This was a great space for my family. We spent a week enjoying the beach and pool, very quiet resort and grounds were very well kept. The unit had everything you need and the owner was very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend! Thanks Hal!

We were extremely pleased with our experience in this condo. The furnishings and décor were so beautiful. The condo was very spacious- plenty of room in the den to hang out. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. Appliances were very nice quality. The entire condo was so clean, I felt like we were the first occupants! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I didn’t want to leave the bed! We appreciate both beds being king size. We appreciated the nice touches- large soft cooler bag, large beach bags, etc. We loved the ocean view through both the master room patio and den patio. Everything was as promised. Hal (the owner) was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely consider staying at this condo again. The resort was also very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool area, boardwalk to beach, beautiful flowers throughout. The pool and beach rarely had more than a couple of other families. The resort was very quiet and secluded; however, be aware the resort is a good 25 minutes to most other places. We didn’t mind though- the difference in price was well worth it in our opinion. We also walked all the way to the NW Point (national park)- bring water- it’s a long hike but worth the view!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is beachfront and you can sit on the balcony and take it all in. At night we left the windows open so we could hear the small waves roll in. It was nice to be away from all the big resorts but close enough to visit in just a short drive. Enjoyed every minute.

Condo was beautiful. We loved the remoteness of the resort where we could walk for miles and not run into another commercial property or home. Hal was very easy to work with.

Loved the villa. Lovely and beautifully updated. Not being familiar with Turks and Caicos and the various areas, i was not aware of the area. I was a little scared when the highway ends and you continue on the dirt road. So...I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was a little windy the week we were there, and we could not sit on the beach, which was disappointing, but we loved the pool. We also visited a couple of beach areas that were a little more protected from the winds. We highly recommend the property.

The condo was perfect. Everything clean and spotless. Beach bags to use, lots of sunscreen, shampoos, etc., etc. The kitchen was great. We never cooked in, but enjoyed having such a beautiful kitchen just the same. The views from the deck are wonderful and the breezes are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and everything was exactly as Hal said it would be.

Staying here was like having your own private island! So clean, beautiful and accommodating! The pictures don’t do it justice, the beach is so close and beautiful!

We loved our stay...gorgeous decor, great views and everything you need in this comfortable condo. The resort was well maintained and the restaurant served up great food.

Absolutely stunning property that does not disappoint. Interior is gorgeous and Hal has taken the utmost care in assuring his guests are comfortable. We spent 10 luxurious days enjoying the islands and beaches and each night we consistently said we loved coming back to the serenity of the condo at NorthWest Point! We loved Hal’s book of advice and checked out his recommendations on beaches and restaurants! Eddie cooked us a few excellent meals at the onsite restaurant... and we did utilize the outside grills! There was one incident one night when we came home, the condo above us had some sort of hot water heater leak and it was coming into our condo. We notified Charles (Propery Manager) he was on it right away. Nancy the housekeeper was there as well. This was at 10 pm at night. They were all over the issue and took care of the situation ASAP! Really a special place and we most certainly will return. Best kept secret in Turks & Caicos! Thanks Hal!

Wow! it does not get any better than this. We walked thru the door of this incredibly appointed, super clean condo, to see possibly the most beautiful beach ever! Stark white sand, royal blue water, absolutely amazing. The property is very well kept, grounds are manicured and the staff could not be nicer. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, and restaurant/bar was just as we like it. Food was delicious, drinks good and reasonably priced and they treat you like family. North West Point is private, quiet and very relaxing. The perfect place to hang out and enjoy each other and some beautiful surroundings. If you want the hustle and bustle of town, it is a short drive away. I would highly recommend this condo as the perfect vacation spot. I will be back, hopefully soon. Thank you for sharing you sluice of heaven and for one of the most relaxing vacations ever.

The unit is nicely decorated, very clean, super comfortable, and well equipped. Hal has provided everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The breeze on NWP takes the edge off the hot days, and makes lounging around in the evenings sooo nice. Fresh air instead of being closed in with air conditioning. Very quiet and peaceful ... Beach, pool and hut tub were nice too!

On our last trip to TCI our flight home was canceled due to a huge snow storm that hit Charlotte, which is where our flight originated from. The airline did not accommodate us and with no real options we contacted Hal, the owner of Palmas Del Mar, the condo we just stayed at Northwest Point. At this point we were desperate and needed to see if Palmas Del Mar was available for a few more days. Hal told us the condo was booked. However, his two-bedroom condo (Vista Del Mar) also in Northwest Point was available. We were already aware that Hal renovated both condos due to damage from hurricane Maria. We were impressed with the renovations he made to Palmas Del Mar. Also, we stayed in Vista Del Mar several times in the past, so we already knew how nice it was and had a great view of the ocean. However, we had no idea what Hal did to Vista Del Mar since the hurricane. I can say that Vista Del Mar is spectacular! Hal completely remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, new furniture, and more. Thanks to Hal, a bad situation turned out good and we got stay a few more days in sunny TCI. We love TCI and already booked our vacation back to the island in a few months. No surprise that we are staying at Hal’s two-bedroom Vista Del Mar condo at Northwest Point.

