Everything as described in the listing, clean, comfortable condo, well located for beach and restaurants, free parking. good owner communications. Highly recommended

Close to the beach. Split level condo gave space. The spiral staircase is unique, one has to go slow up and down.

We were coming to a tournament and wanted to be by the beach. The location of the property was great walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The listing advised on the numerous steps which was true and we expected and were ok with that. From the pictures we expected it to be dated. The cleanliness was ok, When we got the sofa bed open there was food debris in the mattress and under the coach. For an older place it was as clean as it could be. There was an odor present when you enter, it was an old house smell. The hosts were prompt with the information for the rental and no other issues. Unfortunately we probably wouldn’t stay at the condo again.

I stayed here for just under a month while looking for apartments in the area. The condo was clean when I arrived and the kitchen had all of the supplies I needed for cooking my meals. Allen was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. The location was wonderful too, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The balcony was a great place to have coffee and got good sunlight throughout the day. I definitely recommend staying here whether it’s a short or long stay.

Perfect place for a long beach weekend during the White Marlin Open. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Convenient location easy access to the beach. Would definitely book again.

This my HONEST opinion. Stayed 6 nights at above average costs for location (1600.00 +) . Knew about stairs and it was rough carrying luggage groceries etc. The stairs inside unit were okay for my husband and I but children and elderly would have difficulty. They were very sticky to touch and in need of cleaning and painting. Overall, the painting in the unit is in need of redoing. Flooring downstairs was nice and couches were nice (I still covered them with sheets). They were the only furniture that was good and protected for my own security. Bar stools Cheapest style. Balcony nice but noisy with A/C. Outside had weathered chairs , a rusted broken heavy useless high top chair, and a $ store dirty white plastic tiny table. A little $ could really enhance the stay here. Kitchen was clean and had basics. It seems the gfi outlet was popped and thought my camera charged but outlet failed. Kitchen light could have been on same circuit and that didn’t work until we turned fan off when leaving. Only used coffee pot & didn’t work consistently. Starbucks is near as well as many shops! Upstairs was dingy and bedding filthy. I guess most don’t bring sheets. Good thing I brought three and two blankets to make a barrier against mattresses. Pillows were disgraceful. Bring your own!!!!!! Mattress pads were sticky gray ,stained and ripped. Found debris underneath. Mattress had urine stain and pillows were brown and had colored stains hidden under zip covers. Stained carpet in BR.
