaxing to the sunset. The space was perfect for my husband and I. Loved all the windows to see the view of the rock.

This is our new favorite stay! Even though it rained and snowed a bit we had no complaints. This VRBO is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed staring out the windows with the fire place on! It was in walking distance to everything we needed. We plan on booking this place regularly.

It meet my expectations

We’ve stayed in Morro Bay many times in a hotel. First time in VRBO. No more hotel stays!! Love location…cleanliness…views…sunsets! Fabulous!!

This property is perfectly situated for wonderful views of the bay and Morro Rock. We could walk to everything. We had our dog along and there is a nice park near the boat ramp and a wide array of dog friendly places to eat and relax. The property is clean, quiet, and well equipped and the management company is very easy to work with as well.

window shades pulls need to be upgraded

Parking was a breeze with a private garage, cleanliness was a 10/10, the views of morro rock were breath taking. Came with my wife & 38lb English Bull Terrier.. great rest & relaxation spot

This place is amazing. Right on the bay. You can hear the seal barking. Great location with low traffic. Couple of the blinds need to be fixed but other than that it's clean, cozy, and fun!

We stayed in a ground level La Roche apartment on the Embarcadaro in Morro Bay. It was an amazing location, literally right on the harbor. We had two herons hanging out on the deck of a boat anchored right outside our window, saw sea otters and pelicans pass by., and heard barking sea lions. The sunsets were gorgeous. A perfect seaside experience. The place was spotless, and very well equipped. It was small but efficient, and perfect for two people. We had our little dog with us and appreciated that it was pet friendly. We also liked the king sized bed, and the two spacious bathrooms. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Morro Bay.

Beautiful view but windows don't open

First off view was amazing, house was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient, but very close to a public dock. Our first night a homeless person was throwing up in front of our rental. Not much the owner could have done to stop that but beware you may have unwanted neighbors!

My husband and I stayed at the property with our 3 year old. It was perfect. Within walking distance to so many shops and eateries. The patio was awesome with a great view of the water and Morro Rock. We had a very nice relaxing weekend stay. We will definitely book again!

Our trip was better than expected. The condo (#1) was incredibly clean, really comfy, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

This is our second time staying here. We enjoy the fantastic view of Morro Rock from the window or small patio. Also watching all the water activities. Being on Embarcadero makes for nice strolls in the morning and evening. This place had all the amenities we needed. Checking in /out is seamless. This has become our favorite place to stay in Morro B-y!

We loved this home. It’s great for wheelchair user: level entrance, wide doors, large bathrooms with grab bars, a roll-in shower and magnificent views from inside and from outdoor patio. And location on the water is perfect for person with restricted mobility. Easy walking/rolling access to parks and Morro Rock. Also, it was great to be so close to restaurants. It would be very helpful if all window coverings had longer cords. I’m 5’2” tall and had difficulty reaching some cords to close covering. Also, the shades on either side of the TV are hard to operate due to the width of the TV. Someone in a wheelchair could not operate the window coverings. Remote controls for coverings would be a great addition. Also, the 2 front burners on the stove would not light. Our daughter spent one night and was not able to sleep on the sofa bed, even with the topper. It was so uncomfortable she closed the bed and slept on the sofa.

Great location in the heart of Embarcadero. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great for pets, our small dog loved people watching from the small patio area. It had all amenities, having access to laundry room was a big plus! We felt right at home. Will stay here again!

Easy and delivered as advertised

The location is good and bad your on the water but that walkway is a problem because the homeless are walking around so privacy was an issue other than that we enjoyed it very much

My husband and I got married on 9/15/21 and stayed at this property during that week. Beautiful view, close to eating, all amentities. Only complaint is that the king bed was WAY too soft and hurt our backs,, possibly just time to replace. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch instead. Loved having a garage!

You cannot beat this location. It’s right on the water with everything you need a few feet away. Having a garage was great too because parking is limited at peak season. It’s a small place, just right for our little family but no more than four. Would definitely stay there again.

Waterfront property with direct view of Morro Rock! We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, bright, scenic property! Nice patio with gas grill too if you wish to sit outside to enjoy the view as well as lots of windows in the living room and bedroom overlooking the harbor. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms as well. Would definitely book again!

We had such a great stay! Views were amazing, a lot of fun things to do, so walkable. The condo was very nice and was a great space to come back to after a fun day out and about! Our family loved it!
