The house was set up very nice for two couples to stay. The living area was spacious and very open. The pool was nice with a very good view of beaver lake. If you want a view over the mountains and beaver lake just go up to the upper deck. View to die for.

We chose this home primarily to visit Eureka Springs, which is about 40 mins away. With the exception of the continuous winding roads on the way to Eureka Springs, the location was great! The home was beautiful, clean and perfect for our purpose. The view was amazing. We were also happy that we were not isolated -there are close neighbors but it was still quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may not want to stay directly in the middle of the touristy location(s).

My family and I wanted a quite laidback vacation, and we certainly got that! We loved the house and didn’t leave the whole time we were there. The house is perfect and we enjoyed lounging in the pool! The views from the deck were gorgeous. We would definitely book again!

Our stay was amazing. The house has everything you could need to feel right at home. The views are breathtaking, the pool was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet. Perfect place for a getaway.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is as described and plenty comfortable for our family of 4 (teenagers/college). The elevation of the home is surprising, resulting in a beautiful view across the lake. Perhaps most appreciated was the supplies provided. So often, homes advertise "Sleeps 8" but on arrival you only find 4 forks, 3 towels, and 1 sauce pan. The owners here provided all the supplies necessary for a family weekend stay, including ample pots/pans/cooking equipment, tableware, and towels. As we cooked at home most meals, this was greatly appreciated. Add short drives to Eureka Spring and great hiking trails, and you have a remarkable getaway at this home.

This is a beautiful property with a great little pool and fantastic deck. Excellent location for sunrises and star gazing. Great hiking nearby.

We had such a great stay and wish we would have had one more day. The accommodations are very clean and as described. The marina is only 5 minutes away. We will be back!

My sisters and I stayed here for our yearly getaway together and it was amazing! Everything about this place is fantastic. The pool was so much bigger than it looked in the pictures and so fun to swim in. The views were spectacular! The house had everything we needed and more. Each bedroom and the living room area had its own thermostat to control which was very much appreciated and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. This home is beautiful, the area was quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views of the lake and the Ozark Mountains. Catch views of the most beautiful sunrise for the early riser and a sky full of stars off of the decks at night. We saw many Blue Jays overlooking the trees off the deck. This place is truly a gem in nature.

We could see a huge expanse of Beaver Lake and lots of sky. In the week we were there the fall foliage got brighter. It rained a lot so we didn't get to spend time on the decks as much as we wanted, but we could still enjoy the view from inside. The layout of two separate bedrooms on the main floor (each with their own bathroom) was good. There is also a half-bath (meaning the listing of "1.5 Baths" is wrong.. There are 2.5 baths.) There is one bedroom in the basement that is odd (no bath there) but it's okay for kids. The kitchen/dining/living room are great. We played cards, did puzzles on the island, and binge-watched a show in the rain. The house is 30-40 minutes from Bentonville in one direction and Eureka Springs in the other. Try the enormous ice cream cones at the Short Stop gas station on 62, not far away! My suggestions to the owners? There were no hangers! When we're there a week, we want to unpack but ended up living out of our suitcases. And adding some lightweight, non breakable dinner plates and bowls would be great. And it would be nice to have one kitchen cabinet empty to put food in. We had to put food in the laundry room. And the DVD player wasn't hooked up. Small things. Easily fixed. We just returned from our three day weekend and had the best time. We have some friends that have a boat slip near by and staying here made it so simple to drive back and forth. The deck(s) have outstanding views of Beaver Lake. The home was well stocked for all our needs. The pool was definitely enjoyed by “most” of us. My friend has a little bit of height anxiety so she was fine sitting on the side. We hope to be able to go back again! Thank you, Jon and Whitney for allowing us to enjoy your home at Beaver Lake!
