Mark was very accommodating and his vacation home has everything you need. Updated kitchen and bathrooms in a nice location. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in Mark's condo at Kawama. It was clean, well decorated, had plenty of space for our family of 4, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Kitchen was well stocked to cook and even had a few extras like spices and Ziploc bags! On top of that Mark was very communicative, helpful, and easy to reach. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Everything about this VRBO was fantastic. We were able to get an early check in and a late check out which was so helpful. We will definitely return and would recommend this to anyone. The outdoor kitchen area was amazing and we grilled out almost every night. There were bikes, a golf cart, and, just a short walk to the beach. We went to South Beach in Miami one day and the next day we went to Key West so the location is just perfect.

This unit is a home away from home. The kitchen has all gadgets you might need and is wonderfully organized. The beds are comfortable and linens very nice. My A/C is set to 72 so if you run hot you will need to sit under the fan. We had a great time.

Nice property, in the corner of the complex, patio was perfect for drying wet dive gear. Bikes and golf cart available but walking through the lagoon and pools is very nice. Sunsets out on the jetty were beautiful.

This was a great home for our short vacation with everything we needed. Especially appreciated the comfy beds, snorkeling gear, grill, 4 porches (loved the hammock!), and of course, the golf cart was a hit.

Nice big room with a kitchen and living space and sliders to a screened-in porch. It was super cozy and had a great kitchen island. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great. The shower head was nice. I liked that this was an end unit. My brother and his family stayed in the same complex and walking around or using the golf cart was easy. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Us & our 3 young kiddos thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked to cook, which I do a lot of. The location is very convenient to markets, National Parks, fishing etc. the community itself is wonderful with lots to do with children. We played in the lagoon, the pools, playground, walked jetty at low tide for little crustaceans, and cruised around in the golf cart at night watching fish and lobsters in the water. It was hard to leave!

We loved this place! Had everything we needed and then some! We especially enjoyed the use of the golf cart for sunset cruises to the jetty. Master bed was super comfy!

Thank you for this perfect Condo. It was a perfect location and the amenities were perfect for getting around. Nora kept us happy getting to our family's condo around the other side and driving around the property.

We really enjoyed this townhouse. Location was great. We would book this place again. Owner provided us information ahead of time that made process easy to check in at guard shack at entry.

The property was as described in every way. The location of the unit is ideal within the complex. On-site guide was very helpful and provides great information for use of TV’s golf carts, pool, etc. Very responsive communication. One of my best VRBO experiences.

Our extended family of 13 rented 3 Kawama units over Christmas. Several family members stayed in this unit and it worked out very well for them. The golf cart was great for getting around in the Kawama community. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture comfortable. They loved the H1 unit and Mark Hostetler was quick to respond to any questions. They also appreciated his notebook with restaurant suggestions! .

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a week and it was great! The house was very nice and clean. It has everything you need and more. Very easy to book and no hassle check in process. Mark responded whenever we had a question. We truly recommend this place and would definitely come back. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home Mark!

Wonderful condo!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Very comfy and clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept on for a trip. Loved the pools, lagoon, and use of the golf cart. Hope to be back!

The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. The golf cart was great for going to the property beach. There were lots of extras in the home, such as baggies, bug spray, paper plates, etc., so that was nice, too. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The drive to Key West was about 2 hours, but it was worth visiting.

Property was just as advertised. Quiet, very clean with comfortable indoor and outdoor space. Full service kitchen with large island which we love to have. Host was very responsive. Would book again if available on our next trip.
