Great place to stay- fabulous location and super nice!

It is spotless and quiet and close to shops and restaurants. It has everything you need and more! The owner provided all the basics: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, blow dryer, and flat iron. The bed was super comfortable and that is very important. This was probably the best-stocked unit we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot! We would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again if we come back to Palm Springs.

Clean comfortable in a great location. Only comment is that the ceiling fan in the bedroom is noisy. Would stay again.

I stayed in this upstairs property for a few days by myself. As a woman, I was especially pleased that it felt secure. The Embassy Suites property is a wonderful location to all things in La Quinta and for easy travel to other desert cities. The only drawback would be if you're traveling with someone that struggles with stairs as the ones leading into this unit are a bit steep. The inside of this unit was just perfect! SO clean & beautiful. It appears to have been recently renovated and has all the creature comforts you want and need. And of course, one of the most important features, the bed ... it is SO comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The condo is very well done and stocked. The furniture is in good shape. The unit was very clean. The location was terrific for us - close to the Arts Celebration and Old Town. Checkin and out were super easy.

Great property in an awesome location. Directly across the street from Old town La Quinta village. The property owner was easy to communicate with. He provided nice additions like laundry soap, dish soap, Saran wrap and cupboard basics. (He also provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel.) The bed was dreamy comfortable with nice buttery linens. Lots of nice modern upgrades to this condo! The pool was heated and was just the right temp. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We rented e-bikes one day. Did a lot of walking. Generally a great place to visit.

We love the location of this Condo. Right across the street from all of the restaurants and farmers market on Sundays. We would definitely stay here again Fabulous !

The location is perfect, the room was well decorated and I could have made a turkey dinner in the so well stocked. I hope to come back

This was our 4th stay at this property. The recent Reno was beautiful and the suite had everything you need including nice hair dryer and flat iron. Ric is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. We will be back again next year!

We’ve stayed at a lot of places around the desert over the years, and Rich’s condo is one of the best! Great location, clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. And Ric is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. A+++!

In town for tennis tournament and stay was awesome. Walked to dinner and close to stadium. Condo was clean and neighborhood was awesome.

This was our 5th time staying at this condo for our winter golf trip. We love the location and amenities! The condo has been remodeled/updated since our last stay and we were impressed with the changes. The homeowners association needs to do something about the pool/spa area nearest this condo. It was marked with a big KEEP OUT POOL CLOSED sign for our entire stay. Why? No idea. The other hot tub we walked about a block to use was a pain - if nobody had used it recently, you had to press the button for about 10 minutes (seriously!) to get it started. We wouldn't have known about that trick if another visitor hadn't mentioned it. Also, the stairs leading into the hot tub are all chipped and need to be resurfaced. Definitely not the condo. owner's issues, but it would be nice to get those issues resolved. The condo itself is very quiet, well appointed, and right across the street from Old Town La Quinta. Love it, and will definitely be back. Thanks Ric!

Everything you need for a great desert getaway. Liked the new YouTube TV and decor. Have stayed here a bunch of times and always enjoy!

The condo is lovely and well-supplied. Nothing has been overlooked. It does have 20 steps to get up to it so anyone who rents it should be able to navigate those stairs.

We enjoyed Palm Springs as usual and the condo was very clean, nicely decorated and all the extra amenities inside the unit you could ever fathom! Our lil fur babies enjoyed their first trip with us and were very happy too! We will be back. Thank you Ric for your immediate responses to my inquiries and questions. Great place to stay❤️

This place was a great place to stay at. Easy check in. Everything you need is here. We chose to only bring breakfast items and a few snacks but if you plan on cooking. Everything needed for cooking is there . K cups for the Keurig are provided too. Plenty of fluffy white towels and towels for the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Came with friends for Coachella and the location is super close, the place itself is excellent. Comfy bed, everything organized and well stocked! Walked to dinner one night as well. Ric was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. Will be booking again!!
