An Amazing property where you can gather as a family in 1 side and also go and have a quiet moment if needed in the other part but still see what is happening across the pool in other area.

Two separate living area’s definitely helped us during our stay here, everyone could have their own area to chill in, children and adults were well accommodated in this way, would be good for two separate small families as well.

Fantastic property for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids) the sleepout is much bigger than the photos give credit. Perfect for a second lounge or parents retreat - pool was great to have as well.

We had a blast and had no problems through out our stay the property was massive and spacious and we had everything we needed we loved the pool and defiantly be back in the summer

Wonderful little get away just a walk away to town beach nice and close had everything we needed. Having the pool was a good extra to have the kids made use of it and a bonus having the sleep out enjoyed the time away thank you again for having us 😊

We stayed for a long weekend with extended family of 9. It was a mix of grandparents, adult parents and kids. The pool was a highlight as was the decking outdoor area. The property was clean and we'll maintained. I would recommend it to anyone and happily stay here again.

Spacious & a spot for everyone to relax - young and old! Loved the decking that connected the house and sleepout, safe for little ones to run in and out of. The highlight was the pool, kids absolutely loved it esp after a day out at the estuary which is mins away from the house. The location is perfect with a short easy walk to the township & approx 5min drive to the surf beach. We highly recommend for big families and the pool is a gem to have on those hot summer days. Thank you for letting us stay, Dave the property manager is awesome too.

Great house for large groups; having the main house and the sleep out with the decking area and pool in between provided our family our own space if needed but also closeness for us to be together. The house is within walking distance to the town centre and easy enough to get to the beach. We enjoyed being at the house with the pool that we didn't feel the need to venture out that much. Wifi and netflix was available in both houses and that was great for all of our family. Dave and Steph were easy to deal with, Steph was really helpful on our arrival. Minor things to note which I suspect they will address during the quiet period is the toilet seat in main house could be replaced and the pool fence fully secured where it was coming away at the bottom of the fence (wasn't an issue for our family but just for complete safety). Other than that, our family really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to relax and feel comfortable at the house and we got what we wanted.

This property is spacious and in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and decking area. A very short walk to the cafes, supermarket and estuary. Highly recommend and would happily return.

Thank you for an amazing weekend! Everything was perfect and Dave and John were great to deal with. Perfect property for our group while attending a wedding in Mangawhai. Plenty of space and pool was a bonus! Hopefully will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a really great stay. Everything was true to the listed description. Fantastic location only a few minutes walk to shops, short drive to the main surf beach and the pool proved heaps of fun for the kids. Very relaxing and had all the amenities required for a carefree trip away. Would definiately recommend.

excellent house with spacious kitchen, suitable for eight people. nice pool. good beds, clean, good wifi. There were two fine silent fans, two extra would be nice. Kitchen with nice equipment and nespresso, no kitchen gloves.

We found the property worked really well for us. We had six adults and 4 children ( 3 being teenagers). The property being in two separate dwellings was an added bonus as we put the adults in the main house and our grandchildren in the out house. The pool was great being between the two dwellings. The property was close to the shops and the Estuary and only about 3 kms to the surf beach which we loved. We would highly recommend this Property it was clean modern and had very good facilities.
