We had a wonderful time here. The location is near perfect. There is one condo complex closer to the beach by maybe ¼ of a mile, but we prefer The Greens for their golf course views and excellent pool. The condo was clean, and it is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have visited (pots/pans, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, pet toys! etc.). The locker located at the beach club is also very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day on the beach. Claudia was a perfect host with excellent communication. The only negative was the kitchen sink faucet could use some attention because you need to fiddle with the handle to get it in a position where it doesn’t leak, a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our Hilton Head stay in this clean and comfortable villa. Claudia was great to work with as she checks to make sure everything meets your needs and shares lots of information about the island to enhance your stay. The location is convenient and having a locker right at the beach to access equipment is a big plus. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog and Claudia even provides things to make a dog feel welcome. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

We stayed (me, my husband, my daughter and my dog) in this beautiful house and beautiful plantation for 4 weeks. Claudia, the owner, is a perfect host, on top of everything. The house has everything you need, everything! Instructions everywhere. The carpet upstairs is clean and well maintened. The Lowe floor is a little old and the cleaning could be more accurate but nothing major. The appliances are old but work well. Staying in Shipiarard is like living in a fairytale!! I would totally come back again to Claudia’s house, no doubt at all.

In vacation rentals (especially those with pets) there will always be an issue. Property representative was easily accessible and prompt in addressing any issues (like needing more propane for the grill). Beds were hard, kitchen was dated, but stocked with everything you could need. Bikes and beach locker were nice additions. We would definitely stay again!

The villa had everything that is needed. The bikes were good and very nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. We used bikes primarily to get around.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, the bikes were well maintained and there was even a bicycle pump with the bikes. We'll be back!

Loved the communication with the property owner. However we did not have a pet and should have not stayed in a pet friendly place as remnants of hair were all over the downstairs. Kitchen needs major cleaning and updating. Location wonderful. Bikes awesome. Beach locker amazing!

The price I was charged on my credit card was more than the quote breakdown submitted my the owner. The owner stated that this was probably a hidden VRBO charge. I checked with another owner who said that the quoted price "was the price". The second floor of the unit was in good shape, but the kitchen needs updating. I've been going to HHI for over two decades now and all but one of those years stayed at The Greens. The island was wonderful as usual and the Greens was as calming as always.

Our vacation was all we had hoped for. The condo was clean and comfortable, and well stocked. This was a concern for me because we had our two small dogs with us, and when traveling with pets in the past, we’ve been disappointed with our accommodations. It almost seemed as though we had to lower our standards if our pets were along. That wasn’t the case here. Not only was the condo clean and comfortable, but it also had provisions for dogs! There was a comfy dog bed, a barrier gate, and some dog toys and treats. There was ample space for walking our dogs outside, and the walking/bike paths were great for longer excursions. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, better than we have at home. The bathrooms were also very nice, especially the shower/tub in both upstairs bathrooms. I did have a couple of questions for Claudia while we were there, and she responded immediately. I highly recommend this property and the owner if you’re looking for a great, relaxing vacation.

My husband, two adult daughters and I spent a week at this townhouse in September of 2018. Everything in the villa is as advertised, and it has a very comfortable, "homey" feel. There was lots of space for 4 adults, and the pool and beach are easily accessed. Having the locker at the beach is a great asset, as chairs do not have to be carried to and from the villa. Communication with Claudia could not have been better. We highly recommend staying at this property, and plan to return in the future.

Location of this condo is great! Very convenient to everything, pool, bike paths, beach, shopping, & restaurants. Condo is roomy and clean, no hint of pet orders, and the little extras for our two dogs was much appreciated. Unfortunately, hurricane Florence interrupted our plans and we had to leave way too early due to a premature evacuation notice from the governor of SC. We really appreciate the owner Claudia working with us the way she did regarding our shortened stay. We hope to return some time, but not in hurricane season.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia's villa, it was simply as advertised. The villa was perfectly cleaned, well furnished, and is in an excellent location. Claudia was one of the best, if not the best, owner we have ever worked with, we quickly and easily booked the villa on a Saturday evening with the entire process taking minutes. Claudia's communications were timely and thorough. When we next visit Hilton Head, we will certainly rent from Claudia again without hesitation.

The villa was very clean and comfortable. Our fur girl was pampered too, with a bed, toys and extra dishes. Being pet friendly is important to us, and these extras were a nice surprise. There’s many upgrades in the villa including new carpet and remodeled bathrooms. The owner, Claudia, is extremely helpful, attentive and easy to reach. Having the bikes is another great perk. We rode everyday. The beach is a short and shaded walk. We will be back!

Loved proximity to beach and dog friendly!

Spacious villa that feels like home. Very well equipped and maintained, and loved the bikes with locks for the 5 minute ride to the beach (or 10 minute walk) and on the bike paths, and beach locker that included chairs, sand mats, and more. Large shade trees near pool are wonderful for the hot summer days and the pool is close by. Picked this villa due to location, pet friendly and 4 adult bikes. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting HHI. Enjoyed parasailing at South Harbor. Note that one has to pay $6 per car to enter Sea Pines to drive to South Harbor.

This was our 3rd stay, and we plan on our 4th visit in January-February, 2019. Claudia maintains a very clean and updated villa. The new tile showers are beautiful, along with the freshly painted interior. My favorite part has to be the 4 bikes located in her outside shed. My brother and I were beach biking every day. I just can't say enough about the villa. Tom & Jeanne
