Came in from Phx area to visit our kids in SoCal and to cool off. Grounds and natural surroundings are so beautiful--i remember the area when it was Marine World in the early 2000s. Busy weekend at the resort with at least 2 weddings...30 min to get my car from valet (the reserved spot was taken). But otherwise we were able to easily enjoy facilities, beach, walking paths. Terranea is always on my list of places to stay when I am in area.

We stayed for ten days at this beautiful Terranea property. Communication with the hosts was fast and flawless through the whole process. The service at the hotel was great. It was just like staying at the resort, rather than a private rental. The room is in a quiet location and the view is fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again and I hope we get to!

Full size king as described with its own dedicated parking spot. Nice balcony and excellent service from Terrenea. The gym is a hike but clean and all good equipment. Highly recommend if you want a Terrenea experience but not have to deal with the front entry of the hotel.

Super clean, well-appointed, with maid service each day. Great to have all the resort's amenities available. Despite having the parking lot outside one of the windows, it remained quiet. Nice little view of the ocean from the unit and the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the use of the on site amenities and the hospitality. Check in was a breeze with the front desk.

Love the views and location. Was able to relax by the ocean or hike up to the top of the mountain from the casita.

We were in town for a wedding and the resort was perfect. The staff was amazing and worked to make our stay incredible. The room was exactly as described and was a reasonable distance to all the pools. Walking trails provided gorgeous views and property was very safe. Would stay here again.

Room was perfect and is south of the main hotel which was nice (quick walk to all the pools and restaurants). The best part is the view of the ocean from the bed - amazing.

We had a fantastic experience both with the casita and the resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurants provided great food and service, and the casita was clean with a terrific view!!!

Our stay was amazing from booking to check out!! The property is literally on a resort yet you aren’t paying resort prices. There are multiple restaurants, pools and bars on the property. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved our stay at Terranea! All the advantages of booking through the resort but at a much lower cost! Casita was very well laid out with a wonderful terrace! Beth, our host, was very responsive. We hope to stay again.

This second floor casita was clean and comfortable. It is one room, king bed, and a twin pull out couch, and small table, perfect for dining. Bathroom is really nice and large. We had coffee and room service breakfast on the balcony every morning! It was so quiet and peaceful, and the ocean was a beautiful view to wake up to! Convenient, covered gathering area just outside, shared with two other units. Park right outside casita. Only two things would have made it better. First, if sheets were already in room for pull out sofa, we just had an extra pillow and blanket in room. We arrived in the late evening and my daughter was tired. However, housekeeping brought some sheets rather quickly. The second thing would be a having a third chair on balcony, to accommodate for a third person. These were minor things, as this place was as close to perfect as you can get! The resort itself is amazing, we really enjoyed the pool, walking paths, and all 4 restaurants. All of which offered outdoor dining and were absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breathtaking views every where you look! We would love to stay here again!

Breathtakingly stunning resort with unparalleled views of the water. Gorgeous flowers with hummingbirds zooming around accenting the resort hotel and pools. Fine dining with views of the ocean where you are attentively and warmly attended to. The spa experience is well worth the expense. Evening entertainment consisting of dueling pianos was amazing. A luxury worth treating yourself to.
