A fully equipped Paris apartment with beautiful interior. Loved the location near the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler and many cafes all within walking distance. The host provided us with lots of good information of things to do and see. We all had a wonderful time and will remember this time always.

This apartment is so beautiful! It was like staying in an antique filled old time Parisian apartment. We enjoyed the location and the nearby amenities. The kitchen is chef level. It was fun to just step out our door and watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night. We definitely recommend this apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. Great location to shops, restaurants and cafes. There were, however, a few communication issues with regard to what time we had to vacate. Also, my last email to the owner went unanswered. The air conditioner in our room did not work. Also, I asked if there were 3 bathroom. And was told yes. However when we arrived, we found out two of the bedrooms had to share a toilet. Those bedrooms had only a shower and sink. No toilet. We should have been alerted as to this situation since we thought each Bedroom had its own FULL bathroom with a toilet. The owner did provide a very complete handbook about the area and how to use various electronics in the home. This was very helpful. Overall it’s a lovely apartment in a great location.

With a daughter and family living in France, we have rented many apartments over the years. This was a special trip, taking our US teen grandchildren to Paris for the first time. We needed a three bedroom apartment in a well located neighborhood. This apartment is the most elegant, spacious, well appointed and equipped rental apartment I have ever seen. Every detail is perfect, from the art to the home furnishings to the mattresses and linens to the extraordinarily well outfitted kitchen to the laundry room and massive storage closet...I wish I could live there forever! Theresa, the housekeeper, is delightful and keeps the apartment spotless. Every evening we walked two minutes around the corner and watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the Champs de Mars. The fashionable neighborhood is filled with all the joys of Paris: restaurants, patisseries, clothing and home goods shops. Rue Clear is minutes away for all of your gastronomic needs. Our grandchildren remarked that they knew they were staying someplace very special and they loved and appreciated every minute of it...as did my husband and me! Thank you, Gay, for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to return as soon as possible!

I will never stay in a 5 star hotel in Paris again. This apartment is better and more spacious in person than the pictures. It's located in a high end, very happening residential neighborhood walking distance to everywhere. The ownerof the apartment is an American expatriate, foodie, and like me, a wine geek. The apartment has everything you could ever need and the appliances are all well maintained and high end. It's very much like staying in your own home. Gay's assistant Elizabeth and Elizabeth's mother (also the housekeeper) Teresa are fabulous. Our close friends stayed in a suite at the Ritz Carlton for a gazillion dollars a night while we were there, and other than bragging rights, there is no way I'd stay anywhere in Paris other than this apartment. Is that a good enough endorsement? This is the place you want to stay. Fin. Gay, thank you, we will be back.....

Family of six enjoyed a week in this lovely property and felt like we were at home. Particularly appreciated the "Cooks Kitchen" and Hotel Quality Linens. Would highly recommend the property.

We had such a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was about a 10 minute walk to two different metro stops, centrally located, and spacious and very well equipped. The location in relation to the Eiffel tower was very fun for our group. Due to flight delays, we ended up arriving at one in the morning, and the host graciously met us for check-in. The advice given for airport transfers was very helpful. You will not regret staying here!

Had to wait until the jet-lag had faded so I could do justice to our visit. We were a family of five, three generations, who finally made it to Paris after cancelling the trip in previous years, due to Covid. We loved the apartment, which is in our favorite part of Paris, close to the Eiffel Tower, wonderful restaurants, museums, the Seine and Rue Cler. There was plenty of space for us to be together and yet have privacy when we wished it and the apartment is beautifully decorated. There are binders with information about how everything in the apartment operates and about the neighborhood and the owner's favorite places. All were invaluable to us. We were sorry to leave and hope we can make it back together one day. Our youngest grandson told us when we were back home that he will never forget this trip!

Everything was fantastic. The apartment was perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. We hosted a graduation dinner for family and friends and hired a chef who loved cooking in the amazing kitchen! The location is outstanding. Thank you Gay for sharing your home in Paris with us!!

We had a huge debate about a hotel vs a flat. We chose this flat and WOW: 3 lovely well lit perfectly appointed bedrooms, each with a beautiful modern redone bathrooms with lots of hot water with good pressure! The kitchen is euro-modern and was a lot smarter then we are..good thing the directions to everything in the flat is in binders....ya know, if all fails read the directions! Everything about this flat speaks to Paris. First, it is beautifully appointed and you know your in Paris in the most tastefully professionally decorated and furnished flat. Views everywhere, sun swept, super heating and AC for summer. The owners have impeccable taste and are 100% dedicated professionals from California and are pros and so so nice. The neighborhood is one of the best in Paris. I did not know that. Grocery stores everywhere, some of the best bistros are literally right there, take away 4 star food from the Bon Marchee, and nice walks all over and easy to get an uber and a taxi. Apparently, taking leftover food home in Paris is a new thing and boy having that kitchen was super....bistros serve HUGE portions. Any appliance and tool you can think of is in the kitchen...even a truffle scraper! Living room and dining rooms are both modern and antique furnished with the best combo of the two. A++ Bottom line here: I recommend this flat 100%. You will be so happy here and happy to get home after a long day. We felt chilled, living like a local, happy and beyond glad to have had two weeks there. The flat elevated the experience for us and will do the same for your party. Parker in Santa Fe NM

It allowed us to interact on a level that would’ve been impossible had we stayed in a hotel. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped! All of us agreed, we would stay in this apartment again if our travels take us to Paris.

Three couples gathered together for five days before touring burgundy. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and beauty of this wonderful apartment. It allowed us to interact on a level that would’ve been impossible had we stayed in a hotel. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped! I can’t say enough about the beauty of this property and the location near so much. Gay has done a wonderful job with this apartment, making it feel like a home for travelers. The towels were so soft, and the robes were a great touch. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can ever want (but we just went to restaurants :-)) the air conditioning in the bedrooms was HUGE, during the heat wave... it was a lovely place to come home to after a long day of site seeing. Checking in and out was a breeze with Elizabeth, even though we had a slight translation issue (as to be expected being that we are visiting another country), but she showed me everything, and it was all self explanatory. And Google translator helped! :-) Thank you for letting my family and I live like Parisians!!! We couldn’t have picked a better place.
