We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with Carole was so easy and she got back to me rather quickly. The condo was still under construction but the workers were considerate and friendly. There is alot of work still happening in the neighborhood due to hurricane, but it did not affect our stay. We saw beautiful sunsets from our balcony, lots of dolphins and walked everyday in the early morning.

Beautiful condo. It is clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the new closet space and ample number of hangers. Also appreciated the makeup vanity in the bedroom. It was so nice to have a place with a mirror to get ready to go out to dinner with. The view can't be beat! We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the Gulf drinking our morning coffee or occasional evening drink while watching the sunset. Walking down to the beach directly from the condo building is just ideal. Also appreciated the beach chairs in the condo for the guests use. We loved our meals at the local restaurants. Fort Myers is coming back from Ian, that's for sure! Carole, the host, was so easy to work with. Very thoughtful and easy to reach. I'm sure being a host to a place during a hurricane rebuilding time isn't easy. She was simply wonderful. We look forward to visiting again soon.

My husband and I would highly recommend staying here. The condo is beautiful and the view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! The beach is just steps away from the elevator. Carole was excellent with any communication that was needed and check-in was as simple as putting in a code to get in the condo. There was never any problem with parking and it was close to the building. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Ft Myers Beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We walked into a problem and had it fixed within minutes of contacting the owners and on sight manager.. We would definitely stay here again!!

Astounding beautiful gulf view condo. Smelled great when we arrived. Easy check in great location on Estero road to all kids of attractions and restaurants. 10th floor view with beautiful pool. Loved the art work back splash granite counters amzing colors. Love love. Had everything you needed kitchen and bathroom wise. Nice shower beach chairs etc and so homey Literally only complaint was cheap paper towels, toilet paper lol! But that’s ok! Definitely recommend! Thanks for sharing this love fort meyers and Times Square! It’s perfect mix for relaxing views and fun things to do plus only 30 minutes away we got to see sanibel! Must stay

We love FMB as you can see from our total!! We found the EBTC about 4 years ago otherwise stayed at Outrigger. We Love the variability of the condos and this one in particular did not disappoint!! Beautiful functional kitchen, beach gear and towels, bed was so comfortable and the wall closet unit was a dream!!! Beautiful high level views!! Owner was very easy and accommodating to work with!! Highly recommended!!!

Property was nice and clean. A little small for 4 ppl but it worked and the condo kitchen was stocked. We did have to buy toilet paper because that was not supplied. The owners had beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and pool toys for use which made it nice. Would definitely stay again.

My mom and I had the best time at Carole’s condo! It was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed and it was very close to the nearby restaurants that were recommended for us to try in her welcome book. I highly highly recommend Carole’s condo to anyone looking to stay in Fort Meyers!

We loved our stay at this property and this area of Florida so much we plan on doing it every summer from now on. It had everything we needed and then some. The beach is beautiful, the pool is clean and refreshing, the grounds are impeccable, the parking is plentiful and free, the condo is bright, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with beach and pool equipment, cooler, chairs, floaties, etc. The south end of Fort Myer’s Beach is so quiet and quant this time of year (July). The shopping center across the street has everything you need and want in walking distance. The north part of the island has more of a beach vacation vibe with lots of restaurants and shops. There was so much fun to be had on the island and in driving distance. We mini golfed, went to the movies, drove alligator alley and spent the day in Fort Lauderdale, jet skied, swam and swam some more, and ate great food! We live in Oregon but my husband is originally from New Jersey and loved the food and pizza in the area. I am originally from Illinois and enjoyed all the Midwestern folks in the area. We typically go to Hawaii or Mexico because it is closer but Florida has everything we wanted and was very affordable compared to Hawaii. The owners were so easy to communicate with and helpful and the check in and out process was a breeze! No stress. We had so much quality family time just the 4 of us and came home so relaxed. We will be back. Eventually we will need a 2 bedroom as our kids grow but this was perfect for us at their current age (8 year old twins). Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We had an extended stay at the condo this time for 3 weeks, and Carole took the time to put together a list of some amazing things to do in the area she thought we may enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay - the property is truly perfect for two!

My husband and I had the best time! The condo was so nice, clean, stocked with everything you need for a week. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy so it was important to have a place on the beach and a short walk and this was perfect. The view from the balcony was perfect for the times I needed to get out of the sun. Saw so many dolphins from the balcony and some manatees too. The wildlife was incredible overall. We saw so many different birds and animals. Just a tip for future travelers, the unit was a little warm when we arrived (I am having heat flashes of course during the trimester) so it does take some time to cool down, but after a few hours, the unit kept cool. We did have to keep the temperature cooler than usual but it felt comfortable! Carole was quick to respond and very helpful. Also a close walk to restaurants and shopping. We would def return! :)

It's hard to find a place with a better view than from the balcony of the condo. A perfect location to watch the sunsets unless you prefer to be on the beach only footsteps away. The condo provided everything we needed for the week and the area has a lot of excellent restaurants for dinner plans. I have stayed there twice and fully intend to head back again.

After reading all the reviews we thought "could this place be that good? " It was ....we totally concur with others that the location can't be beat....on the quieter side of the island but good access to things. Condo is updated, fresh, and the bed is comfortable. The best part is you are so close to the water you can fall asleep to the waves. Too bad it was already heavily booked for next year. Thank you Carole and Dave !

My husband, son, and I enjoyed our stay immensely!! Just opening the door and having such a great view of the ocean was breathtaking. A week went by much to quickly. I recommend anyone going to Florida should at least go a minimum of two weeks. The location to Santini Plaza was ideal. Lots of choices for food and shopping. My only suggestion would be to convert a few of the tennis courts to Pickleball courts. No one was playing tennis when we were there. We would definitely stay here again!! Cindy

Perfect location. Honest host. Condo equipped with everything, but wine bottle opener. It was not a problem because liquor store is across the street. To buy there - cheap. Enjoyed our stay so much. We stay again if have a chance.
