Fantastic house in an incredible location! Would highly recommend to anyone skiing in Deer Valley or the PC/Canyons resorts. We went with our family and friends and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Bill was also extremely responsive and did a great job explaining everything about the property before we arrived. 5 stars, would 100% rent again.

Everything about this rental was top-notch. The homeless recently renovated and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The owner was quick to reply to my every question or comment. She is super friendly and I enjoyed getting to know her briefly through this rental process. I can’t recommend this home highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Foltz's house. It is in an ideal location in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the base of the Deer Valley Ski Resort and the St. Regis Hotel. It is conveniently located to Deer Valley and Park City for skiing. We loved the two car garage as we rented to Jeeps for our two week stay. The hot tub on the atrium deck was perfect for the after ski soak. The garage and ski room allowed for quick changes from ski mode to apres-ski mode. A large well equipped kitchen allowed our group of 10 to easily prepare our large breakfasts before hitting the slopes. We all enjoyed the fireplace and building and maintaining the fires. The home was well stocked with firewood and with all basic needs like toilet paper and paper towels. There a variety of rooms for guests to choose from, all comfortable in their own unique way. We appreciated the high quality sheets and mattresses and plenty of towels and linens. Did I mention the pool table? It kept us occupied when we weren't beat down from the endless skiing. We saw a moose and a fox in the yard. Road scrapers were out in the wee hours when it snowed so access was never a problem. When there were small issues or questions, the owners were immediately responsive. I'd like to keep this place a secret but the onwers deserve all the accolades I can give.

Our group of 10 (2 families, 6 kids ages 1-8) has a perfect week of skiing and relaxing at the house. Great service, easy check-in, phenomenal location. Would definitely do it again!

The hosts are friendly, responsive and thorough. Could not ask for more or better. We had a group of 10 adults and 2 dogs and the property was just perfect for all of us. Very well equipped - they thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal too. We had a mama and baby moose crazing in the front yard - highlight of our trip!!! Do not hesitate to book this home!

First off, Bill and Robbie were great and their response times for questions and information were outstanding. Property is literally walking distance, (did so after skiing Deer Valley), to the DV resort and spacious. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Even has a bbq on one of the decks that we used as well. Jacuzzi was perfect as it’s enclosed in the outdoor atrium. Our family enjoyed the property very much and would like to thank the owners for sharing their wonderful home with us.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. The host/owner of the house was very attentive to all of our travel needs. They provided me with many options from skiing instructors to restaurants to dine in. It was done in a packet they prepared for our stay. The house was within 10 mins or less of everything from sky resort, grocery store or downtown bars & dining. I would definitely consider staying here every time I visit Park City.

Gracious and thoughtful hosts, house was stoked with essentials, and the common areas are wide open for maximum time with friends and family. This place was hard to leave!

Bill and Robbie were wonderful hosts who had great communication. Their home was very clean and offerer us the perfect space for some much needed rest and relaxation after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was equipped with all of our needs to make a home cooked meal. We were also only located a mile or so from downtown, which was perfect for the nights that we ate out. I hope to return in the future!

I highly recommend this home and I would personally would give this home 5+ stars. We had a total of six adults and four children ages 18 mos- 7 years. This house was the perfect setup to accommodate everyone’s privacy (especially those who were not waking up early with little ones), but also give that warm welcoming invitation to be together. The pool table area and the kitchen area added that to the house. My kids had the time of their lives playing with the toys in the closet where games were stored and they had the absolute best time sledding in the backyard with the sleds provided. This was such an amazing stay and I am so gracious that we were able to create memories in this beautiful home with such beautiful scenery, Park City is truly a gem! We also only skied at PCMR, and although this home is right by DV, the access to PCMR was so easy. We actually found that taking the town lift on Main Street was the easiest. Thank you Foltz family for your hospitality! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxury home in Deer Valley/PC. The pool table and hot tub were lots of fun. The house was clean and very comfortable. We hope to stay here again someday.

We stayed here for a Thanksgiving family vacation. It is such a cozy, warm and comfortable house, and the house is well stocked. The owners were wonderful to deal with. In fact I asked if there was an Instant Pot and there was not so they purchased one for the house which came in very handy. The house is in a great location. The views are beautiful of Deer Valley ski mountain. There are trails all in the mountains that we really enjoyed. There are trailheads all over and easily accessible. We had a dog with us and the fenced in back yard was a bonus. There are lots of games and the pool table was a huge hit. The solarium is so cool and we enjoyed sitting in the sun looking out at Deer Valley. The house is spread out nicely so everyone had their own space and the master bedroom and bathroom are so comfortable. This is one of the best houses we have rented and would absolutely rent it again. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

Bill and Robbie were more than accommodating considering the mishap we had with our first rental property in Park City. Their house was amazing with more than enough room for our little family. They were quick to respond if we needed anything and the house was complete with everything you would need. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Also, you can’t beat the location and beautiful scenery around the property.

Bill and Robbie's home was everything we hoped it would be. Spacious, clean, family friendly, and conveniently located to everything. They made sure any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. We enjoyed their large kitchen and pool table the most! Their property is in a quiet neighborhood that's surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. It's actually nestled near the bottom of Deer Valley so the views are spectacular! We enjoyed daily hikes around the community trails. We can't say enough about their home, hospitality and Park City as a whole!

Enough room for everyone to spread out when needed and enough room for together time as well! The kids loved the bunk room, the hot tub, closet of games and the pool table. It was so close to the mountain, that transport was easy. The house was beautiful and well stocked - it is clear that the owners take their role as hosts very seriously. We loved it.
