Sandy Paws is even better than appears in the photos and description. The house is spotless and quite spacious. It had anything we could need for our stay (utensils, pots/pans, incidentals, etc.). They really thought of everything!

Online photos accurately depict this home. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen well stocked with essentials if you want to cook there. Love the bonus room off the kitchen, perfect for morning coffee. Beach is close by and the golf carts are an added bonus. Jennifer was amazing to work with. Her check in instructions made the process seamless. I would say the easiest rental we have ever had. Great hose for a large family or group, lots of room. Thank you Jennifer!

We have been coming to the area since 2012. Jennifer’s property is by far the absolute best we have ever been at. There is not one thing they could have done any better and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hoping she will always have one of her places available for future visits and will recommend highly to anyone looking to come to the area!!

The house was perfect for our family and 2 fur babies! All the items we needed and the golf carts were great for running around to pool, tennis courts and beach! Had 1 issue with a cart not charging and the host was there within minutes to fix it! I would stay in one of their properties again!! Thankyou for the great hospitality!

Stayed at Sandy Paws in Oceanside village for spring break. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities of home. The golf carts were an added bonus that made frequent trips to the beach quick and easy. The location is perfect with grocery stores and restruants nearby and it is pet friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to bring a pet on vacation.

We had a wonderful week and loved the home. It was very clean with everything we could have wanted. A full size washer/dryer, spacious bedrooms, TV’s with many channels and my favorite was a comfortable bed!! It was our first stay at Jennifer’s and she was so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful! It’s quiet and close to the beach. The golf carts make it a breeze to haul beach gear. We look forward to returning!!

This is our favorite house so far to rent in surfside beach! It is very clean and well maintained by the owner. It is a very convenient and short trip to the beach. We love the neighborhood and the pool area is great for kids. It's quiet and makes for a great ride around on the golf cart at any time of the day. It is definitely a house you should consider renting for your trip to surfside beach. We will returning for sure!

My husband and I rented this for a week in November 2016. The house has everything you could need. Jennifer is very easy to deal with and really wants her guests to feel at home and to have a good time. We were surprised to find a kuerig coffee pot! Very nice extra. Since my husband drinks decaf and I drink the real stuff. Another great thing is 2 golf carts included in the rental! We only made use of one, but if you had a house full of guests, this is a great extra! I would definitely choose this house again. It is in a great area of Oceanside Village.

This was a great house to stay in to introduce the rest of my family to the area I'll be retiring to! Plenty of room to spread out and everything you could need in the house, along with easy access to all the activities available in the community and the town. The 1-year old decided that the smooth floors and open space was just what he needed to start walking on his own and the 3-year old was awed by the golf carts! Jennifer was wonderful, providing a lot of information on shopping, restaurants and local activities and made sure everything was perfect.

Perfect family accommodations. Safe and well managed property. Pristine house having a layout lending itself to friendly interaction. Outgoing neighborhood residents (our arms were sore from waving back at everyone). Easy access to the beach, activities, necessities and good restaurants. Lots of canine residents as well plus a 14 acre dog park nearby (bring proof of rabies vacs). A great reasonably priced executive golf course across the street. And, the golf carts were a hoot.

Our family lives all around the beach area and we wanted to all meet in one place for Christmas. This place was the perfect size and had everything you could need! The golf carts made it fun/easy to get around and the night life and restaurants were in short distance. The pictures are great, but it's even better in person. Jennifer met all our needs and made our vacation one for the memory books. Everyone in our family enjoyed themselves, even our English Bulldog Brownie! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!! Then Family

This our second stay in one of this owners homes and will be many more to come. We give up nothing when we stay in one of their properties. Wonderfully maintained, CLEAN, granite countertops, great tv's in all the bedrooms, large one in great room and this floor plan even had a sitting room, Keurig coffee pot, beach chairs, nice washer & dryer etc etc... We love the comfy furniture & bed. We also were allowed to bring our labrador on vacation!! Not a bad walk to the beach, but this property has two golf carts and a designated beach front parking lot area just for golf carts. But bring YOUR beach umbrella, they don't allow canopy's anyplace on the beach.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Melody Gardens beach house. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly want, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean - all within a very quiet community. This was our first visit to the Myrtle Beach area and Jennifer was very helpful in providing the details of the local attractions. Although when we saw how nice the amenities were in this Surfside community - including the fantastic beach which the kids loved - we ignored most of the local attractions in favor of enjoying the great facilities provided by this vacation home. Our group included 4 adults and 4 children (and 2 dogs) and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The golfcarts were a fantastic convenience. We are already planning our return trip.

Our family recently enjoyed this rental for a week away from the cold Ohio weather! We traveled with my parents and our toddler son. The space was perfect - we never felt cramped, and with the layout of the house, we all had places to lounge and relax. The location of the home is wonderful to hit the beach, or pool. Additionally, we were able to travel into Myrtle quite a few times very quickly and enjoy the shops. We will definitely return to this home!

We had our family stay with us over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was our first time renting from Jennifer and Adam (Sandy Paws). The house was beautiful and the owners were very thorough. Jennifer is super organized and made the entire process from booking to check out very easy. We had 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler and 1 "Buddy" in our group and had plenty of space. The home is beautifully decorated. There is no carpet which makes pet and sand cleanup a breeze. My family could not tell that this was a pet friendly rental. The golf carts are AWESOME! The community is very safe and quiet. We liked driving around and looking at the neighbors Christmas lights and decorations. Our guys fished in the ponds, the surf, and from the nearby Surfside Beach Pier which was open ALL NIGHT! The girls shopped 'til we dropped because the best stores were only minutes away. We rent vacation homes frequently and I have to say that this home is one of the best values we've found. Feeding 8 people is so expensive. We bought groceries right down the street, used the outdoor gas grill, the crock-pot, and every other great kitchen amenity. It was well stocked. We will definitely rent from Jennifer and Adam again. Thanks for letting us use your home. We made great memories!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Jennifer and Adam's properties and we were not disappointed. The home was beautiful and spacious, with space for everyone to relax. The furnishings made it feel like your own home away from home. Everyone loved taking the 2 golf carts around the complex and to the beach. Jennifer is great to work with and took care of any concerns we had promptly. I would recommend this home to anybody looking for a beach house, especially those with animals and/or young children. My family and I had a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back to Myrtle Beach!!
