The Coligny Circle area is one of our favorite parts of town, and this unit is literally about as close as you can get. Unit 319 is large and comfortable. Direct view of the ocean from the balcony. I'm a self-admitted "Condo-Rental Snob", so any critiques I have should be taken with a grain of salt (sand... ha ha ha). I think the unit would benefit from some new, non-cloth couch seating. Its starting to show its age. I would get rid of the feather stuffed pillows on the couch, because the feathers escape and get caught in the rug under the coffee table... making it apparent just how thorough (or not thorough) the pre-cleaning was. If it were my place, I would replace the rug under the coffee table. There were some small issues that needed to be handled, most notably the drywall / paint around the exhaust fan in the master bath. The Travertine tile is beautiful, but also visibly hides any sand that the vacuum / broom / mop may have missed. The outside storage closet across the hall was an unexpected bonus... great place to store all of your sandy beach items. A/C was rockin', kitchen was well-appointed. Overall a very nice 3BR/3BA unit. You won't be disappointed!

Beds were comfortable though I wish one of the bedrooms with two twin beds had a queen/king bed. Pool was fantastic but closed for 2 days for a pump issue which should’ve been fixed sooner. Overall, I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Only thing we did not like was the spare rooms had single beds and that is hard for adults to sleep in maybe a double and single would be better. Beach was close and the pool was nice. View of ocean was great as well.

The condo was perfect for our stay. We will be going again next year, and if available plan to stay at the same condo.

We love HIlton Head, but had previously only been in the Spring. Visiting in early January was delightful. The condo is perfect - clean, comfortable, 3 great balconies, all with wonderful ocean views. Saw some amazing sunrises. Communication was easy, and check-in was a breeze. Everything you need to cook, or plenty of nearby options for dining out or take-out. Very pleased with this rental.

Easy process, clean, great location

I grew up visiting HHI as a child. It was wonderful to be able to return with my grandmother who enjoyed such a lovely view. As previous guests have mentioned, one of the televisions in the guest bedroom did not work but luckily I had my computer to set up on the dresser. Otherwise, it’s an excellent place, location and even better view!

Very comfortable. The only issue was two lamps didn’t work and one television in twin room didn’t work. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Really liked the beds/mattresses. Kitchen utensils not great but similar to other rentals. Pool clean and kept up nicely. Liked our balcony but not much privacy as it’s right next to others. Loved the keyless lock. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location on HHI. Can walk to everything. Pool was meticulously cleaned and disinfected for an hour each morning. Unit had all the utensils and amenities we needed. Great ocean view from balcony.
