Everything was great EXCEPT I really didn’t appreciate the owners asking us to be the cleaning lady. Wash all the towels and then asked us for a tip. Also, they give you only two rolls of toilet paper. Juanita was great to communicate with

This property is very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable. The two bedroom/two bath unit is great for our group. Juanita was in contact prior to our arrival to give me door codes and to answer any questions. This is our second year of staying at this property for our girls weekend to run the St. Pete Run Fest 10K. We really enjoy ourselves walking the beach, the pool is great and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

This condo was great. It is very roomy with a huge family room/sitting are and large bedrooms. We had six people and never felt we were climbing over each other. The pool is nice with lots of seating and some shade. The location is awesome. We walked to dinner, ice cream, coffee every morning, shops and 5 minutes to the beach. It is well stock and was perfect for us. One thing to know, the grill is a common grill by the pool and it is charcoal.

This is our second time staying here and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The condo is very clean and spacious, and quiet too. There is more than enough space and hooks to store/hang your belongings; in-unit laundry, comfy beds, dedicated parking for 2 cars. We also love that it’s in walking distance to the beach and it’s beautiful sunsets, and also the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Juanita is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Overall wonderful stay and experience.

Great property. Would stay at the condo again. My only issue with the complex is there is no restroom by the pool. You have go back up to your condo when you are wet.

It was very clean and comfortable. Juanita was very responsive and attentive. would definitely stay again! It was quiet, pool was beautiful. seemed to be freshly remodeled, pictures were accurate, furniture placement had changed slightly. only negative I would say was internet,tv,wifi went out after the first day and the towels could use updating.

Overall it was a great stay. We loved having a pool and close to bars/restaurants and the beach.

This location is great. Walking distance to the beach and different restaurants. The property owner was FANTASTIC to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Can't wait for the next vacation, we'll definitely look for this one first.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Pete. The condo was clean and very comfortable! It was within walking distance of restaurants. The beach was close, but we chose to drive as we had chairs and umbrellas. It was a great trip!

Checkin was easy and done prior to our arrival. The overall facility is in good shape with a very nice pool: the co do is in excellent shape with a nicely outfitted kitchen, big TV in the family room, quality dining table and two artful beds. The walk to the beach is flat and less than 10 minutes, so very convenient (especially as you walk past all the people paying to park). The beach is phenomenal and the water warm. Within a 10 minute walk are multiple restaurants ranging from simple bar food to excellent seafood to Buoys which serves a variety of high quality meals (but is on the pricey side). You do need to bring shampoo , body soap and beach towels, but for the price, location and quality, this rental is a home run!

Loved this condo! Nicely decorated and lots of room and plenty of seating. Pool area is super nice. This is the second stay for us at this condo complex and we will definitely be stay here again. So close to the beach and some great restaurants. So easy to get around. This place is kept clean and is great for families. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, our stay was very nice. Unit was clean, had all the amenities needed for the stay. Pool area was perfect. Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Host was very helpfull. I definitely recommend this property.

It was our first experience with vrbo and it didn't disappoint! This place was as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Host went above and beyond to help us. 3 blocks from public beach, easy walk for most people. Host provided beach chairs too!

My husband and I stayed with our two Teenage kids and we all loved it. The place seemed even bigger than what we expected, super clean and in a perfect location. We walked to the beach multiple times every day, walked to restaurants, walked to get ice cream, and walked to a gift shop. There is a Publix and Dollar Tree nearby within driving distance (1.5 miles) There were 3 beach chairs and a few beach towels to use. The location was secure and we all felt comfortable and safe. My son brought his Xbox and the Internet was good! Beds were comfy, furniture is comfy, absolutely no problems with our stay! We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay and great location. The beach is about a 3 block walk. We had access to beach towels and beach chairs. Juanita was extremely friendly and great to work with. She called a few days prior to our arrival to go over everything, which was extremely thoughtful. Not a big deal but we did have to buy our own toilet paper as only the roles that were on the spindle was provided for a weeks stay. We also purchased laundry detergent as non was provided to wash towels (washing towels is a requirement prior to leaving). This is our second time staying at Waves but different units. Parking is great and the building is secured with an entry code to get in. The pool is bath water warm. All the other guests were extremely friendly in passing.

Condo is very spacious and located within walking distance to the beach. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. Had lots of games which could be enjoyed for a family trip.

I have Asthma and my sister has a harder time walking we are in good shape for our 60’s but having to take beach chairs and bags and cooler way to far to enjoy. My husband never got to walk in the beach he drove us every day and picked us up about 4 hours later. I was under the impression it was not a far walk to the beach. I was a very nice place but if you want to walk and lug all your stuff 10-15 min then you will have a good time. Place was clean and nice.

The property was great. Clean, spacious and well kept. Having two bathrooms was a plus! Host provided all information and was responsive. Really liked that the pool and apartment was behind a locked gate. The walk to the beach was super easy. Many local restaurants were close and delicious (such as Toasted Monkey, Shells, Ricks Reef etc). Would stay here again.

Near beach very clean and quiet great time and easy walk to food

The condo was perfect for our needs! Nice and close to the areas/colleges we were visiting, walking distance to beach and restaurants, felt very safe. The condo was very spacious and clean with comfy beds and lots of storage. Juanita was very friendly and easy to communicate with and get hold of if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area!

5 min walk to the beach and close to tons of things to do! The beds were comfortable, condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. If walking over to the beach, there is a lovely beach park and tropical garden perfect for a morning walk - lots of shells! Loved this property, a great find for the price and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach, then back to the pool at the complex. The complex was laid back, and friendly. The keycode system made it easy to check in. Our host was responsive when we mixed up our key codes.
