Such a relaxing weekend, watching the stormy ocean waves! The beds were extremely comfy, there was ample cookware for our simple meals (bring your own oil though!), and the throw blankets were a nice touch for curling up to watch movies. Overall, a clean and well maintained home. Only thing we didn’t get to take advantage of was the fire pit, which would’ve been lovely if the weather cooperated. The hot tub was perfect though!

Wow, the view from this place is incredible – you get a front-row seat to the waves breaking, and the sound of the crashing waves is just magical. The beds are on the firm side, but surprisingly comfy – had some of the best snoozes! Quick tip: the beach is long but a bit narrow, so it's a good idea to check the tide schedule if you're planning an epic walk from the private access on the property. Oh, and the hot tub? Clean, in tip-top shape, and they've got clear instructions posted inside – couldn't be easier. Definitely a highlight! I'm already thinking about a return trip. The kitchen had everything we needed, and bonus points for the recently updated appliances. Top-notch stay!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and it was absolutely perfect - Amazing view, easy beach access, quiet area, comfortable beds, hot tub under the stars, and well equipped kitchen for cooking our holiday dinner. Always grateful for homes that allow us to bring our dog, he had a great time too!

This beautifully appointed cottage sits directly on the ocean with a stunning view of the iconic Cape Meares sea stack. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, away from the crowds, this is a must for you. The oyster shacks and cheese tours in Tillamook are a must!! Will be coming back to this gem!!

I love this house so much! The views are incredible and the beach is always quiet. I come here whenever I want a quiet getaway. Master bed is super comfortable and the house is well stocked.

This place is magic. It’s tucked away just far enough that the drive in is gorgeous, the beach is vast/private and the views from the kitchen are unforgettable. It’s the perfect location - trips to Cannon Beach and Newport were easy. The house itself is simple, clean and comfortable. You will dream about this beach later (and then book another trip like I did.)

We loved everything about our stay! We were able to take our pup. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. So many thoughtful amenities like towels, washer and dryer. Hot tub! Beach access was amazing! Internet was crazy fast! Even a welcome gift. Thank you!

The house is exactly as advertised! The view was spectacular. Access to the beach was super easy. Added bonuses for us - the hot tub, the fire pit, the deck, the grill, and the large dining table. They had everything we needed to cook meals every night. (We grilled every night). Did I mention the hot tub?! The furniture in the living room and the mattresses (extra firm = hard) were not very comfy. The pillows are extra soft and thin. Even so, we would stay here again. The area is so lovely, the tucked away neighborhood peaceful, and the beach beautiful.

The view from the house is indeed lovely, as is the easy access to the beach. Hot tub was also basically brand-new, which was lovely. However, there are some big misses that made the stay less than comfortable: -While the kitchen does have many pots, pants, etc, the induction cooktop isn't compatible with many of the cookware items, which was super frustrating for us, since we planned to cook most meals. -The couch and both chairs in the living area were really uncomfortable, leaving basically no place to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view! -There were no beach or non-bath towels provided. In a dog-friendly property with beach access AND a hot-tub, this seems like an obvious and easy addition to me. -Only two rolls of paper towels were provided, and only five-ish dishwasher pods. For a six-night stay, this was woefully inadequate, and required a trip into Tillamook to stock up on our own dime.

We had a wonderful time at this oceanfront vacation rental. Quiet, remote neighborhood with beach access through the backyard. Gorgeous views from the balcony. The rental had everything we needed... kitchen was well stocked. And we were grateful for the washer/dryer access. The kids enjoyed watching movies, reading books and listening to music on Alexa. :) Overall, great place for a relaxing family vacation!

As advertised, direct access to the beach

The location is AMAZING and the house is overall very nice. Hot tub and fireplace made the stay super cozy. Main bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the bed in the second bedroom is noticeably squeaky. The hide-a-bed is also reportedly very comfortable. Kitchen has decent pans and utensils for cooking and we appreciated the coffee provided. Guests should be aware to always cook with the exhaust fan on AND a couple windows open, as we set off the smoke alarm basically every time we cooked over our weekend.

