This is our 3rd time staying in waikoloa. Property was clean and quiet. Condo was spacious and well maintained. Only issues were we didn’t have full sized fridge for a week. Property management provided ice chest and small fridge. Every room was comfortable and clean

Our family stayed in this unit for a week and had a wonderful time! It was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy and bathrooms large. Communication with the management company was amazing and they definitely helped answer any and all questions! Location was great, right next to the pool and the view of the golf course was very pretty. Garage was full of beach toys and bicycles, which was a nice bonus! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Truly amazing stay! From the accommodations to the responsiveness to fix one of the bikes over a holiday weekend, we couldn't be happier. Perfect for families who want the privacy of a home, yet the comforts of being in a community with easy access to pool/ jacuzzi, beach and so much more. The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions.

We loved how spacious this place was. It’s also stocked very nicely with extra bedding, towels and kitchen necessities. The layout of the house is really nice as well. The rooms and closets are really spacious. The community is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful condo/apartment! The accommodations are truly spacious. The living room and dining room are big and comfortable. The kitchen can have four people in it without problem. Parking is easy, but the garage will not accommodate a car due to the cupboard, bikes and beach supplies.
The upstairs is awesome! Two spacious bedrooms and a large master bedroom. The onsuite is so open and the tub is separate from the shower. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great.
Overall this was a fabulous location and this was a great stay for all eight family members! Mahalo Nui Loa to Restorica Hawaii!

Townhome is spacious and beautiful! So much charm and character. I’m a native that moved to the mainland & to stay at this specific Vrbo unit gave an awesome welcome home vibe. Great additional outdoor sports/leisure items for all ages. If I had to critique, it would be that faux plants NEEDS to be dusted and balcony chairs should be cleaned from bird poop prior to renters check-in. In all, great experience!

Hi, we enjoyed this condo and it had everything we needed and more. The central air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The condo was close to the pool. There was some disruption with the pool for maintenance but it was not for long. It was not convenient to have to lock and unlock the pool area and other areas with only one key for all of us to coordinate. The tennis court was always available. We used the fitness room regularly and it was appreciated and great. Nice location to beaches and shops. Toys and beach items were great and we didn't need to buy anything. It would have been nice to have 2 operational bikes (one had a flat when we arrived) but we did use the one bike daily. I would recommend this place to all! Thanks for the lovely stay in Kona.

This is what you think of when you envision yourself on vacation in Hawaii! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The views were spectacular and the location can’t be beat. We really appreciated the beach gear (boogie boards, towels, coolers, umbrella, and wagon) for trips to Hapuna. The kids made use of the tennis courts and our family enjoyed time on the lanai. We are already planning how/when our family can come stay here again!
The only the improvements I would suggest are more attention to detail in the cleaning of the master bathroom shower floor and toilet, and dusting of the floral arrangements. Those issues were minor however, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent property. Washing machine was not working while waiting for a part to be repaired. Property manager Mona instead quickly got all our laundry washed for us making the matter painless for us! Great stay!

In LOVE with the Big Island and the Waikaloa Village
We had a wonderful time staying in this property at the Waikaloa Village - We had family and friends with us - we enjoyed the walking trails and riding the bikes - we did the luau and visited the beaches - what an amazing location! Having a grocery store close was huge too! The property was amazing we all had a great time and will be back for sure!

I came for a conference at the Hilton. Super convenient location. My toddlers loved the pool small pool down the way. We had a little snag with the key to the pool not working, but it was a super quick response from the owner and we got one later that day. The house had everything you could need. My kids also loved the big lawn area in the back to watch the birds and throw the ball around. We loved how they had beach stuff, so we didn’t have to buy a bunch of stuff. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic
We loved our stay. We were able to see a few of the other units in this complex and definitely felt this place was more spacious, better equipped, and much more updated. Very happy with the stay and really appreciate the owners and management. The use of the bicycles and beach equipment was very appreciated and we were so happy that the cooling utensils (especially the knives) were actually useful! Mahalo!

This year, one of my son's girlfriends accompanied us, and it's the first time we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. The unit is more spacious than what we expected from the pictures on the website. We were especially impressed with the quality furnishings and Polynesian art-work which showed a designer's touch to the entire interior. The kitchen was well-equipped with all dishes and cooking utensils. The only one suggestion is that it would be nice to have some starter coffee and filters for the first morning, which many other units I've stayed in offer. Other than that, we loved it, and will come back!

On 12/30 (check-in day), we parked the 3rd car at a friend’s house. On the 12/31, we drove the truck with 5 adults & a carseated toddler to a beach closeby. On our last day @6:15AM, I got dropped off to get our car & return to unit to check out.

had access to the onsite pool only (no pass to the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel pools). Comfortable with a well equipped kitchen except for a scratched up rice cooker bowl & a stiff, cardboard like Queen bed. Both minor problems were solved: used my own rice cooker & slept on sofa downstairs.

Well maintained, excellent location
Here for a conference at the Hilton. Convenient walk to meetings and kids loved the pool. Quick access to Hapuna beach as well. The property was well maintained— clean inside and out. Nice to have beach supplies, cooler, bikes, golf clubs ready for use when we arrived. We’ll stay again in the future.

Our stay at Waikoloa Colony was awesome!! We had a wonderful time and our condo couldn't have been more nicer!! We had everything we needed and more! It felt like home as we were able to cook, swim, barbecue and was close to the beach or a short walk to the hotels that had dolphins and a luau!! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!

Refreshing Family Vacation
The Colony Villas 1202 was lovely and nicely decorated. It had an amazing supply of water toys, chairs, bikes and the grounds had a lovely pool and barbecue area. We lacked nothing! What a great place to hit the beaches from and then come back and play family games.

Clean and spacious, but hot at night
Overall my family loved this condo and the pool we could use. The only issue we had was that at night the thermostat was set to at least 78° and it made it a sweaty sleep. Otherwise during the day the condo was cool. There is an electric grill to use, which worked fine for our steaks. Overall I'd recommend this condo for anyone, it's well located and very nice.

Excellent accommodations for a family!
This 3 bedroom villa was a perfect size, clean, and the ideal location! It sits just 20 minutes from the Kona airport with easy access to beautiful beaches such as Hapuna( 10 minute drive) Beach and is a convenient location for traveling to area attractions. The pool and hot tub are just across from this villa, it doesn't get any better than that. Definitely hated to leave and already looking at when we can return.
