The house was great with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Will use again if we are in the area again.

We had a family of 8 stay for our daughters graduation. A comfortable house. The location for day trips was great, still had snow in the mountains.

The house is fantastic! The location is great for winter ski trip. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to Alta/Snowbird, 35-40 minutes to Park city/Deer Valley, and about 15-20 minutes to Costco, Chinatown, Chinese supermarket. There is no steep slop inside or outside the community, so it's very driver friendly in winter. The condo is very nice, clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen has been renovated recently, the electronic stove is very powerful. There is storage space with bench and a lot of hooks next to the garage door, you can put your skis boots, helmets there, it's very convenient. There is a pool table in the basement, and it can be converted to table tennis table. The kids liked it very much. The outdoor hot tub is everybody's favorite. The house has 4 King/Queen beds on the second floor and 2 double beds in the basement. It can park 2 medium size SUV and 1 full size van. The owner is very generous to provide plenty of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, towels. It's a perfect place for 2 or 3 families to stay. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying here. We were surprised when we arrived that the home did not have air conditioning. The evap cooler worked well except for a couple warm days. At night it was fine. Otherwise, the home was great and had everything we needed.

It was a nice place to stay. We really enjoyed it. I would stay there again. There were 9 of us and it would have comfortably slept 10. The only issue was there were no vents for air in the bedrooms so you had to leave all the doors open while sleeping. This wasn’t bad unless you were needing privacy. They supplied several fans to help in this case. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner and manager were very nice to work with.

Enjoyed the Condo, location was great. Perfect for a large group of people . We stayed for an extended weekend of skiing and was fortunate to get a snowstorm that made for great skiing. Owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

The house really worked for us. It is clean and has ample space. The location is right between the cottonwood canyons. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub is a plus. Game room was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Au-Co Mai is very responsive and was a great host.

I stayed here with five other friends for a ski vacation. The property is located about 20 minutes away from Alta/Snowbird. It was an easy drive to the mountains. The townhouse is nice and well-maintained, and it comfortably slept all of us. There is a property manager who can assist you if you need anything. The cable wasn't working when we arrived and the property manager came the next day to fix it, which was nice. The kitchen worked great, as did the hot tub and outdoor grill. Overall, would stay here again.

Unless you are staying at the ski resort, you can't get a place more convenient than this one! Getting to shopping, restaurants and ski shops was very easy. The place itself is fine. It's not top of the line, but you are not paying a top of the line price. There are some cosmetic things that could be fixed, but everything is functional and the kitchen is well-equipped. There wasn't anything that we needed, but couldn't find. We used the hot tub each night and loved it. Also played pool and ping pong, so that was a big plus. Lots of bathrooms, so that's convenient as well. Being able to use the garage was a huge plus as we saw the street parkers scraping the ice off their windshields in the morning. The owner was very easy to work with and she responded quickly to all our inquiries (and there were several). We had expected to bring my sister's boyfriend and dog, but at the last minute they were not able to attend. The owner was great about getting us a refund of the $200 pet fee even though it took some figuring out to get it done through the website. We were very appreciative of her efforts!! We would stay here again.

Our group of 8 stayed for 6 nights. The house was clean and the appliances and hot tub worked fine. There were plenty of hooks and ample bench space in the mudroom to dry out wet ski clothes at end of the day. The location is great, between the entrances of Big and Little Cottonwood. Grocery stores and other essentials are close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay! All 10 of us were comfortable and we managed to cook breakfasts, hang out in the hot tub, watch TV, and play cards in comfort! we loved being close to shopping and skiing, would stay there again!

We are a group of 5 guys who go every year skiing at different ski resorts. We typically stay in nicely furnished homes in good locations. The location of this 2 story + basement track home was more than ideal for skiing the canyons (we skied Alta, Snowbird & Brighton and the drive was 15-30 minutes). It is also close to grocery store, restaurants, and a ski shop. We cook breakfast and a few dinners at home, and go out for dinner a few times. I'm a property manager and so perhaps somewhat picky, so I did notice the following: (1) some of the kitchen cabinet doors would not stay closed because they had no latches, (2) some kitchen utensils were old or missing, not enough serving spoons, wine opener broken & missing spatula (which was inexpensive for us to buy), however we got by with what they had, (3) the spa was older and only one seat had jets strong enough to make a difference & the temperature button on control panel was worn out & difficult to set the temperature to the desired level - after playing with it for several minutes sometimes I was successful in getting it set to the right temperature, (4) We kept the house temperature at 70 degrees the whole time. There was 1 thermostat for the entire house and for some reason the guy in the basement bedroom reported that his room would overheat at times, whereas the master bedroom on the 2nd floor was almost always 5-7 degrees lower than rest of house, especially late at night (I compensated for this by wearing wool socks & ski cap to bed!). Having said all this we would rent the house again because of the location. The owners were also easy to work with!
