Perfect space for our family stay!

We were under the impression that we got two parking tickets with our stay but that was not accurate we had to end up paying $60 per ticket for our vehicles. You are allowed to have two parking tickets per condo but you have to pay separately for them that was some thing I did not read the fine print on. Also we were told that nothing can go over the balcony even accidentally or we would be evicted. Overall I did not like the experience in the front desk it was manic and uncomfortable. The room was good there were a few spots on the wall or paint had chipped and a few door jams were not working properly but other than that the property itself was wonderful the balcony was wonderful. The beach was great I had plenty of shells. Probably the downside to this property is the front desk. And thinking that you have to reserve parking spaces when you get the property just realize you’re paying $60 apiece for those parking spaces.

Location great. Convenient to stores etc.

This was our second time staying in this condo (July of 2022 and this July as well). Convenience is the first word that comes to mind. The condo is very close to the parking deck and just a short walk from the elevator or stairs. The view is beautiful! Plenty of space for our group (4 adults, 2 young kids). Kitchen is well stocked and any concerns were quickly remedied by contact listed for this condo. Will be retuning again for sure!

We got together with family with kids of all ages. The room was not over decorated where we were worried about things getting broken but was still really nice. The room was perfect for us.

We stayed here because of the close proximity to FloraBama. What made it even better was the view from the balcony. We were able to see dolphins in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. In the evening we listened to the rolling waves and music coming from FloraBama as we unwound from our day. The area is very laid back. Its not commercialized and not the typical spring break atmosphere. The facilities at Phoenix X are wonderful. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and a grilling area. Parking in the garage will run you $60 but it’s close proximity to the condo and the only option available. Check in was a breeze and elevators were always available. The unit itself was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies and nicely decorated. It felt clean and the beds were comfortable (if you like an extra blanket at night be sure to bring your own. There are no extra blankets). We did find things left behind from previous occupants (both clothing and some trash). I notified management of the clothing asking if they wanted to alert the previous tenants but never received a response. A note to management - most of the lightbulbs in the smaller bedroom are burnt out and the living room sliding door needs attention. My elderly friend was not able to open it as it is difficult to slide. It was our first visit to the area and if we ever return I would definitely consider staying here again. We absolutely loved the virtual check in because we weren’t able to get there until after midnight and the location and cleanliness of the condo was very pleasing!! Will definitely book this unit again!

We loved the location of the unit and how the beach was not super crowded. We drove to Gulf Shores to eat and shopped along the way. We always found parking right by the unit. Would stay here again.

The property was Great! Available parking spaces weren’t an issue for us, however A $60 parking fee to self park and then to read that there is no guarantee of a parking space is ridiculous. Each unit should have at least 1 dedicated parking spot with second vehicles parking first come first serve.

No unit number on rusty, spotted front door, coffee maker quit (but was replaced quickly), master shower door was jammed up and handle fell off in my hand, there were ants crawling around the living room….specifically all under rug. Other than that it was ok. Would not rent again

Great location. Love this place but please add numbers to the door so late night check in guests know they are at the right spot. We had to guess. Also fix the toilet paper holders in both bathrooms

The condo was great! We loved being on the 2nd floor. The parking deck always had a opening close to the door. Loved being across the road from the flora-bama grill and yacht club , as it was a short easy walk with kids. The beds were very comfy and furnishings were very pretty. Only con, was that the kitchen didn’t have a pitcher or a larger pot for shrimp boils. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

This condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen which made cooking for and feeding our family of 6 easy. The view is incredible as well as access to the beach. Our kids loved being able to swim in the indoor and outdoor pool. Having a parking deck with direct access to each floor of the condo was a game changer. We will definitely be back!

Out stay was great! We loved the condo, location to the beach, and the pool. The connected parking garage was nice to have.

Blankets and pillows were sparse. Needed more. Keurig did not work. Light in master did not work. Master bathroom drawers were dirty. Underwear were left in drawer from someone else’s stay. Good location and easy rental process.

This was a girls trip, and we had a phenomenal time. Property was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and other entertainment.

There was not much communication with this rental. Process was easy but I like to have the rental company at least update on stay. There was no email or call until day of check in.

Great location. Nice place as advertised. I have stayed at various condos here via VRBO. (Twice so far this year) I was unimpressed with White Shore Realty.
