Property is in a great location - very close to Peak 9 lift and Breck Sports ski rental shops so you are really able to ski in/out. It's also a quick (5min) walk to main street. The building is a bit outdated and the unit is as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was powerful. The owner of the property was also very timely in responding to messages which is always helpful.

A nice condo for two. Great location within short walk to restaurants, bars, etc., and right on the free bus line (gray). It would be on the small side if anyone was sleeping on the foldout couch. The only eating area is at the island or sitting in the LR. The decor feels dated although the flooring may have been upgraded recently. The shower was powerful.

This rental was just what I needed for a week long event. No frills and quiet. Close to the ski area. Ski in/ski out was useful. Clean and had everything needed.

Walk to the slopes and downtown! The space is a little dated but as advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in Trails End offers the perfect location to enjoy the mountain and to walk downtown.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed, and was extremely close to the quicksilver lift. Getting to Main Street and the mountain were no issue. Would recommend having an alternative to pick up and drop off keys however if you’re not renting a vehicle. The unit and dropbox are a decent distance away from each other. We ended up using Uber and walking for both, due to our using a shuttle from DIA.

Trails End is a terrific place to stay. I love the location, very convenient to downtown. The walk over the bridge and through the trees to the slopes is beautiful. I will choose to stay here whenever I come to Breckenridge.

This was a great vacation. The proximity to the slopes and to town was terrific. The steps at the main entrance were a little difficult to negotiate with all my luggage. I really enjoyed the condo, very warm and comfortable. (needs additional convenient outlets) The ski locker room was convenient although the lock mechanisms were nonfunctional for modern skis and snowboards. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay despite the unexpected closure of the resort lifts. Prompt comms with the owner to sort out our forced Virus early departure back to UK, will be back asap.

Wife and I had a weekend getaway without the kids. Perfect for a couple and couldn’t beat the ski in/out. Unit was well equipped so had everything we needed.

Excellent location. Small but perfect for two people. Easily walk to town and quick access to lifts. We thoroughly enjoyed this property!!

Very comfortable 1 bdrm condo right at the base of peak 9. Also a short walk to Main St to enjoy shops and restaurants. We've stayed here several times and look forward to returning in the future.

The property was steps away from a place where we could practice skiing with our grandson who is skiing for the very first time. It was very convenient and pleasant.

Everything there you need. Close to lift. Check in/out easy. If you are flying in we had to rent car because shuttle from airport wouldn’t stop at property place to pick up or drop off keys

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. Very comfortable and clean. Less than 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very short walk to quicksilver lift and could ski across to other peaks on mountain. Short walk to town. Very convenient location. Quaint and cosy condo. Clean and well decorated. Only drawbacks: check in was unclear. I showed up to property and had to drive out of town in traffic to Peak Property Management and return. Additionally, cord in living room are not very practical for a 3rd or 4th adult guests.

For one or two people, this is a nice place. Convenient to the chairlift.

We arrived to Breckenridge to find that the unit was not available to us due to owner error in booking. To her credit she did find an acceptable alternative at her cost which was appreciated. But this could have been a disaster if an alternative had not been available. If you rent this unit communicate often with owner to insure your reservation is honored. .

The place was great for four people. You can’t beat the location on this ski in and ski out. It’s right next to the quicksilver ski lift, so the walk there is very short. There was also plenty of kitchen amenities so that we could cook most of our meals conveniently. I would definitely return here. Customer service representative Mike was also very helpful and helped us feel at home!

Great location in Breckenridge and nice amenities in the building.

Usually I don't bother with reviews but since there doesn't seem to be a recent one I think it's about time. I am going to start this review with my two criticisms so you can see how petty the shortcomings of this property are. Firstly, as someone who likes to relax after skiing by watching sports I value HDTV. The cable service is not HD. And no I don't work for Comcast. Secondly as the cook of the group I found the stove top to be annoying even though the appliances are in very good shape. I don't like coil burners! See, petty issues for a picky person. Now with that said here is the good: Bed very good, kitchen stocked with just about everything you will need, location hard to beat, building and unit in very good shape, management company provided excellent service, owner prompt and friendly. The images provided represent the unit perfectly so you know exactly what to expect. It's nice for at most 4 adults. As you can see in the images this is not a modern high end property you can impress your whomevers with. So in conclusion I have to give this place 5 stars not because it's a 5 star luxury property but because it was accurately represented by image and, with the exception of my previously mentioned petty issues, provided me with exactly what I needed. A true 5 star value.

We plan to stay here again based on our wonderful experience. It is small for a family of 4 but since we spent so much time on the slopes and in town, that did not matter. We still prepared some meals there and everything that is needed was on hand. The dishes were new and very nice. Working with both the owner and rental agent was easy, very pleasant.
