The property was perfect size for us 4. The location is incredible, within walking distance to so much! The host was great to communicate with! I would text Chris and he would give me suggestions on restaurants, etc. Close walk to the beach as well! I was very happy with our stay here and will return in the future!

Our visit was perfect. Chris was kind, informative and very available for the few questions we had for him. The location is excellent! Beach, shops, restaurants are all a short walk away but the house is on a gorgeous tree lined street. The condo drips with character and comfort - the perfect combination. Will definitely be returning- but book early!

We loved our stay at Chris’ 2 Victorian apartment in Cape May. It feels much more spacious inside than the pictures portray and the front porch was perfect for relaxing and reading a book. We loved how convenient it was to Congress Hall, shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was also stocked with everything we could need.Check in was very easy and Chris was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Loved this rental-clean, cozy, charming. Close to everything and so nice to have off street parking. The owner, Chris was warm & welcoming & great with recommendations and answering all of our questions. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. A big bunk bed in the other bedroom would have been perfect for our two kids but they didn’t come with us. Loved the over the door hooks in the bathroom - other places we have stayed just don’t have any. Lots of kitchenware, cabinet space, and 3 different coffee makers -drip, french press & keurig! Lovely porch. We’ll be back!

This was a lovely condo. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed and more. Location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Myself and 2 other friends stayed in this house on September 9-12, 2023. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner communicates well with quick responses. From booking to checking in and checking out everything went smoothly. The front porch is great, with a fan and lights for nice evenings with a cocktail or two. In the morning it was peaceful enjoying coffee on the porch. The location is ideal! Only 2 blocks to the beach and a few blocks to the center of town! I highly recommend this home for a great Cape May getaway. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Quick beach getaway with family. Great location, easy walk to the beach or shopping area, even with a 2yo in tow. Lovely front porch, perfect for morning coffee or glass of wine after the little one was sleeping. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

We stayed at Chris's rental for the weekend of March 18th. Chris shared all of the necessary information prior to our stay and was in frequent communication. Check-in & out was made simple and the house was perfect in all aspects - cleanliness, amenities/comfort, and location. He checked in with us during our stay and and was prompt to respond any time I reached out. Will absolutely check to see if this rental is available the next time we plan a Cape May trip. Cape May is beautiful even in the off season! What made our mini trip special was staying at a tastefully remodeled Victorian two blocks from the ocean. We walked to the ocean each morning at dawn and got totally immersed in the serenity of the massive beach and shore where you hear only the crashing waves, the seagulls and the sound of your own footsteps in the sand! What a heavenly experience. This location is perfect and also just a few blocks from the open air plaza with restaurants and stores. Although most were closed the ones that were open featured nice discounts and good lobster with no lines and great service! The condo was generously stocked with every amenity and we’d stay there again hands down!

Excellent condo. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to beach and town of Cape May. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The furniture Is very comfortable. I would stay again and highly recommend it.

Pros: This first floor apartment was great for our couple for a few days. Love the porch and location is perfect for walking to everything downtown. Cons: parking might be tricky at busier times, bedroom was a bit tight, and the linens were an added task for a short visit

My 77 year old mother and I stayed here for Columbus Day weekend and it was lovely! The unit was perfect for us, clean, spacious enough for us to have our own space. The location is great—quiet neighborhood yet 2 blocks from both the beach and the shopping/restaurants in town. It was easy for my mom to walk there too. Chris was very responsive to any questions I had and all the information he provided was clear. Highly recommend!

This property is convenient to the beach (2.5 blocks) and about 3-4 blocks to the mall. It is the first time we stayed on the west side of the mall and it was somewhat quieter especially for bike riders (traffic). The condo was very comfortable and the host (Chris) was responsive to any issues. Our only complaint was parking. It is a shared driveway with both another condo and another house and you are expected to either be available or leave your keys available in case you are the last car in. In this shared driveway, we had one space.

The home was very well maintained and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The owner was responsive and helpful before and during our stay! The included beach tags were a great bonus! The location was perfect! The street was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The home is located within very easy walking distance to the beach, the outdoor mall, and west cape may! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in Cape May. The condo was great and is perfectly situated so that you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I loved sitting and relaxing on the porch as well! Already planning my 2022 trip!

In walking distance to the beach, local shopping area and older homes, this was the perfect spot for our family Cape May vacation. The house had everything we needed and more!