We loved the fact it was off the beaten path away from the busy areas. We went out during the day exploring then came back to Condo for dinners. We aren’t party people so this place was perfect! The drive into town wasn’t far and so easy to do. This was by far my favorite place I’ve been to and we’ve been to several places in the Caribbean. The waters are unlike anything else I’ve ever seen! And being able to stay In such a beautiful Condo was icing on the cake! We will be returning for sure!

Vista Del Mar has everything you could possible need and then some. It is extremely well stocked and furnished, all you need to pick up from the store is food and drinks. The unit is a home away from home and was clean and inviting. The views from the balconies were breathtaking and we constantly had a nice ocean breeze when doors and windows were open. We only needed the a/c for sleeping at night. We walked the beach daily in the morning before driving into town. We had drinks and lunch at the resort from Eddie...he made amazing fish tacos! The IGA in town has anything you may need to purchase for meals you may want to make at the condo. Our top places on Providenciales for the best food and most importantly "customer service" was #1 Chinson's Grill Shack (food and drinks were fantastic but the owner and staff made us feel so welcome.) #2 Somewhere Bar & Restaurant at Coral Gardens Resort (we had a breakfast and dinner both there and again the food, drinks, owner and staff couldn't be complemented more) #3 Shark Bite (and once again great food, drinks and customer service) We did have drinks and food at other locations on the island but these 3 definitely deserve 5 star ratings!!! Taylor Bay is a very secluded and gorgeous place to go wading or swimming with very shallow and clear water. Also, Sapodilla Bay Beach is a picturesque, pristine, white sand beach which is great for wading, swimming, paddle-boarding and other water sports. Umbrellas & chairs, food and water equipment may be rented here. We had a wonderful afternoon of paddle boarding on this beach. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat after a day mingling with the crowds, Vista Del Mar is for you! A little out of the way, but so worth the tranquility & beauty of the place!

My wife and I had an incredible 25th anniversary trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. In addition to the great place to stay, there were so many extras along the way that made this trip easy and care free, from sunscreen, to beach chairs and coolers, to allowing us to check out a little later in the day. The house had everything we could possibly need. Due to the warm ocean breezes coming off of the water, we didn’t need to use the AC once. Northwest Point Resort was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, which was exactly why we chose this location. Our trip to Turks and Caicos was amazing...if you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

This condo is even better than the pictures. It’s like walking into a perfect House and Home Magazine. The unit is set up with anything you could possibly need and more. All of the fine details are amazingly taken care of . Each of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen as well as the balcony are wonderfully furnished and stocked. The Ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking . Thanks for a super vacation 😊�

My SO and I arrived at the condo a week before Labor Day, which I guess is the perfect time because we barely saw anyone at the resort! Beautiful views from inside the condo and a short walk to the pool + hot tub and beach. There were umbrellas and chairs on the beach for the resort guests. Hal also provided extra chairs in the condo. The condo was well stocked with towels, sunscreen and other sundries. Hal was very responsive and accommodating, a great host! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Turks and Caicos!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Everything is brand new and so clean. The view each day is breathtaking and the overall property is so safe and relaxing!

Travelled to Turks and Caicos for the third time at the end of June 2017. While I stayed at Condo 624106 at Northwest Pointe briefly on a previous trip, I was excited to extend my stay this time. The condo is very clean and beautifully furnished. Comfortable without being fussy. The units must be well built because I never heard any of the neighbors on either side during my stay. I don’t mind cooking while on vacation and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner provides a great selection of things you might need (beach towels, tote bags, bug spray, toiletries) and there is a wi-fi option in the condo. The balcony is a pleasant place to watch the sun rise over the ocean with the first coffee of the day. What I love about Northwest Pointe is how laid back the vibe is there. It’s nice, without being pretentious. The General Manager is helpful and the staff on the grounds very polite. They opened a restaurant which served lite fare and cold drinks which was new since my first visit in 2015. The beach was groomed every morning. There is seaweed visible a couple of feet out from shore, but hey, it’s still the most beautiful blue/green water you’ve ever seen. There were always enough lounge chairs on the beach and by the pool. Part of the charm of Northwest Pointe is it’s off the beaten path, so be advised you will probably need to rent a car. Consider it part of the adventure when visiting the island because there are a lot of dirt and unpaved roads! Stop by the IGA after leaving the airport and grab some basics, before heading for the resort. The owner is wonderful and responsive to his guest’s needs. He is also well versed in what’s happening on the island, where to go for the best cocktails and awesome sunsets. If you really want to get away from it all, Northwest Pointe is truly a perfect place to unplug. Can’t wait for my next trip!
