The pictures are very deceiving. They make it seem like this is an updated, cozy beach stay but the place feels more like a poorly done DIY project. The outdoor parts of this property were disappointing and could benefit from some sprucing up. The location was good in that it was on the ocean but since I didn’t find the lounge chair area to be appealing or relaxing, I didn’t enjoy it. Outside of the ocean, the location is slightly sketchy. The gate never fully locked so that wasn’t exactly calming. My last and most important complaint is the property management. If you want to check in early you can but it will cost you $50 just for 2 extra hours. Check out is also earlier than usual at 10 am but don’t worry, you can check out late for a fee! It’s money grubbing and frankly really off putting. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend anything managed by this company to a friend.

Clean and cozy! Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Condo is close to pier and harbor.

There was no beach to be found at the location. It was solely waterfront and much too dangerous to even dip your feet into the ocean.

I loved the townhome feel of my unit. It was awesome to have an upstairs and a living and kitchen area. I also loved the beach access. So worth the trip! My only suggestion is the parking provided. I scraped my door on the wood and have several scratches. However, I would come back here again.

I enjoyed our stay great location very only wish check in time would be earlier otherwise it was great.

This property was perfect for a quick getaway. Close to the Harbor, beautiful views and about 15 minutes from Legoland. Would stay here again.

The property was quaint. Just enough space for two people. The bed left a lot to be desired, it was not very comfortable at all. There could have been a table in the bathroom for personal items. The dishwasher didn't work. A second night stand on the left of the bed would have been nice. The handle on the window next to the fridge was broken. The mattress on the hideaway bed was not comfortable at all. Overall the unit was very clean, well stocked and had most all of the utensils needed to have a comfortable stay. The complex was in good condition and kept clean, the beach furniture was in good condition and sufficient for the number of clients. The staff was very professional and responded to any requests we had very promptly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a property on the beach.

I'm overly happy we were able to stay here. The only thing i had wished is that our unit would of had a better view of the ocean. Next time we know the unit to book.

Super clean and fun

This little townhome worked perfect for our stay. It was convenient to beach and other amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to get a second nightstand for the other side of the bed. Not a deal breaker at all

We had a relaxing Spring Break by the ocean. It was so serene to listen to the waves crashing each night. The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. A short walk to the Buccaneer Cafe and a short drive to Oceanside Pier. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We did a weekend stay-cation in this cute condo. It was perfect to relax; close walk to the beach in the daytime and restaurants/bars for some evening fun. I would definitely stay here again. Clean and well kept with easy access.

This was such a great location and well restored beach apartment. My dogs loved it. My unit had a spiral staircase and an exterior staircase if that’s too hard for your pet. Nice bed, lines, furniture and appliances. All around great getaway

The staff were wonderful and are quick to respond. The issue was with the place itself. The laundry is right next to the unit and was loud and consistently shutting off our power, we had to flip the breaker 4 times in 1 night. The fire alarm was extremely sensitive and just turning on the oven made it go off. Every time we cooked (with downstairs and upstairs windows/doors open and fans on) it went off. The bathroom has no fan and was full of mildew. The place itself was well furnished and overall looked nice, though was not what we were expecting from the high quality photos.

I like to drink on vaca so had to Pee a lot there is one bathroom is up a winding set of about 20 steps kind of dangerous every time I went up my dog wanted to go I would of just stayed up there in bedroom but TV downstairs. A nice poach but can’t see H20 the Front area that you’re shown on the picture is clearly marked not for you to hang out only for that front guest to hang out at they already have their own balcony looking out but I they also need the whole front area not for the riffraff like me in the back but the worst part by far because that location was great great basketball court great little breakfast café but at seven in the morning a loud beeping for Constuction for a complete three hours there was a loud beeping sound like the truck was backing up and it would not stop from 7 to 10 in the morning that really was not pleasant I’d like to sleep in. ✌️

Nice property with multiple shared outdoor spaces. More of a rocky ocean front vs beach front, but a convenient short drive to Oceanside pier!

By looking at the pictures I thought the semi private beach would have been lovely, but it wasn’t kept up at all. My daughter and I just wanted a comfortable place to see the beach. This property does not offer that. We found ourselves not wanting to go back to the room. We also had a spiral staircase that the dog was unable to use. Would not recommend this unit for the cost. I did reach out and asked about moving units, I was told by text someone would get back to me, no one ever did.

Booking with beach front only was easy but I don't think anyone who is responsible for this property has actually stayed there. We were given a gate code but the main gate is broken. It wouldn't close so it didn't lock. When we first entered, the smell of stale air and mildew was overpowering. We attempted to open all the windows to find the kitchen window didn't have a screen and opened to a small gap between the properties which was littered with broken debris from the house. The kitchen seemed stocked well enough to make a meal but there isnt any counter space to make anything. The flimsy toaster needs replacing. The sofa was not comfortable to sit at nor pull out as a bed. The bedroom upstairs seemed ok until we needed the air conditioner. It was so loud we couldn't sleep. The sliding door that opened to the upper patio, also, didn't have a screen so we couldn't have the door open at night. We couldn't enjoy that patio because the guests in unit 5 spread their suits and towels all over it. I guess their unit didn't fit their needs either. The bed was spacious and moderately comfortable. Having a tv and second night stand would've made a huge improvement. The bathroom was ok but the shower needs shelves and maybe a small bench. Overall, i would not recommend this property, especially with how much it cost.

Overall…everything was great! The location of this property could not be better! We surfed and boogie boarded everyday. Buccaneer Beach, Cafe, and Park are steps away. When the tide was high and we could not access the water from the property, we would just walk down to B. Beach. The only thing that was a little strange was the “common space” patio outside our bedroom sliding glass doors. The neighbors next to us were out there smoking quite a bit. They had a cup of water filled with gross old cigarette butts. They were very nice, otherwise, so we didn’t complain. I read a LOT of the reviews and would like to set a couple things straight. The spiral staircase is not a problem at all…steps are large and very easy to navigate. Yes the bathroom is upstairs but so is the bedroom. I would much rather have the bathroom close by for those midnight bathroom visits. As for the complaints about the shower's water pressure….uhm…there are several different settings. So just adjust the setting to the one you prefer. The shower head also has a water conserving setting, which we really appreciated. The toilet also was also “water wise”…so kudos! Check in and out we’re super easy and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked…I really loved the “Foodie” ice maker Thank you! I’m sure we will be back.

Great place, right on the beach. Awesome to watch the waves crash into the rocks at night. The private beach isn’t very big so we ended up driving to the city beach, but that was no problem for us. It was great to have a place right on the water

Ntoi hard for her to get up spiral staircase inside - luckily there was a lonnngggg set outside up to the rooftop deck as shown in photo (that I mistakenly thought was a fenced in yard on the beach!!!) absolutely fine for 2. King Bed was comfy enough, could use a bench or shelf in shower. Grill and fire pit worked well. Definitely coming back for that price!!!
