We had an amazing stay this past weekend at this property, and let me tell you, it delivered! We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental for our group. Everything we needed was available, and the hosts were more than gracious! Thanks again!

The house was clean and very pretty. It was very spacious and a welcoming feeling when going into the home. I was very comfortable staying in this home and they were very helpful and would reply back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and will be my go to place when I’m in Albq.

We really loved our stay. We had a bad experience with another rental property company and we were leary of trying another. We had a great stay and got to relax while celebrating graduation. The location put us within 10-15 mins of everywhere we needed to be!

We came down from Colorado to spend time with our son and his girlfriend for a long weekend. Had a great time! The home was just as described! Homey, warm and inviting, so comfortable! We would definitely reserve it again when we come back down! Thank you for helping us have a great weekend!

It was easy to check in and out. House was tidy but dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. I had to clean showers and dishes before using them. Dishes had sticky stuff and grime on them, bathroom floors and showers felt grimy, you can see the thick grime on floor boards and window seals. You would think people haven't been there for a long time based on all the dust on grime. Just grossness, felt like a dirty hotel not a home.

This home is in a great location in Albuquerque. We went for a cornhole tournament & we're only 6 mins away from the event. The weather was beautiful, the home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Every roomy, very clean, the communication with the owner was great.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the New Mexican style of the house and the neighborhood. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed, and we were able to prepare and serve our family Thanksgiving meal there. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

Owners were So friendly and accommodating

Lovely owners. Such a cute couple. I thought it might be weird with them being next door, but they give you your space. The house, neighborhood are quiet though near a busy street. Multiple safety items in place to keep you safe. They do accept dogs which was an unknown benefit! There is a small yard in the back and a fenced in yard. I was disappointed with the bug situation We had ants and those large “ water bug” roach s. After about a week, we let them know this was a real problem. They immediately came over and sprayed and cleaned behind the fridge. This took care of my he ants- but those roaches were another problem . We would see 1-2/day— I became very anxious about them. Even the dogs became experts out of sniffing them out. We also had a problem with the dryer working. Again, landlords came over , cheerfully.. if we were lucky, it worked once. We had to wash clothes at first he house: then, dry clothes at a laundromat.

Was a good location, nice space with plenty of room and owners easy to work with.

The garage had even been turned in to a man cave! We had a great time playing ping pong while visiting with family. I would definitely recommend this house if staying in Albuquerque. Thank you!

We were in town for a conference and there were five adults who stayed at the house. It has plenty of space and allowed for a relaxing evening. Plus it has easy access to multiple businesses. The owners were quick to respond to questions and eager to accommodate our needs.