As a senior the kitchen on the 2nd floor was inconvenient. I should have checked more carefully. the View is magnificent and the neighborhood is quiet with a great beach the home is a little dated and slightly shopworn but nothing major.Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed the home. Pros: -location, location, location -second floor living and kitchen looking out on the ocean -well equipped kitchen -internet and other tech were great Cons: -terribly uncomfortable furniture -beds are so old, you sink in them -shower and toilet seat were icky Overall, it was a fun coast vacation, would have appreciated if the company would keep Up with the house better though.

It was a beautiful 3 days at this beach house rain and all. The hot tub warmed us after walks on the beach.

Great house and location is 15 minutes away from real grocery stores. We also lucked out with bonus summer weather during our stay. The dog and kids had a blast digging most of the days in the sand. The beach is miles long with very few people around giving you time to just relax. Views were amazing and the hot tub was a nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. Kitchen had every tool we needed for both cooking and baking. Wifi worked great too.

Shoreline Cottage was the perfect stay! We eloped to the coast and enjoyed the beautiful deck with our families and dog, soaking in the sunset and each other on the most perfect beautiful weekend! The house itself is so cute, the fact that it is dog friendly is amazing, and the huge yard that has private beach access is a huuuuge plus! We can't wait to stay here again!

First time visiting the Tillamook area. The location was great to downtown (10-15 minutes away). The view was absolutely amazing and there's direct beach access. Looking at staying here again.

Enjoyed the house so much. The location was fantastic, as was view and access to the beach. Sunsets were awesome! It's a small and very quiet community without many amenities, which was fine by us. And my husband & I aren't TV watchers, so we didn't have TV subscription access for the most part. Lots of reading, guitar playing (husband brought his), walking, snoozing in the sun, domino playing and meal prep for some great BBQs. Our dog enjoyed it too. We'll for sure be coming back again.

Amazing views from the whole property, dinner on the deck, sunset in the hot tub, coffee on our beach walk in the morning. Its been a while since I have seen the stars in a place that isn't all lit up from street lights. Will be back and for the brief moment we had to work and use the wifi and it was fast. Luckily it was only a moment. Oh our dog gives it 5 stars for comfort and beach adventures! Coming back shortly for another stay.

This cottage was just perfect for us to be able to spend a relaxing week with our daughter. It had everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable! The ocean view and listening to it was total therapy for the soul! We were able to explore coastal Oregon and relax! I highly recommend the Shoreline Cottage!

I almost don't want to write a review for fear this place will always be booked up. We stayed earlier this year and loved it but this trip we were surprised when we arrived. New Tesla charger was installed, the internet was crazy fast(had to work while kids played), view from hot tub and deck have been improved as well. The sleepy monk coffee K-cups are our coastal favorite for coffee and s'mores kit was a big hit as well. Kitchen had everything we needed and the grill worked well. If you want quiet and a beach that is never busy this is the place

My family of 6 stayed for 2 nights in this sweet beach house. It was outfitted with everything we needed, but the sleeping arrangements would probably better suit a group of 4. We really enjoyed the ocean view, easy beach access and hot tub. Oh, and my son was thrilled with the s'mores kit!

It has a wonderful view, however it was hard to enjoy the outside deck with the construction going on next door. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Upstairs was very noisy to anyone staying downstairs. We did not get to hot tub due to the workers right next door., I guess there is no way of knowing if there is a project going on next to the rental when you book it.

Location location location!!! Steps lead right to the most amazing beach with short walk to a waterfall. Hot tub was fantastic!! House was absolutely perfect. Cozy and comfortable vibe. Easy living on the ocean. Will 100% be coming back to this home. Super clean upon arrival and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked for a at home seafood dinner. Trip was capped off by seeing elk and a bald eagle on our block. Couldn’t have asked for a happier trip!
