We’ve been staying here for years!! The perfect location with easy access to the beach. Safe gated condo unit. 2 parking spaces right below the unit in a garage. I love that it is a smaller condo development, less people don’t have to fight to get a chair by the pool. Beautiful views of the ocean from this unit. The owner responds quickly to any questions and has been wonderful to us over the years:)

We just returned from our stay on Anna Maria Island, and we had a wonderful experience. We are 3 adults and 2 teens, and have stayed at several really nice places up and down AMI, and this one did not disappoint. The condo was clean, the furniture and appliances in great condition, and the beds slept well. The location and beach view are fantastic, and just a 12 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. We hope to return on a future visit. Thanks David for opening your home to us, and thank you Charles for your kind and prompt responses to our requests and questions.

My highschool friends and I - we are in our 70’s now-have stayed here 3 years already and love this condo. It is bright, open and has a great location. One of our favorite places to return to each year.

Great location with beautiful views of the sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate in most nights and were disappointed there wasn't a grill onsite. The property listing had a grill listed in the amenities and the rental contract mentioned a grill. Made a couple of phone calls while we were there to the number left for us and did not get a return call. But overall the unit was a great place to stay. The host was very accommodating with scheduling issues that occurred after booking, which was very much appreciated.

We rented La Plage 10 for 2 weeks in December. It certainly is an elegant property furnished with comfortable beds, sofa and chairs and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast and cocktails on the large balcony overlooking the beach every day. What wonderful views! We were amazed by the size of the shower in the master bedroom: large enough for a whole family! The condo is in a perfect location, close to restaurants. The owner responded to our requests promptly. However, a few things disappointed us: the balcony table had not been cleaned before our arrival and was dirty. There were no beach chairs available. After paying over $ 7,000.00 for 2 weeks (with all fees and taxes included) we did not think we should have to go rent chairs. After all, they only cost $22.00 at the supermarket. We could only find 2 matching wine glasses (most of them were of odd sizes). We missed having a dish drainer and dish soap and did not want to use the dishwasher every day. The swimming pool was wonderful although the water was a little too warm. It would have been convenient to have bathrooms outside instead of running back upstairs dripping wet! All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to go back next winter.

This is our 3rd year on this property, with hopefully many more years to come!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Great view of the beach, convenient parking, spacious living areas and the most comfortable sofas! We had some issues with the shower and ice maker that couldn’t be completely fixed but they were very responsive. Would stay again.

Enjoyed a week at LaPlage and the views are perfect. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was absolutely perfect. We did have a couple of issues with air and stovetop but the management company was quick to respond and took care of us. Stayed with 5 of my friends for 50th bday vacay and loved it! Not within walking distance to much but the pool and the beach was why we were there! So Enjoyed our stay!

Property is very convenient with designated garage parking right by stairs going to private deck and also to the elevator. Very spacious and beautiful unit with need for some refreshing/updating. Specifically, the dishwasher was a challenge to get it to run. The kitchen is equipped with a strange assortment of stuff but lacking some basic cookware and utensils. The cleaning service could also be more thorough as we noticed dirty floors when we first had access to unit. All that said, what a great and convenient place to stay given the proximity to the beach, pool, and parking. An amazing property that just needs a little tender loving care.

Great place for our family getaway. A couple things for the price we paid need fixed. Shower in 3rd bedroom kept running, 1 sink drain plug in main bathroom was broke, ceiling fans on balcony all rusted and 1 not working. Main complaint would be how hot the pool was. Not sure what the issue there was but it wasnt refreshing. But everything else was excellent from check in to out. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Condo was clean and large.X Large balcony with steps to the pool was great. Pool area was great just was hot water. Views were awesome Area was exceptional. Restaurants in area were excellemt. Great beach area. I only wish i knew about the golf carts on the island, iwould not have rented a vehicle. All in all great experience. Would definitely come back.....

We all agreed that it is the best place we've ever stayed at. There are codes to get into the complex, pool and each unit. We felt very secure. We were surprised and very happy to see that there were sand chairs and other beach toys left on the balcony. Oh, and that balcony....what a view. We spent many hours on this large balcony eating, drinking and just enjoying each other while soaking up the view! There's a great table and lots of seating. Would most definitely consider rebooking!

We’ve been staying at this particular condo for a number of years now. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences and great memories. This is a beautiful gated property, with wonderful ocean views. It is well maintained, safe and very clean. The pool/ hot tub set up is right outside your door and the white sandy beach is a mere few steps away. The owner responds quickly to any questions and is very helpful and nice. You simply can’t beat the conveniences this property has to offer. We have already reserved it for our next stay:)

Had a wonderful time in AMI- trolley right outside the gates, very good location, home very well equipped with every thing we needed! The pool was a little chilly and the hot tub was not heated at all- that was our only complaint. We loved this place and hope to come back again!

We come to Anna Maria Island / Holmes Beach every year and have stayed in LaPlage before however not this unit. This unit has 3 large beds so great for our family. Unit is clean and good dishes and glassware, However for the price, some of the appliances are de to be replaced. The stove and oven are dated and took forever to heat up and the heat was inconsistent. The dryer also takes about double /triple time to dry anything. Lint catch is rusted. As a ehole though we loved it an would definately come back.

This was the second time we stayed at this condo and it was just perfect for my husband and myself as well as our grown daughter and son in law. It would be breat for kids as well with the third bedroom. Being right on the beach was so convenient. We put up our cabana each morning and just enjoyed the sand and surf. You can't beat the location for convenience to everything. The restaurants were very busy so we had better luck getting takeout or cooking in the kitchen which had everything we needed!! Some people near us rented cabanas from "Cabanaup.com". They set it up early in the morning and take it down for you. There is a public beach access next to the condo but it was never that busy and we enjoyed everyone. The condo feels very safe and private.
