Great property for vacation stay. Extremely clean and had everything needed for stay.

Nicely updated condo with a spectacular view of the Gulf from the 8th floor. Fully stocked and tastefully decorated. Property owner very accommodating and easy to contact.

Security was a good touch at this facility. Ease of beach access and to many places around us to eat. Much within walking distance. Nice and quiet with super views! Would definitely stay here again!

Mac's Panama City Beach condo was immaculate, spacious, furnished with new and lovely furniture and appliances, well-stocked, with comfortable beds, good showers and a huge balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and gulf.

I’ve never stayed in a cleaner condo on the beach. And I’m VERY picky about cleanliness. The kitchen was very well stocked which made cooking our meals so easy. There was even some plastic storage containers for leftovers! Each bedroom is connected to its own private bathroom. The closets in each room were large and there were lots of hangers so it allowed us to hang up wet swimsuits to dry after our day at the beach! Mac was very responsive when we had a problem with the a/c and it was fixed in a few hours. Please, please if you’re considering renting this condo, do your part to keep it nice so I can rent it again in the coming years!

My friend and I had a wonderful time. Condo was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Everything we needed was there in the condo. Chairs/umbrella on the beach were awesome. Only thing that happened was that we had an issue with the A/C, but called Mac right away and it was fixed in a couple of hours while we were at dinner, so it didn't bother us in the slightest. Was just glad it was an easy fix. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and just like pictures.The long Beach Resort was good too very close to every thing.The host great easy to get in contact with and replied quickly to any of our questions.

The location and accommodations were superb. The host was communicative and helpful. We LOVED the views provided and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If you’re considering booking this rental, trust me, and look no further. Mac’s place is AMAZING! It met all the check marks and exceeded expectations and this is coming from a very Type A medical professional (insert winkie face)! My family visited PCB July 8th-15th for my daughter’s softball World Series tournament. Our team had chosen Long Beach Resort since it was a short distance to Publix Sports Complex and longer commute due to heavy traffic to stay on the other side of town near Pier Park. This was our 1st time visiting PCB and had no idea what to expect so, trusting the others on the team, we proceeded with our search for a condo @ Long Beach Resort. Impression: As soon as we entered the condo, I was immediately drawn to the balcony and its spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and secondly, its cleanliness. Wow, Mindi does an amazing job! It takes dedicated time and hard work attempting to rid each and every granule of sand from the floor at a beach front condo and she nearly accomplished this task. Both bedrooms were welcoming with hues of light colors, perfectly made beds, and floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views. The showers in each of the bathrooms were newly remodeled with large space, great water pressure, and never did we have a problem with hot water. Mac has done an excellent job fully stocking the kitchen and loved having the new stacked washer/dryer to wash towels and uniforms. Mac, best owner by far out of any rentals!!!

This is a great place for a family vacation! It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Comes with two chairs and an umbrella on a beautiful, not crowded beach right in front of the condo. It was perfect! Highly recommend!

Mac’s condo is wonderful. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you might need, and amazing beach views from every room. You can’t go wrong staying here, not to mention the price is very reasonable. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided but just remember to bring your own beach towel. The condo is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and an fabulous donut shop. We will definitely book this again when we go to Panama City!

Great place, clean and perfect location.

I inspect condos after housekeepers clean them for a living (when not on vacation) and was very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. Everything was up to date. The view was perfect. Mac was available anytime and stayed in touch to make sure your stay is perfect. He even updated us when he seen an elevator was down. There was a lot of extra amenities included, even a crockpot. This was the best condo I have rented yet and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much for the excellent hospitality Mac.

We loved the condo, it's very spacious, clean, and nice furnishings. Location is great and parking is convenient. We will likely book again for next PCB trip.

I want to thank Mac for the smooth check in process. We had our information in plenty of time. I had a question when we got there and hated to contact him on the weekend but he answered it immediately and was very polite. Another guest in a different condo said their owner was very rude when they contacted them about a serious problem in their condo. My first thought was I'm glad I am staying in Mac's condo. Condo is beautiful just like in the pictures and the resort is great as well. My husband and I had a great relaxing time. We will definitely be back.

Condo was absolutely beautiful. Had a problem with sink and it was fixed immediately. Condo was very well stocked and very comfortable.

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Everything you need to cook and relax on the beach. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, and the wait time on the elevator wasn’t bad. I enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins. The only down fall about the entire condo was the check out time, it was earlier then what VRBO posted.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo. It is spacious, clean, great location the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The swimming pools are nice and well maintained. I liked that the parking lot is on the property with easy access.

Mac was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Condo is very clean and well stocked. I have rented places before with no cleaners or proper utensils but not the case here. Unit is exactly as described - very comfortable. I highly recommend.
